This place is such a gem. I wish I lived in Michigan, so that I could patronize them regularly. We came here for edibles, and there is an amazing selection of gummies and chocolate that you can filter by strain and strength. You can do everything online except pay, and they have a loyalty program.This is by far the cheapest amount Ive ever paid for *good* cannabis products, and Ill explain why. They have daily deals, which happened to coincide with what we wanted (25% off edibles and cbd) on the day we drove through. Total serendipity for us, but for locals it would be a great way to plan a trip depending what you need. They also have regular product sales on their website, which we took advantage of. And finally, we actually got a coupon from patronizing another local business - they have reciprocity with certain wineries in the area. Amoritas is where we got the coupon. I think it ended up being close to 40% off with all the discounts, which is just insane. Finally, Michigan only has a 10% tax on cannabis products - most states are 25% - 40% (Illinois is 35%). The local sales tax in Big Rapids is around 5%, so our total dues to the government were only 15%. In Chicago, I would have had to pay ~45% total tax. So thanks, Michigan!Besides the amazing deals, their stuff is awesome. Weve loved everything we got, and theyve even expanded their products since last year. Customer service was lovely, and the online ordering was very straightforward.5/5, easy.

For the first time into a dispensary, Lume set the bar high. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The staff was extremely professional, very helpful, and full of knowledge of the product they were selling. We looked online found they had an early bird special so we made sure to come in during those hours and left with a lot more than expected without breaking the bank. Will definitely come back!

I went in to Lume to get an in person experience and I was thrilled with how it went. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was given a personal walk through of every product. Good products, prices fair. Always have to check what you order. Every other time I come here Ive been given the correct strain, but different batch with lesser thc percentage. Always lesser, never greater. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes to have staff correct it. Just waited, got my order correct, then found they shorted me $3. No biggie but geez, gotta wait in line another 10 minutes to get my $3. Losing faith in you guys, consistent screw ups. Come on now.

The last 2 pre rolls I purchased for convenience were so tightly and poorly rolled or pack it couldnt be smoked. At least 1/3 of it just up in smoke trying to get it lit, since its a spliff and you have to light the fat end. Had to break it up n re roll it. Completely unacceptable. For the price this should never happen. Like being served a beer with a hole in the glass. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time shame on me. Going to wellflower from now on.
