Dr Ruff - I highly recommend him and the MD VIP program. He is always there when I need and as a member of MD VIP, I can reach him any time.... After hours, middle of the night and he will manage and has managed my health issues. I consider him a friend and he always puts my needs first.

Dr. Ruff is the BEST. He has been my doctor for 30 Yr. Saved me at thattime when he viewed me (as always) as a whole person not just a body.I had recently lost my husband to cancer and Dr. Ruff sat me down andgave me room and advice about grief and where to go for help. (TodayI am a grief counselor for Hospice.)ALWAYS he has viewed me as a WHOLE person. The second time he saved me when I had experienced 5 sinus surgeries which left mewith severe nerve damage. Dr. Ruff got me immediately to Mass Eye& Ear where I was a patient for 10 days with a 5 yr. program to deal withthe pain.Dr. Ruff has ALWAYS been a wholistic, patient centered man. Dr. Ruff knows me. He has been my PCP for 20 - 25 years. He is always responsive to my concerns, and he listens well. The result is that I dont call him very often, because I know that If I DO need him, I can reach him. He has very effective staff who know me by name and can be trusted to handle issues which arise if he is out of town. My principle health issues are Restless Less Syndrome (RLS) and Hyperlipidemia. He keeps up with the latest treatments for both these issues, and starts and stops new treatments as indicated. At one point my RLS required IV iron infusions, which he recognized and provided. MDVIP delivers as promised as far as Dr. Ruff is concerned

I notice a big difference with mdvip because your never rushed and as long as i have something to say i can stay there. The staff is great i cac call about anything an tara will always get back to me. I used to dread going to the dr s .
