We needed two bathroom exhaust fans installed in our home...Someone picked up the phone right away, listened to me, gave me a fair quote, made an appt, showed up when scheduled, and completed the job in good time. Everyone was nice, and they cleaned up as if they had.not been there. The product was exactly what we needed—we were very pleased with everything. Fred is absolutely amazing! We had an issue where our electricity was flickering and higher power items (oven, computers, heater, etc) wouldn’t even start. We start calling people around 6:30-7:00 PM and a bunch of companies decline to come out. (even though they say 24 hour emergency service!) In comes Fred to save the day. We cold call him out of nowhere while running down the listings of local electricians and ten minutes later he’s at my house. He finds the problem, puts in a workaround and got us up and running for the night! (Thankfully, since we have electric heat!!) He the comes out the next morning to finish the work, coordinates with the electric company to have our meter replaced, etc. Absolutely top notch. Good price and super nice. He made everything so easy. Then on top of all that, he even sent us a Christmas card! I won’t be using any other electricians again. He’s now our go-to!

He fixed and replaced some lights around the Carewell in Billerica which are cost effective and come with warranties as well. One year for parts and labor and 5 years for the replacement bulbs. Hes also easy going and will try his best to accommodate your needs.
