Brightview Concord River has given me peace of mind for almost 2 years for my 89 year old mother.The management staff is very caring and positive, with prompt attention to her needs and requests. Meals are above average with a good variety. Her apartment is kept clean as are community areas. Residents are offered a good variety of activities: excersizing, walking, flower arranging , painting, crafts. Also games, movies, music, dancing and bus outings. A monthly caregiver support group rounds out this great facility and I am very happy Mom is here.

I was very nervous about my grandmother moving into assisted living. However, this place has forever changed my opinion of them. It was everything I could hope for and more for her. The staff, facility, and activities are incredible, and I always feel welcome when I come to visit.

Brightview Concord River walks-the-talk. We know this because, not only does our mother live there, I work at BVCR! When doing some preliminary research on assisted living for Mom years ago, my family and I discovered Brightview. No other place compared, and I wanted to work there. I was fortunate enough to see the community in action for a year before Mom moved in. My family and I never wavered, BVCR was our answer. Mom never looked back. The BV team strives to make it home to every resident from day one. Staff from all departments interact with our residents in such warm and wonderful ways. I see it daily. Our staff believes in team effort and supports each other well, and that makes everything better for our residents, and Mom. The status quo is never good enough, we’re always working to improve. My Mother has been at Brightview going on 8 years. When she first entered the faciltity she was very independent and even still had a car. Over the years she has gotten the best of care and assistance whenever she needed it. She loves the food and all the excellant employees that surround her. Although she is involved in less of the activities today she enjoyed many while she was still quite active. Most of all the friendships she has made and maintains are what have kept her happy and smiling. Even though she has aged, gotten a bit slower and forgetful, she appears healthier (diet, medicine maintenace and daily tasks) and happier than when she lived alone before moving into Brightview.As for me it has been a tremendous burden lifted to know she is in such good hands and I am able to visit often and see for myself all that Maria and the team at Brightview do to make her life better on a daily basis. They are truley an extension of her family! One of the things that most impresses me about the grounds and facility is how neat and clean and constantly updated in furnishings, paint etc. The front porch with rockers an fans is a delite in the spring summer for all.If you are considering a facility for a loved one then I would highly recommend you look at Bricghtview Concord River Assisted Living!C Donovan - MA

My mom is here. The whole organization is warm, caring, and welcoming. They really know the residents, and communicate well with the families. Every organizations culture statts with the executive director, and here Maria Martin is fantastic. If you are considering assisted living, you should visit.

My gram has a beautiful apt here..the staff is super friendly, caring and treats my grandmother with the respect and love she deserves!!

Visited patients Tim gearin ,etc. also sang with a group from Billerica council on aging.
