Great atmosphere very relaxing. I’ve been seeing Amy for months, the very best massage therapist I’ve worked with before.

Athena was absolutely incredible. Traveled from Vermont for a conference and was able to get in with her last minute and she was an awesome communicator, was very professional and very knowledgeable of her craft. She made it so I could finally sleep through the night. Highly recommend.

The therapists took time to ask about any problem areas I have and what I was expecting from the massage. I left feeling a lot better than when I went in. I had an excellent massage. The front desk staff are friendly and professional as well. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back.

This place is nice, except that it is totally overpriced. $119 for a 55 minute massage... Are you kidding me? This isnt Beverly Hills. Its Beverly, MA!

The Beverly location is well run, adheres to Covid procedures, and has different pressure levels for any need. Amy has worked out the knots in my neck from many months of sitting in front of a computer. No more headaches!! Highly recommend

I am a competitive martial artist and accordingly have seen a litany of soft tissue therapists over the years. In my first session with Amy she quickly diagnosed the myriad of injuries, imbalances, and adhesions I had accumulated from training and began resolving them. After several sessions with her my body has regained much of its functionality and my daily pain has diminished greatly. Seeing her weekly has been essential to keeping me healthy and training consistently. She is a miracle worker.

Amy is very professional, experience and friendly. I went to her with neck pain, I couldn’t moved my neck sometimes but after my visit I could able to move my neck without pain. I would recommend her to everyone, she is the best therapist I know.Thank you Amy!

My mom booked me a massage for my birthday as a surprise, they called and texted her continuously to confirm my appointment with ME, my mom kept trying to explain it was a surprise. When she called to cancel due to this, the teenybopper on the phone was less than courteous. I worked at a very high end salon all through college, and I was appalled at the customer service. Normally you would want to give new patrons the BEST experience so they would become clients. Id rather sit in a mall massage chair than put up with rude service.

The male therapist I scheduled for my fiancées birthday massage was out sick. They were completely aware that the massage was for her birthday, they mention it to me on the phone, and instead of trying to accommodate us by offering another therapist for her appointment or even rescheduling they stated that all their male therapist were fully booked for the next week. Then instead of suggesting another date and time or offering a discount, giving some type of deal or workable solution they proceeded to apologized as though it was a rehearsed script... I understand that situations happen but in the customer service industry when a problem occurs on the business side it is the businesses responsibility to try and reach a reasonable solution to accommodate the customer and they did not come even close to that. Very disappointed, fiancée is POd, the present it ruined and now we now I need to find a new massage clinic.

I was very nervous as it was my first time at Elements Massage but I was warmly greeted and had an amazing experience overall.

They kept confirming the wrong time for our appointment then when the day came they called and said we missed it. tried to tell them app. was not the right time and amanda acted liked she didnt care. never apologized for pushing our appointment to 2:30 when it was supposed to be for 3:45.past massage was actually painful was in pain for weeks afterwards. tried to give them another shot but the way amanda felt with us was just rude. we wont be going back

I made an appointment for 3:45 for a couples massage. Left my number for a contact. Amanda confirmed later in the week for the wrong time. I called back asking for the original time I had made the appointment for. They confirmed the 3:45. Then I got a call that day and said we missed our app. That they made for the wrong time and that they were booked for the time I had originally made. When I expressed my irritation toward their lack of organization and communication Amanda acted like she couldve cared less about losing a customer and never apologized we will not be going back to elements massage.

Everything about my visit was safe, professional and relaxing.

This place does not take care of its customers. Some of the therapists are great and some are not very good. Be very careful signing up for their membership. Read the fine print. I would recommend finding a less corporate place who appreciates their customers more.

Visited Elements Massage today for a relaxing massage. It was anything but that - I asked for shoulders and neck and she only did my shoulders no neck - it actually hurt - there was so much noise from the room next to me - I absolutely hated it. I gets massage all the time and this was the worst!

It appears to me, since the last time I was in, that things have changed at Elements! For the better I might add too! The front of the house was very helpful and attentive and the new members program I liked very much! I see Faith when I go and she is always fantastic!!!

The staff is friendly and the massage therapist I had was really good. I would definitely go back!I dont love that they do a sales pitch at the end of your appointment - its for their monthly program, in which you pay a monthly amount and get 1 massage/month, at a discounted rate. I get it, its a business, but Id prefer if they didnt push it so much. I just had a massage and just wanted to pay and go home! They werent rude and didnt really pressure me to sign up, but Id rather if they would just ask, would you like to hear about our monthly program?, and then let me say yes or no.

Great experience! The front desk staff was so friendly and inviting. As the first people you see when you walk in the front door they certainly made a great first impression. My MT was Anthony, very knowledgable and talented. I had a 90 min massage with him and wished I had made it for 2 hrs. He made me feel like a new person... I would highly recommend him.

I almost hate to post this for fear that I’ll never be able to schedule again with her, but Diane M. at Elements is superb! She works on range of motion, all the while putting your entire body into a state of complete relaxation. This last visit I tried Cupping and it was really effective on my muscles. Treat yourself. You won’t regret it.

Christina was totally awesome! She made me feel completely relaxed, hit all the pressure points and was all-around great to work with. The ladies at the front desk are also very smart and warm. Great place!!

Sabre is an amazing massage therapist. She understands the anatomy of the body and all of the pressure points. I always leave feeling much more relaxed and flexible. She is very friendly and knows and executes her job well. I look forward to my visits with her because it is part of my wellness and she is fantastic!

Ive been going to Elements for years. They have a large staff of certified practitioners and have a solid system--you give them a time window and theyll ask some health history (in my case biceps tendonitis), ask what pressure you like (1-4), and tell you whos available. I have found them entirely professional, knowledgeable about muscle and joint anatomy and function, kind, and willing to work with me to improve flexibility and ease pain.

We had a couples massage scheduled for our anniversary trip to Salem and they called us the day before to switch our 90 minute massage to a 60 minute... giving every excuse in the book except owning up to the fact that they made a booking error.We went to Body and Soul in Salem instead, thankfully getting an appointment last minute and they were WONDERFUL.

Phoebe was excellent. She really attended to the needs of my sore muscles.I had an easy time scheduling my future sessions. I love the ease of my Wellness Program.

Every employee I interacted with was incredibly pleasant. I’ve had many massages before but I left feeling like Annie truly listened to me when I explained why I was there at the beginning of the session.

I have only had one massage here, but it was very good and the therapist had a deep knowledge of physical therapy.
