Euphoria is the place to go for glasses. Lenora is an awesome shop owner and really cares for customers. I had an issue with the alignment of my progressive lenses and she corrected that perfectly. Then my frames broke in the middle some how and was probably a defective frame or in the plastic itself as thats never happened to me in all the years wearing glasses. She quickly popped my lenses into the same but new frame and of course at no charge. As long as I live in Beverly I will go to her for glasses every time. If want above and beyond service and unique frames I highly recommend Euphoria.

Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years, contacts for 13, and this was probably the best experience Ive ever had. I went in for an eye exam and to update my contact lens prescription. Arnold, the optometrist, was very easy to talk to, seems very knowledgeable/experienced, and was eager to help when I explained some of the issues I had with my last contact lenses. On my way out, I decided to get new glasses too. I didnt get the owners name, but she was so helpful and SO nice. I told her (in very general terms) styles I liked vs. styles I didnt like, and she expertly picked out around ten frames that matched my description. She was very patient, didnt rush me, offered her opinion in a gentle and friendly way, and made me feel very welcome. She even walked me through the cost breakdown and explained what my insurance would cover. The frames are a little more expensive than I initially expected, but the selection is beautiful and so much better than at your typical Lenscrafters or other chains. Im very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend Eyephoria!

I had a great experience with this company. I got an exam and was able to get a new pair of glasses. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

The customer service here is out of this world. Leonor is an absolute sweetheart. When I was picking new frames she sat with me tirelessly for probably close to 35 minutes while I tried on a couple dozen frames. At the end I still wasnt 100% sure about the pair I chose and she let me taken them home for a couple of days to ask some friends what they thought! In the end the pair that she suggested I NEVER would have chosen for myself but they are the best frames Ive ever had. She always remembers me and asks how my family is doing whenever I call and makes you feel very valued. I love it here!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Eyephoria is not your typical eye wear store; Eyephorias selection is unique, fashion forward and competitively priced. The owners are very knowledgeable regarding their products. OVERALL it is always a pleasure to visit and purchase sight corrective and sunglasses. Will not purchase eyeglasses anywhere else. I have been buying my eyewear at Eyephoria for a few years. I have a very high prescription and what I love most about Eyephoria is that they find me the thinnest and lightest weight lenses available. I have referred many friends and family to Eyephoria and everyone is always so grateful, just as I was when a coworker referred me. Customer service is great.

Wonderful guidance and advice from the team at Eyephoria. I had some issues with polarization and the owner stepped right up, without hesitation, to offer a solution and make a correction.

Beautiful frames and great customer service. It doesnt look like any optical store ive ever been to which made me a bit nervous but they took their time to show me price points all over and found something that worked for me!
