Im a snowbird and I purchased my Beltone hearing aids in Florida. I needed them serviced so i called.They got me right in. My hearing aides unfortunately needed to be sent in. They provided me loarner devices so that I would not be without over the Memorial week end! Then made adjustments to mine when they came back. I was so pleased after having a bad experience with another vendor. Highly recommend based on the service I received from Brennen Kartes!
