Went in to pick up 1/2 oz of Kens og and a 1/2 oz of chemo, they gave me 1/4 of Kens a 1/4 of chemo and slipped in 1/2 oz of 8 ball kush then wouldnt exchange it even tho its not opened, shady business practices I wont be returning

Very friendly and happy to answer questions. Not one of the dispensaries absorbing the taxes, so more expensive than others right near by.

For the hundreds of times I have gone in the past 6 to 8 months my experience has always been good. Literally every employee Ive talked to is great at their job while being super nice and helpful. Great place to get my medicine I lucked out finding bloom.mid/average price for high quality bud too. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys :)

Been with bloom for almost 2 years now. They are the best. Hands down. Everything is perfect from the staff to the products they do not miss on anything. Keep up the good work!

Been with Bloom since they launched here in Billings. I have to say, they’ve become the Walmart of dispensaries. They’ve done an amazing job of signing people up, but they’ve failed to keep up with supply. Every time I drive all the way out there, they’re sold out of basically everything top shelf. What’s left is basic herb. No edibles. No potent herb. Supply and Demand. Too much demand and too little supply.

I cant take narcotics due to allergic reactions and no otc due to compromised kidney function so I use CBD oil. No THC so you dont need a Medical Marijuana card. It helps me stay mobile.

Im not a current card holder, but am working on getting myn... I have to say at 49 yrs young, I have never been treated so well.. not even at shops that I have belonged to and spent thousands with... The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, almost like walking into Cheers bar lol.... Best thing I like, the patient that I visit with has asked questions and the staff did not know the answer, instead of feeding us with what junk. They took the time to find the answer.. #BLOOMSTHEBOMB
