They come right to your home and pickup the items being donated, and its nice to know they are being distributed to people who need it.

Great service! I called to get a home pick up of a bunch of clothes & household items I wanted to donate. The representative on the phone was very nice, answered all my questions and set up my pick up. They came and took all my stuff and even left me a receipt. It all worked out perfectly. Will def call them again!

I have been partnering with Bethany and the Epilepsy Foundation for several years, and what a positive experience this has been! This is an excellent way to raise funds for the North Shore Cancer Walk, and they have been a great partner. They are reliable, always show up on time, their drivers are very helpful, and every year we raise a lot of money for our fundraiser. I hope to be able to continue this partnership for years to come!!

This is the third row in a year we have counted on the Epilepsy Foundation to raise funds for Camp Sunshine in Casco, ME. Many young people from the town of Harvard and Bolton, MA volunteer to work at Camp each summer as volunteers. They also pledge to raise funds for Camp to help defray the cost for the families. We have run a clothing collection, gotten a check for 20 cents/pound and also provided clothing for the Epilepsy to sell to support research. Working with the clothing drive coordinator, Bethany, is a breeze and lots of fun too! Believe me when I say that I choose my nonprofit organizations very carefully and this one is at the top of my list for good nonprofits. By the way, last years drive raised over $3,000!!

The Foundation has been great to deal with. Friendly, flexible, professional and collaborative. We have held 3 clothing drives and each has been successfully handled. What a positive partnership!

Called to schedule a pick-up for several bags of good quality clothing. The woman I spoke with was very nice, and although there are no longer pick-ups in my area, the woman directed me to a drop-off location that is within a reasonable distance from my house. Its worth the extra effort on my part because the reason Im donating to this foundation is to help other people, not to help myself.

I had a large donation scheduled for pick up and had the items bagged and boxed on the curb. It was raining that day and covered the boxes. The truck came and only took a few bags and left all of the boxes and most of the bags. The items were not sellable quality! The driver left behind unused items with the price tag still on it. He did not even cover the remaining items again! I have donated to the Veterans Association and never had a problem. Do not waste your time donating to this foundation.

The pick up service is a huge plus! Very convenient way to be sure my donated clothing is being used for a good cause. Give it a try!

They called me and asked if I had anything to donate. I figured I could put some things together (and ended up with 2 boxes). I said I can leave them in my porch the lady asked if it was an open porch I said yes and she told me that it would be ok. Come Wednesday the day they were to pick up no one came. I called Thursday and Carol told me they cant pick up from the porch. She then put me on hold and ended up hanging up on me. So now I have 2 wet boxes (since it has rained) of items on my porch that will end up in the trash. I will not donate again since it was a waste of time and items.

Today we donated a lot of things my son and wife lined up for Epilepsy Foundation. The driver was good and came inside and asked if all the things for the road side pick up are for Epilepsy Foundation. Nice of him .But what he did not do is to leave a receipt , like others do- Big Brother - for example. When I called their office in Wilmington the young lady said they will send me an email receipt on Tuesday- 4 days later. My wife says they have done this before, take the donation but do not give receipt. So I believe the problem may be bigger than just one driver forgetting.I will give the three stars - for the prompt pick up and the drivers politeness- asking if the curb side stuff is all for E. foundation. They can do better if they can tune it up a little more. Say thank you and leave a receipt like others do.

I previously had one very good experience donating to this organization, but today discovered they no longer pick up in Western Mass. They were not exceptionally helpful and certainly not accommodating for our potential large donation (30+ boxes). Its extremely disheartening when these charitable organizations continually seek donations yet are completely unaccommodating when it comes to receiving free clothing, books, household goods, etc. Very disappointing.

They make the process so easy. With the online scheduling, a reminder call the day before and the receipt left on the door it could not be easier!! I even forgot to put the donation out one time because I was late for work. They called before leaving to see if I could bring the boxes out. Since I was not home they called again later to reschedule the pick up. I felt terrible having them come out for no reason but they were great about it! I try to use them at least twice a year for spring/fall cleaning of clothes, books, toys in good shape from my boys who grow like weeds. They are professional every time!

This is really too bad. 4 construction sized trash bags filled to the top with stuff. Scheduled the pickup...was told to leave them in the driveway so they can be seen from the road. No problem. I live on a city street, main road used by police, fire and construction vehicles, not some out in the sticks location, my driveway is 20 feet long, if that (one car only). Bags are 6 inches from the sidewalk, and four feet from the actual roadway. Huge green Epilepsy Foundation card taped to the first bag pointing out to the street (as instructed). I called them three times on Saturday to make sure they were coming...yes sir, we pick up til dusk. Nope, never showed! Just called them and spoke w Andrea who thought it was funny, and said drivers could not find the bags. Well, the driver needs to stop the liquid lunches. I feel really bad for anyone who depends on this foundation...lots of money to be made from the stuff in those bags...I told Andrea, come get them today...Nope, cant come now for three weeks! They really take this seriously...so Ill call the Veterans.

Called to donate. Woman who answered the phone sounded as if I was bothering her. Only one day offered to pick up donations. Not convenient for someone who works. As a result we were unable to donate. Not a positive experience

Pickup was Scheduled and items were placed for donation as instructed. Truck was a no-show, apparently full -- that was never communicated to us.Called and left a message on answering machine. EF returned the call the next morning, and said the truck was full rescheduled for the next week. Called to confirm pickup for the day they rescheduled and EF doesnt have any record so p/u will not be for another month.. Very bad communication and planning on EFs part

No much to say. But help, donate is not about the people that work there but the cause.

This is not a donation center. It’s where they coordinate donations, like a call center. Please note if you have things to donate you cannot donate them here.
