Irritating and unhelpful staff. Nobody seems to want to help you, and become irritated when you ask for help. So many bad experiences here.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN!! DO NOT BRING YOUR MEDS TO WALGREENS!! They make you wait for 20 mins in drive thru only to tell you they are closed for lunch.. LIKE SERIOUSLY?!? HOW ABOUT POSTING A SIGN OUTSIDE SO THOSE WHO DONT NORMALLY USE YOUR PHARMACY WILL KNOW!! SCREW WALGREENS!! I’ll get my meds at MEIJERS since they seem to treat you well and not LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE!!

Kenzie was extremely helpful. I had a personally frustrating situation that seemed to just keep getting worse, but Kenzie helped relieve an enormous amount of stress and irritation with her help. I am extremely thankful.

This is the most inconsistent and irritating pharmacy experience I have ever had. I opted in for text, JUST TEXTS, and I get emails, calls and texts. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if they had their system in order.For instance, I had 3 prescriptions, 2 were in stock and one was delayed for over a week. They texted me daily to pick up the first 2 and kept saying the 3rd was out of stock. I’m not going to go 10+ miles to not get my entire order. Then the calls start. Incessant, daily calls, sometimes multiple a day. I understand it’s part of their job, but when I get 3 calls within an hour when I’m in a class, I start to get REALLY irritated.Then there is the employee morale and attitude. Whenever I go in, I feel as though I’m being treated like an inconvenience. I am also so incredibly courteous and I am constantly met with shortness and discontent. Did I mention they’re usually always understaffed? I’m sure that contributes to their attitude, but still, come on.If my insurance would allow me to go ANYWHERE else, I would. If you have the option to not go here, don’t.

Bad experience with store management

Both pharmacists were great. They were both willing to talk with me and discuss any questions I had.

The male pharmacist (dark brown hair, has it spiked up) is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. There have been several issues with my prescription when picking it up and every single time he is always very rude, never offers to help, and has no compassion at all, in which case he picked the wrong profession. Also when I was pregnant he proceeded to be rude and judge mental about the side effects my depression COULD have on babies, which I was already aware of since I have a doctor that obviously helped me make the decision. It was not at all his place to assert his opinion and and make me feel bad for taking medication that I need for mine as well as the well being of my child. And my baby was born healthy, and happy as ever. I would never ever recommend this pharmacy and have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have never dealt with someone so rude in the medical profession. I am now switching to the Meijer pharmacy and will not return to Walgreens.

Great people work here. Always a pleasant experience. Pharmacy team is awesome, even that lady Autumn. She is always on the ball and a great person to talk to.

Pharmacist has 0 people skills. Very rude and smug. They should move him to stocking shelves.

The pharmacy staff here are amazingly helpful and friendly.

The male pharmacist ( present on June 4 2017 Sunday ) working at Walgreens is extremely rude . I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt & chalk it up to having bad day ...however this is not the case with me. He has been rude & short with me several times. I dont know if others experience the male pharmacist rude behavior or does he have it out for me. Its good thing I dont have questions about prescriptions... cuz I would be shakin in my shoes if I needed help from him .The remaining staff & female pharmacist are extremely helpful & friendly .

I asked for my prescription to be ready at 4pm I didn’t have to wait for anyone when I pulled up at 4:10. They did not have prescription ready and made me late for my class it took 20 minutes till I got my script.

4months of asking for automatic refill on my prescription, I thought when I received the text message saying it was ready they finally got it right but here I am again waisting a trip in bad weather to be told it is not ready.
