I do not recommend Aspen Meadows AT ALL! Do not send your loved ones there! They have done nothing but treat my mom like she is in jail. She is in there for rehab and they refuse to let her out of her room. They have not given her a shower (she has had to wash herself in her own sink), no one has washed her clothes so I had to pick them up and wash them, they didnt provide a walker when she got there until I complained about it (when she did get one it was covered in blood that she had to clean off), she is not allowed to use the exercise room or walk outside of her room (even wearing a mask), not to mention they dont even have rehab on the weekends, she had has to change her own bed, she is not allowed visitors unless you make an appointment (to which it has been impossible to do so. No one answers the phone nor do they return messages left) and when they can allow her to have visitors no touching, 6ft apart, with mask. All because she isnt vaccinated! I am beyond disgusted with this place!

The staff at Aspen Meadows has been taking care of my loved one for over a decade now and in my opinion have been doing a wonderful job--they are caring, thoughtful, informative...especially through this distressing pandemic. Thanks to you healthcare Heroes!

Severely understaffed and the residents are paying the price......I wouldnt wish this treatment on my worst enemy. If you care about your loved one do NOT put them in this facility.

Horrible staffing issues, all contracted workers.Many DOH complaints for abuse of residents.Look up on CMS Website.Able to pay large amounts to travel RNs, contracted RNs, DNS from Consulting Firm, Corporate people in there day after day.Not a safe place for patients ill, or even for caregivers.Corporate Empres in WA State not willing to pay real staff descent wages for all contracted staff making plenty of money.We are taking our loved one out immediately.No care and price we pay for no services not a good fit.No one seems to care.Dont send your loved one there!Even heard from Staff a patient found on floor in his room. Choked to death.Staff stating sometimesNo nurses show up to work.Then management nurses have to work the floors which then have no time for their jobs.Place smells of urine when you walk in the door.Have an elderly man being Administrator, who tells us lies.DNS RN...Foreign speaking, never smiles and cant understand her when she talks to you.Again, paid greatly by Empres Corp. to just have her liscensure on the wall.Allow confused patients to just walk out the door.Fallen farther and farther to the worse.When Billings Clinic owned this place.Was a great place.Not anymore Empres only cares about $$$.Even Animal Shelter takes better care of their animals than Empres owns Aspen Meadows & Laurel Rehab.Stay clear of this facility.You will regreat your decision.
