The price was outrageous for the quality. It was a fast service and no passion for the work. Just feel like they just want the money. Never going back.

Arrived at Pro Nails & Spa intending to get pedicure; a man told me they were busy (two staffs with 2 customers - one each) and to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived later they had 4 customers receiving services with the same 2 people working there. He rudely asked pick a color!. A that moment it hit me that I didnt look like their clientele and was not welcomed there. I turned around with my curly hair, tan skin and said Thank you; I wont stay.

Great gel manicure! The salon is very clean and pretty! All safety measures taken during covid! Will be back and would definitely recommend!

I got my nails done 4 days ago. Let me start by saying the ladies inside were kind. I didnt realise but they were soon to close, but let me in still, which may have been the reason I got the outcome I did. When I left I noticed that a messy job was done. There was polish on my finger tips and my nails werent cleaned or trimmed properly. That night a sliver of my index fingers nail ripped off, making it uneven. The nails started to fade by the next day. The colour is off. It has a green/yellow blur to it. Im not sure the products they use are high quality. My toe nails have tons of air bubbles in them and also polish is on my skin. I would have rather paid more for a clean and better job done.

Best nail salon anywhere better than Boston. Place is spotlessly clean, follows all the COVID precautions. I feel very comfortable there AND they don’t just clean the bowl for pedicures they change the plastic lining. Very clean . And LAM IS THE BEST. Does a beautiful job really professional and beautiful. Love this place.

It was clean and she did an ok job on the pedicure. Im use to getting a real good massage and this was just rubbing lotion on on me. The chairs are uncomfortable

I received a pedicure and it looks great. I felt safe with the Covid precautions in place. There was plexiglass glass between me and the nail tech. Staff was friendly and place was clean. I will go back!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. First of all I had a $10 tip upfront because I am an African-American woman and unfortunately in suburban areas I do not get the greatest service. She skipped a lot of steps also left a lot of acrylic underneath my nails to the point where my real nails cannot breathe and its hard to get dirt from underneath them because the thick acrylic covering them so now I think an infection is beginning as you can see in the above picture. My nails are all different sizes they dont match the other finger and the paint started coming off after one day because she only went over it once.I also have big dents in my nails so she didnt put the acrylic fully. The customer service was also horrible because I sat under the dryer for over 45 minutes without being told when to go I had to ask myself while others were being told to leave after 10 minutes the most and getting their hands lotioned. She just hollered at me to leave I did not get the same treatment as other customers.

Honestly will never come here again. The guy that did my nails was just awful every single step was so wrong. Too rough with the drill and cut me so many times. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized. I was ready to run but he kept pulling my hand and telling me to relax. Plus my acrylic nails were so flat and thin basically paid $30 for nail tips and a bunch of cuts. Just awful. Im still mad.

My nail technician was pressuring me into picking a nail color and pressuring me into doing additional designs so I would spend more. She made me feel like I had no choice as for my nail color and whether I wanted the design or not. Not only did I not have a choice as to what to pick, I also am very unhappy with how it came out. I will never come back here again.

I really did like this place. But the last time i went. The lady wasnt or didnt listion to what i wanted for color on my nails.She put my nails cricket. Then thank God i didnt get my lashes done.

Sarah did a perfect job. She is a perfectionist and her massages were very relaxing too!!!

Absolutely terrible. The lady stood there while I picked out colors and was pressuring me to pick one. She rushed my acrylics, and cut them way to short. I asked her politely to please make them longer before she put the acrylic on. She simply looked at me and kept going like I never said a thing. She then, pulled out her phone and called someone and was on the phone for about 15 minuets. She did not clean up the nail polish on my skin around my nails.$30 down the drain.

I’ve been going here for about 3 years.. When I go I get great customer service every time. They do a great job.

I went in for a mani and pedi. Both were done very messy. My nails were fading peeling and bad looking the same day and my pedi was bad within three days. It was a messy job... it was a waste of money.

Everyone does a great job except Cindy. She goes too fast. Whenever shes done my nails, they fall off soon. Shes also too rough with pedicures. Kim is my favorite!!

The ladies who work here are only after money. I did not enjoy their services. They did nails too fast and force you to get more things done.They trick you to choose the expensive package and make it sound like information was lost in translation. They barely speak any english and I am glad their hand massage was only 30 seconds long, it was terribly painful.
