The staff was efficient, professional, and happy to answer questions. Dimitri, the PA, was super smart and was the first medical professional to examine me and then give his assessment and diagnosis to Dr Schwartz. Dr Schwartz was unable to help me; however he was quick to refer me to one of his mentors at Boston medical center. Thats all you can ask. Physicians who are closely networked with other physicians whose skill sets are varied is the best way to operate a practice.

Im 67 and have had both of my hips replaced by Dr. SCHWARTZ within eight months. He was very good to explain every step of the way . I knew what to expect and how to help myself through this process. He was very compassionate and kind. Hes receptive to answering all questions with patience.

Dr. Schwartz is great- always honest, direct anda wonderful surgeon. I had very successful hip surgery a year ago with him and am so glad that I did. His office is well run, he doesn’t keep you waiting and everyone is helpful and pleasant.

I’ve had a recent experience about six years ago with a total left hip replacement and went to Sports Medicine North. I was so impressed with S.M.N., both pre and post surgery that I knew where I wanted to go when I started having symptoms on my right hip.It would be an understatement to say they’ve made huge strides hip Replacement surgery. First of all the procedure was done at a day surgery facility vs. a one night stay in the hospital. Secondly, the procedure itself was fast, with a different anesthesia. I had a spinal with mild sedation so I woke up very quickly after the procedure and felt great! I was walking in under an hour. I arrived for surgery at 6:30am and was on my way home by 10:30am.When I got home I was able to walk around the house without assistance. Day two I had some swelling so I walked with crutches. Each day got better and better. Day seven I walked up a 6-7’ grade hill to our town common and back. I’m amazed at the recovery compared to my last surgery which at the time thought was so fast. I was back to work in 3 weeks last time and will go back to my part time desk job After one week.

He cares about his patients and listens to your concerns. He corrected a prior hip surgery That I was left with a longer leg. After the surgery was performed I can say he did excellent and I feel great again. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see an orthopedic doctor.

Had my right hip replaced a year ago this week. Dr Schwartz is a rock star. Was at my nephews wedding in an evening gown and heels dancing in Boston 11 days later. I have had a great experience and highly recommend him to anyone interviewing ortho surgeons for a hip replacement. I have been a 100% for over 4 months and 90% for the 6 months prior. I am thrilled with the results

Extremely pleasant, explains your option on improving your injury. But at the same time tells you, a replacement is needed. But it’s when you are ready for it. No pressure on making any decisions .

I thought it was great going there i thought ok there going to send me out for x-rays thats going to take time more appointments back and forth . they did everything right there no waiting i was in and out in 30 minutes , perfect

My dr. that i saw a few years back was no longer there, i knew that before making an appt. i choose Dr. Schwartz. i had my first appt. with him and he listened to my concerns and we agreed on starting with an MRI. And go from there. I felt that he was a good match for me, i was comfortable talking with him and did not just brush me off. i was worried he would just in and out me but he didnt. well we will see what the MRI results are and go from there. His attending ? resident Dr. was also very nice and listened to my concerns.

I was very nervous going in but between the dr and staff at AJ I was put at ease and was shocked at how little the pain was. I got out the same day and was shocked when dr Schwarz called me the next day to check on me. His text message system is great lots of questions got answered through it. I would highly recommend dr Schwarz and Anna Jaques for a very smooth experience
