I much appreciated the office fitting me in on their first day back after their one week vacation! It was not an emergency but certainly something that needed attention. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated them discussing the options for my situation!

My husband and I recently joined all smiles and the experience was wonderful. Ginger and Melissa are exceptional, very friendly, professional, and pleasant on entering the building. The staff are amazing they are professional and respectful. Very welcoming and very detailed oriented in their work. I love the overall feel from the staff at all smiles dental.

Had a dental emergency over a year ago and had trouble getting an immediate appointment with anyone, All Smiles Dental took me in as soon as they could. Dr. Garamore treated me and still does - I have never been more satisfied with a dentist and with the amazing crew he has working with him. Every person Ive met there has been extraordinary, and specifically Ginger, Rachel and Samara are true professionals that do excellent work with positive attitudes - oh, and of course the one-liner herself Casey!! The office has always been beyond clean. However, I was still nervous to go for my cleaning during the COVID pandemic. I immediately felt better upon arrival. Signs on the door with clear instructions, hand sanitizer station prior to entering and clear signage inside. Everyone was fully masked, hygienist were double masked and wore face shields. They informed me they clean every inch of the room between patients, down to cleaning the informational sheets hanging on the walls. The teeth cleaning process itself has been modified for safety by adding additional steps and stronger suction equipment. It was extremely impressive to see the extreme attention to detail being taken in order to keep the staff and clients safe. I have gone to All Smiles Dental for 13+ years so with certainty I can say, I trust, appreciate and wholeheartedly recommend All Smiles Dental.

I was a little concerned with having dental services done while being in the middle of the Covid pandemic, and they not only allayed my fears by describing the sanitation procedures, they were kind, honest and gave the same excellent service I have come to know from them. At this most recent appointment again I received care that focused on my immediate dental issue but time was also spent reviewing my overall plan in terms that I can understand and options were provided. I feel fortunate to have this relationship so that I can pursue excellent dental health.

My experience at All Smiles was once again fabulous. Rachel, my hygienist was sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable. I met Dr. Vermette, the new dentist at All Smiles and he was wonderful and explained everything in a way for me to understand. And as always I had the pleasure of seeing my favorite person, Ginger who always knows how to brightened someones day. All the staff at All Smiles are great and I appreciate all they do.

Ive always had a pleasant experience here but Id been nervous about coming for a cleaning since the virus. The office took precautions to make sure that all patients are safe. That relieved my fears, it was also nice to see the pleasant staff.

I have been going to All Smiles Dental for 3 or 4 years now. The level of professionalism the staff displays, from the receptionists all the way to the dentist, is so far above the rest. I have been and always will continue to recommend this office for any dental work to all friends/family. As a soldier in the Army, I think the biggest thing that sets All Smiles apart from the competition is their incredible respect to the military, those that have served, and their family members. Their kind, passionate, and caring nature makes you feel warm and welcome the moment you open the door and here that bell ring! Simply put: if you live anywhere near the area, you should absolutely go to All Smiles.

The place to go if you are scared of the dentist. I had not been in awhile and was lucky enough to have Dr. Peter J. Garramore and his team help me through the whole process of what was going on. Lastly I would like to thank Rachel Prior who actually scaled my teeth and she is amazing. She was quick, helpful, and great at her job. Update:My most recent visit was just as great! I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now and I don’t see myself changing anytime soon! The staff is great, they remember everyone at a personal level and they are so informative. A+ on the customer service and A+ on the dental work! They know their stuff!Loved this place, hands down best dental appointment I’ve ever had. My hygienist was Robbie, she was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and cleaning. No pain afterwards either which was a common occurrence after cleanings at my old dentist. Thank you for the awesome experience, I’m recommending everyone I know to go there!!

The staff is great at All Smiles Dental in Biddeford! My tooth was really bothering me and I was in the need of finding a dentist immediately. I called all around and there was no guarantee of having an appointment with even the walk in dentist in town. I then saw reviews of All Smiles Dental and said I will call them and try. They were so kind from the very beginning and were able to get me in the same day! I really like the staff and Dr. Garramore is great! I will continue to visit this dentist office for a very long time to come!

I wanted to come on here and re do my original review now that Ive been a patient at All Smiles for over a year and been seen in the office so many times.All Smiles was the only dentists office that would help me and could see me within 24 hours back when I was having a lot of pain and needed an emergency appointment because of a bad tooth. I had seen other dentists who all told me I needed a root canal, but I couldnt afford one at the time and really just wanted the tooth out. No one would help me with that, always saying that they were in the business of saving teeth not pulling them out. That didnt help me much at that point and so I spent years dealing with this tooth and my anxiety of the dentist grew.The first time I saw Dr G he was totally understanding of cost being an issue for me and didnt pressure me into something I couldnt afford. Once I said I wanted to go with extraction, Ginger (who is Dr Gs wife and always so friendly and helpful) immediately got on the phone to find an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance. She was able to get me an appointment for the next morning and the problem tooth was out. Finally! I ended up needing another extraction on another infected tooth (it had been a long time since I had regular dental care). Kristen in the front office got me in right away. Dr G called the oral surgeon on my behalf to get me seen asap and then called to check in with me at home to make sure it all went okay.Now with those problem teeth out I am on the road to getting the rest of my teeth fixed and have been seen by just about every assistant and hygienist in the office. Robbie is gentle and patient and is not only great with me, but my son loves seeing her for cleanings too. Dotti is great during procedures and checks in with me to make sure Im doing okay throughout. Eva too is super gentle and great at calming me if Im nervous and explaining things. Dr Garramore never rushes and always makes time to answer my questions. I used to especially hate getting the shots of Novocain in my gums, but they all have a way of administering the injection so that I barely even notice its being done. Its truly the best experience Ive ever had at any dentist.The office itself is so clean and bright and comfortable. Theres a tv in the waiting room although Ive never had to wait more than a minute before Im seen. Ginger, Kristen, and Danielle are always so nice and all three will go out of their way to look things up and check on my coverage for me so that I know what I owe in advance.I would give 10 stars for All Smiles if I could and I most definitely recommend them for anyone especially if you are usually anxious about the dentist because I am confident it will be a much better experience than you might be used to.
