While going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, Dr Garlick and his entire team make it as pleasant as possible for me. Their professionalism and attentiveness are exceptional!

I called all over Big Rapids for what I felt was a minor dental emergency and no one had an opening for over 2 months. When I contacted Dr Garlick’s office, the staff greeted me on the phone pleasantly and generously squeezed me in for an appointment for the following morning. I was very appreciative. No other office was willing to do this.Dr. Garlick was gentle and easy going. He made me feel comfortable. The staff and the environment was very warm and inviting. They have created a cute view of their side yard with bird and squirrel feeders. They also have relaxing music playing and Dr. Garlick explains each thing he is doing to help you feel more at ease.I will definitely go back to his office for my follow up dental needs and become a patient at their clinic. I would also highly recommend you give them a try.

I brought my three kids in for cleanings, and we had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist being really pleasant during the first phone call and check-in process, to the hygienists being really great with my kids, thoroughly explaining everything they were doing and why to them and being so kind and friendly. They encouraged my kids that they were doing a good job taking care of their teeth and graciously told them how to improve. Dr. Garlick is so gentle and friendly, and I was pleased that he took they time to show me and explain to me what he saw in each of my childrens teeth and bites.

Dr. Garlick and his staff were most accommodating during my unscheduled visit for a minor dental emergency. They truly care about your wellbeing and go beyond the call of duty to take care of their patients. I have been his patient since middle school in the 1980s, which BTW was the best decade ever, and have always been pleased with their care.

Weve had Dr Garlick as our family dentist for years. My husband had a phobia of dentists when we first met but Dr Garlick talked him through it, was extremely patient and kind; now he goes on a regular basis.I just had my very first root canal done and it went much much smoother than I ever expected. Would highly recommend Dr Garlick and his team. They are all great, kind and amazing!

My son has been seeing Dr Garlick for years ( 8) and feels relaxed and happy in his care. He doesnt have any fears of going to the dentist. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean and easily accessible. l recommend Dr Garlick to all of my friends and family.

I called the office as a new patient with a toothache first of all they asked if I could wait 1 more day or not (which was AMAZING) and since I could they scheduled me the very next day! I went into the office which is very comfortable and inviting. The receptionist helped make sure all my insurance was taken care of, they got me in back right away. His nurse was so friendly and easy to talk to and when the doc came in he smiled and shook my hand and introduced himself... he took a look at my tooth and found it was my wisdom tooth and took it out!!! I have not felt an ounce of pain from start (yes even the long needle) to finish (and of course it had to keep breaking... def not an easy one)... I have found the most amazing place to go! thanks Google!

After losing our regular dentist of 20 yrs. I went to see Dr. Garlick. He is very caring and makes you feel comfortable. I have a very low pain tolerance and Dr. Garlick makes sure it stays that way whenever he is working on my teeth. He always has your best interest and explains everything in detail for you to understand and what treatment would be best for you. I would recommend him to anyone needing a GREAT dentist. Also lets not forget his staff. They will go out of their way to help you with what ever you need. When you walk in you are greeted and acknowledge (not ignored like some places when they are on the phone) and offered a smiled. I was so happy with my treatment that my husband also goes here now and a few of my friends have switch to Dr. Garlicks office too.

Love my Dental Hygienist Darla, who is always pleasant, caring, makes you feel comfortable and she has a great sense of humor. Dr. Garlick is also very caring and thorough. Going to the Dentist office is not a place you look forward to going to, but this Dentist office makes the visit a good experience!
