I do not enjoy going to the dentist(who does?!). I have not had the greatest experiences and I have a lot of work that needs to be done. This practice welcomes you with smiles, openness and understanding. You are treated with dignity and respect. Everyone goes at your pace and truly cares about how you feel and what is going on. If you need to go to an oral surgeon this is the place to go. I appreciate them so much and look forward to going back. If you can believe that!

If you’re debating where to get your wisdom teeth out, don’t look any further!! Dr Albert Kang extracted mine with perfection and the whole procedure was quick and easy! I can’t thank him and his assistants Sydney, Lucy, Kayla, and Anna enough, for taking such good care of me! They gave me everything I needed for recovery and its been a very easy recovery so far. 10/10 would always recommend them!!

Despite my aversion for dental visits in general I thoroughly enjoy Dr. Beanland and his staff. I always trust in his work and he puts me at ease. The beautifully restored old house the office resides in adds to my experience.

I went in with very high anxiety. Dr Vellis is a great oral surgeon. He immediately put me at ease. He was so respectful of my anxiety and informative of everything he was doing during the molar extraction. I am also very impressed with the way he treated his assistants. I was a dental assistant for years and I told his assistant dont ever leave him, he’s probably one of the nicest and respectful dentist (oral surgeons) I’ve ever encountered. I have one more appointment and I doubt I’ll have high anxiety. The office aesthetics are very warm and welcoming along with all the team members. You don’t feel like your in a surgeon/dental facility, very homey feeling. Thank you!!!!!!

If you need your wisdom teeth out go here. I needed mine out since I was 16 and Im 20 now lol. Im so scared of the dentist but this place made me feel really claim and safe. The surgery was a blink and the staff were super nice. My only regret is that I didnt go here years ago.

Had a meeting with Dr.Beanland for my wisdom teeth. Super easy process, they took my insurance over the phone when I was booking my appointment and let me know what my coverage was for my appointment. Also the online patient form was easy to fill out and streamlined the appointment for sure. No pain 2 days after surgery, how unheard of is that!

Dr. Vellis and the staff at New England Oral Surgery are phenomenal. I grew up my entire life missing a top, front tooth (lateral incisor). I had Dr. Vellis put in an implant and after 42 years, I can now smile with confidence. Dr. Vellis is EXTREMELY passionate about his job and genuinely loves it. I honestly dont think I have met anyone who was so enthusiastic about their job. He is happy to interact with you and will answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Simply wonderful treatment. Was recommended by a friend after their child had a good experience at this office. My son has autism and was terrified of all dental offices. The surgical team was incredible and put me at ease knowing he was going to be with two surgeons for his extractions. Can I mention, NO NEEDLES! My son did wonderfully and I was able to be with him in a private room while he woke up. I can not say enough good things about the office, the staff and the two surgeons who took care of my son.

I saw Dr.Beanland and he couldnt have been nicer. I am having a compete full mouth rehab and he has explained everything in detail and has worked in conjunction with my dentist to get a plan together that is no only what I need to have done but also affordable. The office also offers carecredit which is a great help if you dont have the cash upfront.

These 5 stars are for the billing department. I want to thank Joanna and Lindsey for the help they gave me in fighting my insurance company. Lets be real, insurance companys for the most part are a joke and they are so difficult to deal with. I wont go into details but needless to say the help those two ladies gave me went above and beyond! I hope the doctors see this and know what the did to help a patient.

I can not thank the doctors and staff enough for the care that they gave to my son. After an accident on the playground my dentist sent us to New England Oral Surgery as an emergency. The doctor immediately put my husband and I at ease explaining what they would do to get him out of pain. They allowed my husband to stay with him as he went to sleep. The assistants in the recovery were helpful and he even got a Popsicle (or two)! They made a very stressful time a lot easier and my son is doing great.

Im leaving a review purely to commend the assistant, Tonya, whom Id give a 5 star rating to if I could. My 12 year old daughter, who is usually a pretty tough little chick, was absolutely petrified to tears of a procedure she had to have. Tonya was so wonderfully down to earth and personable; she joked with her, sang Disney songs through the procedure while holding her hand (even though my daughter nearly broke her hand she squeezed so tight), and really went out of her way to help make her feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I cant commend her enough. The world needs more like her. Thank you times ten, Tonya.

My son was treated by Dr.Beanland and Dr.Vellis on Friday and I cant begin the express my thanks for the care they took of him. My son is on the spectrum and generally has a hard time at medical/dental appointments. The whole experience from walking in the day of surgery to leaving was great. They helped put my wife and I at ease and my son was able to watch a movie in a quiet dark room while waiting for the doctor. Thank you Dr.Beanland, Dr.Vellis and the staff, so glad our dentist told us to see you.

Dr. Chu and Staff,Thank You very much for being so professional and courteous during my extraction yesterday. What I was expecting and how it turned out was amazing. Like you said dentistry has come a long way and I felt no pain AT ALL during the procedure. I no longer will be afraid of the dentist and get on regular visit schedule.The only side effect is that I craved a lumberjack breakfast the next morning.

My son saw Dr.Tony Kang for two baby teeth to be pulled out. I was a stress case, the thought of putting my tiny 3 year old son was terrifying. Dr.Kang put me at ease, explaining what would happen, that there would be two doctors in the room with my son the whole time. My son was back playing outside later that afternoon like nothing had happened. Thank you to the kind and caring surgical staff and Dr.Kang. I hope we don’t have to be back but if we do we will be seeing you!

My wife and I paid for services out of pocket for my daughters oral surgery. Our insurance company at that time then paid for the procedure and paid New England Oral Surgery Associates. New England Oral Surgery Associates then offered to to reimburse us for our out of pocket expenses. After several months they have yet to reimburse us. They claim that they cannot reimburse us until a new claim under a new/different insurance plan is paid in full. This has been going on fer several months with no resolution after multiple phone conversations. We will not be going back to this practice.

I disagree with many of the reviews listed on this site and felt I should add my personal experience. I had an implant placed my Dr.Beanland, he was professional and made a stressful appointment a breeze. Working with Sarah his implant corrordinatior was also simple, helped explained my insurance coverage and was easy to get in touch with as she had her own extension thus not having to go through the front desk. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment and the care I received at New England Oral Surgery, and have recommended then to family and friends.

Kind, Nice, and Respectful Staff.

I wouldnt even give this Billerica New England Oral Surgery 1 star based on how they conduct their business and treat potential clients. My daughter was referred by her orthodontist and I scheduled an appt. When we went and filled out paperwork, they immediately asked for $150.00 to just explain the procedure. I didnt have the money and rescheduled. I had to cancel the next appt. due to the same issue. When I called back to schedule again, they said they no longer could accept my daughter as a patient because I cancelled twice. I recommend Burlington Oral Surgery 5 stars, professional quiet office location, better parking, professional staff, and they dont charge you $150.00 to explain the procedure.

I never write reviews online but... This businesss front desk office is incompetent. I have spoken with them on the phone 9 times within 3 days because they kept calling me asking the same exact questions, telling me they lost my information, and telling me they forgot to do (insert various tasks). They told me I didnt have dental insurance and tried to bill me over $4,000 to which I responded did you even look at my file and it took 3 women to flip over a piece of paper to find my information. It was on the back. and they couldnt figure that out. I also work a front desk position in an office and I can promise you that the mistakes they have made were out of laziness and by no means are difficult tasks.

Agree with most of the reviews. I do not write reviews however my experience was so bad. The doctor was nice. Front desk staff was so unbelievable rude. They are not helpful and simply rude. Acted as if they did me a favor by changing my appointment 3 times due to emergencies. I rearranged my schedule 3 times and what I got was rude women with bad attitudes. Look to go somewhere else if you can! Maybe there Westford office is better. Billerica was bad.

Both of my kids had their wisdom teeth taken out here. Great experience as a parent, just lots of paperwork. They also have an office in Westford, so time your appt if you do t want to make the drive.

I called for the first time to check if they could look up insurance like a dentist can via social security as my dental insurance card has not arrived (just acquired a new job).The lady who answered the phone forgot to hang up and began to berate me to her coworkers after she thought the call ended - “What an idiot. Who calls a place without their insurance?” was the tune.How rude, unprofessional, and ignorant do you have to be? Needlessly, I won’t be a patient here.

Great before and during surgery but afterwards you are on your own, they never answer their phones or return calls. Theyre absolutely useless if you have any questions or concerns afterwards
