I have been going to Center for Ideal Health since mid February and have made a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. I have been following the program and thus far have been able to eliminate to prescription medications as my blood pressure is finally getting under control and my mood and concentration improve. I am sleeping better every night and finally, after years of News Years resolutions gone bad, I am drinking more good old healthy water and exercising more. The staff has been prompt and helpful, and I always get a quick response to my questions and needs. I love that I can watch the videos and read the material as many times as I want and when I have the time in my schedule to do it. I thought I was a good cook and a healthy cook, but I am learning new tasty ideas. I have rather taken a liking to sweet potatoes and make a mean fried cauliflower rice now. With their help and holistic approach, I am meeting my smart goals one by one. Thank you Heidi, Kaitlin and Dr. Amato for your commitment to a healthier, stronger and happier me.

I was skeptical at first about the idea of a leaky gut, but now I am a believer. The Center for Idea Health has turned my life around. I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disorder that had been plaguing my body for years unbeknownst to me. Everyone is tired, right? Everyone has issues with sleep, GI upset and chronic fatigue, right? WRONG - I finally was diagnosed, and my provider at the time was very western medicine and just wanted to push pills. I wanted something more, I wanted to enjoy my life, my kids and be present. The Center for Ideal Health was the answer. The ladies took the time to educate me in all the steps we, as a team, were taking to turn my health around. In less that a week, I was sleeping better. In two weeks I had energy that I had not had in at least 10 years. For those who are content with pushing yet another pill - then that is your decision. But, for those who want something more, something permanent, something that can finally get you to being present in the life you want again - take the courage and pride to take care of YOU. The Center for Ideal Health is your team, they are all in for you to help you make a permanent change. If you are all in, then you wont regret it at all!

Overall very disappointed with my experience with the Center for ideal health. They are not upfront with their prices and charge you $97 to find out what their prices are, to you then tell you it is $4200 to meet weekly three months, or $6997 to meet weekly for six months. Of course once you give them the money they have a strict no refund policy. They also include High quality vitamins and tests on which vitamins to take. They do a good job of making our modern healthcare system look like the bad guy, which of course is not hard at all, And then dramatically over charge and under deliver. There is definitely a market for these type of businesses in America, but I definitely feel short changed by their service, and policies.

The team at Center for Ideal Health are amazing. They are dedicated to searching for the underlying cause and not just covering up the symptoms. They are here to help you get better for the long term! Love it!

I really don’t know where to start and explain my gratitude to the Center for Ideal Health.I had issues with brain fog, lethargy, memory problems, sleep problems, joint problems, skin rashes, ocular migraine, and I could really just go on and on.I was on four different prescriptions, none of which were really solving any of my problems.Within weeks of starting this program, most all of my problems had subsided.I have gotten to know some of the other patients at the Center for Ideal Health, and I can tell you that their results are much better than mine. Some people are living life unlike I would have thought possible, and they never thought that they would live again.If you do decide to do one of their programs, do not cut any corners, be the best patient you can be and you will be grateful like me.

The ladys here are very professional and helped me get on track not only with losing weight (20 pounds so far, and not pre Diabetic anymore) but mentally and with life. Also changes I needed to make for me. Thank you so much!!

The ladies at center for ideal health are great It is about time that there was a practice focused less on treating the symptom and more on correcting the problem Love that they examine diet, lifestyle and environment to help combat health concerns. So much can be learned from making adjustments in our daily life that do not always have to include chemical prescriptions. Would reccomend for every adult and child to visit with these girls and learn how to live a better more healthier life from the inside out.

This knowledgeable team of ladies made me feel comfortable and well cared for and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking to make 2019 a healthier year, you’ve found the right place!
