I arrived at 7:50, we were promptly seen. The provider discussed treatment options, prescribed the medications for two different scenarios and we were on our way. Excellent care and best of all…Quick!

So my wife went to this clinic, get her ear looked at because her doctor at the Spectrum Rockford location is booked up for a while.. first time there was an hour wait, then she goes back and there is now a 2 hour wait.. you folks seriously need to address this issue because other patients seem to have the same problem! We decided to go to the ER since you folks are not capable of dealing with non life threatening issues!! WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A WALK IN CLINIC IF YOU FOLKS HAVE A WAIT TIME OF OVER 2 HOURS? PEOPLE ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE ER! I certainly will never go back to your clinic! I’d rather die than deal with the rude front desk again!

My first time in their walk-in clinic. I am thoroughly impressed! Run like all clinics should be run. From check in to checkout everyone worked together perfectly and Sue (PAC) and Matt (tech) were genuinely concerned with my condition. . Do thankful to have this service when my PCP is booked. Thanks!

Getting signed in and seen was fairly smooth. The people are nice and seem genuine. However, follow through and follow-up have been non-existent. Ive called three times with promise of a call back and have received zero calls. I used the walk in because of an immediate need of attention to an injury that is not life-threatening, but very painful none the less. I was hoping for some urgency in the matter. After 2 sleepless nights from pain and no relief from the prescribed meds, I called with concerns anticipating some type of resolution. Even offered to come in again if it would speed the process. Still nothing.

One star because it’s pathetic how only during COVID this walk in will only accept all insurances but I forgot? Isn’t the virus still prevalent? My daughter got bit by a bee and turns me away with her. POOR POOR PATIENT CARE ON THE RECEPTIONISTS PART !!!!! SHAME ON YOU WALK IN CLINIC TURNING PATIENTS AWAY WHEN NEEDING IT !!! Those three women at the front desk need BETTER lessons on NEVER turning away patients when in need. SHAME ON YOU ALL

Worst experience ever

I was in and out in 20 minutes! Convenient and fast, when my regular PCP was booked solid.

Less than a half hour wait. Pleasant experience.

Great service and great people!
