The practice as a whole is very nice and fairly easy to get in and out of. I had the unfortunate experience of seeing Elaine only twice in about 3 years but both times the experiences were less than helpful or pleasant. Both times I was left feeling unheard and misunderstood. Rather than listening to what I was saying and what I felt I needed she went right to pushing pills. I also had an issue with hair thinning and instead of properly documenting my chart that I had tired Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil) with some adverse side effects, it was written that I flat out refused her rx with no explanation. Although it’s a fairly minor detail, having accurate medical records is important. I understand that doctors and nurses are the experts, they went through years of schooling and training but there’s an awful lot to be said for actually listening to your patients. Hell, you might even learn something vital.
