My recent visit to Visionworks in Billerica was great! The new doctor’s assistant Kayla was very personable and professional. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Dr Brown took his time with me to ensure that my needs were understood and I was happy with the outcome. Luisa Peterson walked me through the insurance questions I had and never made me feel rushed. The store was clean and I felt safe there, their COVID protocol was impeccable. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Visionworks fie their eye care needs.

Went to Vision Works today to get pick out new glasses! They were AWESOME!! Torri was such a GREAT HELP with my selection and all my questions!! Keep up the great work!!

Very nice staff. Very accommodating always a smile.....great Doctors care and after care as well. Bless them all for having me for a patient! I manage to get myself in there for yard debris in my eye (accidentally of course) every spring ....or fall. I now use swimming goggles for yard clean up.

They were very rude with my wife and felt like it had to do with her race. I will definitely not recommend this place if you are African American.

Called to ask a question and got a robot with no way to reach an actual person.

Beyond disappointed. I have been tring to contact the Billerica office for over a month now. My 8 year old daughter is in bifocals and needs her glasses to be repaired. Her warranty is also about to be up. I have called, emailed and even spoke with customer support and not a single person has contacted me back from Billerica. I understand with COVID, hours are different. But that shouldnt mean you now lack customer support.

Staff is very rude, no doubt they need training on customer service besides service is pathetic. It has been over week from promise date but no response. I thought I might directly need to visit store and collect but the guy started confronting if I have received text or call, he cannot assure or give revised date and I just have to wait indefinite until I get a call from store.The experience was somewhat similar couple of years before but I thought to give try again and see if any changes but in vain.I would never recommend visionworks billerica.

Ive called on 2 different occasions waiting approximately 30 minutes each call before I hung up.They cant be bothered to even pick up the phone.

Had an appointment just to purchase eyeglasses. From start to finish great experience. Luisa was wonderful to work with. Couldnt be more pleased.

The eye doctor is great, very kind and efficient. I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. All three were rude, inefficient and in dire need of customer service training. Didn’t order any glasses. I’ll take my prescription elsewhere to get it filled.

Great customer service. I was promptly greeted when I entered the office. I filled out my paperwork and started looking at new glasses before my exam. Licensed Optician Luisa helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was extremely polite and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided at Visionworks in Billerica.

Just went in to confirm my appointment and to get my glasses adjusted. Had the pleasure of working with Nicole. She SUPER customer service skills and a great personality, which is need in a face to face sales environment. My hat is off to Nicole!

I would like to highly recommend Luisa at Visionworks!! I have used Luisa as my optician for over four years now. Each experience has been great! She is thorough, thoughtful and efficient. I went for imaging there and they never asked me about my insurance before going in and it turns out I needed a referral so I was going to have to pay in full...luckily my doctor was able to fax over a referral. Never going back.

Customer experience is good. Good variety of frames to choose from.

Place is understaffed, wait times are long, customer service is middling.

Worst pair of glasses I have ever had the place stinks and so do their DRs I paid almost $500 for glasses that are useless and all they offered was another exam!!! I want my money back so I can go to a real Eye DrJust wanted to update that I walked in there and spoke to them 3 months later and they are fixing the issue with my GLASSES!!!!

I had a amazing experience at the Billerica visionworks! My glasses look great and I see perfectly! I am now a life long customer!

Really rude staff who wouldnt even help me even though I called before I drove all the way there and was told they could help me just to bring my prescription with me. Its not like they were busy there wasnt any other customers in the shop.

Very welcoming , all the employees are so very nice!! They take good care of you, make sure your happy with your selection . I forgot the female docs name, but she was sweet!

Ive sent back my prescriptions three times for being incorrect. Currently awaiting a refund

Poorly organized, understaffed needs an office manager who knows how to put customers first.
