Awesome experience here! I’m visiting from California & needed some adjusting post travel. From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist Kathy offered a warm, welcoming introduction to the clinic. Dr. Ray was also very personable and took the time to get to know me as a new patient. This was the best adjustment I’ve ever had. I felt a huge shift in my body as soon as he finished aligning me. It was also incredibly relaxing. He even recommended home exercises I can do to strengthen and improve my issues. I came to visit family and will be scheduling visits every time I return to Billings. If you are looking for a chiropractor in this area, Dr. Ray is your guy.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ray for about a year and a half following a car accident and I highly recommend his chiropractic services. He is knowledgable, professional, and personable. I can tell he genuinely cares for each of his patients, and will do all he can to ensure that they live life comfortable and pain-free. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, and can tell a major difference in my alignment overall after each visit. Five stars to Dr Hittmeier and his staff . Ease of scheduling, friendly, and most all helped me tremendously. He showed me exercises to do which helped alleviate the pain. He cares about the patient and does not push you to come back every 3 days. He said to schedule an appointment only if I needed it. I will go back as needed.

I cant say enough about Dr. Ray and his staff at Back Country Chiropractic. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is flexible, patient, kind, understanding and very encouraging. He is not the type of Chiropractor that just keeps you coming back, he wants to see you doing and feeling your best. When I first started seeing Dr. Ray I was in so much pain dealing with my back, neck and migraines. I have never found relief from my migraines until now and when I feel one coming on they get me in quickly so I can get the help I need right away. I couldnt be happier with how I have been treated. Dr. Hittmeier, & his team are absolutely amazing! Many times Ive woke up to a kinked neck and the amazing staff at BCFC were able to get me in the same day and walking out feeling great! Great location, atmosphere and customer service.

Went in a skeptic with chronic pain and mystery muscle cramps. My Dr uses Backcountry personally, so I thought I’d give it a try. Dr Hittmeier went through my MRI results and was able to give me immediate relief without any cracking. I left feeling so much better that I rescheduled for the next available appointment.

A friend recommended I try Back Country when I started having real trouble with my shoulder. I was impressed with the level of caring and concern they displayed as well as their great expertise. Short story, my shoulder is so much better now, I am virtually pain free most of the time. I would heartily recommend Dr. Barry and her staff, they are wonderful!!

I really appreciated how Dr. Barry and Dr Ray worked with my medical doctors and my follow-up with my physical therapist. The staff were all very helpful all the time. Appointments were very convenient and where on time. They listened to all of my needs and addressed them. Highly recommend their services.

They not only help you feel better with adjustments and stimulator machines, but also with kind words. Their primary goal is to have you feeling better when you leave. Working behind the scenes is the dynamic Carol, taking care of all the insurance and billing needs of the practice. Carols wealth of experience and interesting past cannot be under-estimated. The gregarious receptionist, Jessica, rounds out Dr. Barrys staff. Jessica brings a hip, youth-oriented vibe to the job and is able to empathize with patients of any age. Dont be fooled by her girlish charm, though. Jessica is a FIERCE organizer and does her job with deadly efficiency.Once called to the Room of Adjustment, Dr. Barrys years of experience come to play while she pin-points the cause of distress and attacks it with laser accuracy. It might not feel good at the time, but you will feel MUCH better after her adjustments...guaranteed. One of the many fabulous qualities that Dr. Barry possesses is her willingness to refer her patients to other branches of the medical field. Unlike other chiropractors, Dr. Barry understands that chiropractic is part of patient care, but that there is a bigger picture of health that needs to be addressed. This lends a great deal of credibility to her prognosis and analysis, and makes me very comfortable in following her care plan.Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment today...you wont be disappointed!

I had been to other Chiropractors in town and considered them to be excellent, but my experience so far at Back Country has been better than excellent. I was very pleased that they took X-rays on my first visit, not all do. They also have treatment options other than the spinal adjustment. I have seen both Dr. Barry and Dr. Hittmeier now and besides the adjustments, Dr. Barry has used 2 other treatment methods on me and Dr. Hitmeier has given me some exercises and stretches to work on at home. I feel like an individual there and not just the next person in a long line being pushed through as quickly as possible so they can get the maximum number of patients seen in a day.

My Samoyed, Rusha is a patient of Dr. Barry. I was impressed how calm Rusha was in her adjustment.I have just come to Dr Barry for myself. Looking forward to my much needed adjustments.The staff is wonderful.

Dr. Barry is just great. About a year and half ago I went in to Back Country because I had done something (??) to cause my lower back a lot of pain. She found that because my back had been out of line for so long, that when I moved a certain way it really put it out of wack. We found that I had developed some cysts on my spine from being out of line for so long. With regular maintenance and back exercises, we are making my back strong enough to hold itself inline while gaining more mobility and a lot less pain. Dr. Barry has been wonderful through it all and oh so friendly. She has a way of making you feel so welcome there. Her staff is always helpful and anxious to know you. Its a great practice and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Very professional staff. The pain I had behind my shoulderblade and down my arm is gone after a couple treatments. The tools and techniques used are evident that the staff is well trained.

This is the first place I go when I am having back pains, which is pretty frequently as a Tree Care worker.
