Great place. Dr. Liz is great. So is Christine who runs the office. Not only is the service been great for me, but we took our third child there. He had hip issues and now he is doing great. Also, as an added benefit, he had no ear infections, which my other two children definitely had lots of, including tubes in on of their ears. I wish both of my older two came here as infants.

Dr. Liz is one of my favorite people in the world! I am so lucky to have found her. Best chiropractor and holistic practitioner I’ve ever worked with. Extremely caring and personable and goes above and beyond for her clients.

I started coming here at 34 weeks pregnant with a ton of lower back and pelvic floor pain, i found it hard to go on walks with my 2 year old or complete daily tasks without any pain. After 2-3 sessions with Dr.Liz I have noticed a huge difference I am able to go for walks and push the carriage with no pain or soreness! I have been seeing Liz for about a year now. She has helped me tremendously with my alignment and so much more. We’ve been working on some repair for a few months. With regular adjustments and the focus I put on it outside of the office, I am seeing results and feeling better. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I really appreciated her ability to explain the underlying mechanisms and rationale for my treatment plan. When I started care, I was dealing with chronic low back pain and related neurological symptoms. After only a few weeks, I noticed a dramatic improvement in how my body felt. Now, about a year later, I have no back pain and I am almost completely asymptomatic. Her adjustments are gentle but highly effective. At the age of 34 and with a 15+ year history of a motor tic, I was starting to experience neck and back spasms with increasing regularity. Since the age of 12, my tic had manifested in a head-nodding motion, leaving my neck and upper back in a permanent state of tension. After attempting treatment with pharmaceuticals, herbal remedies, and other modalities throughout my adolescence and young adulthood, I had long ago accepted that I would have to live with this condition for the rest of my life.In my first assessment, Dr. Liz explained to me the ethos of chiropractic treatment and showed me, with the aid of X-ray imaging, the state of my spinal misalignment. She ended our session with my first adjustment. I had no idea my posture was so poor, but I was looking forward to restoring my back and neck into alignment and learning to stand up straight. What I was not prepared for was that in two visits with Dr. Liz, my motor tic had vanished.I was - and still very much am - a bit speechless. Living for so many years with a tic has been difficult. As child it was scary to feel like I couldn’t control my body. It was also very uncomfortable, resulting in frequent headaches, neck tightness, and shoulder fatigue. As an adult, I had learned to live with it, but my neck and back muscles were always tight. Two months into treatment I am still tic-free. My frequent back spasms have also gone away. My neck and back tightness is still a work in progress but I can feel it improving every visit. Dr. Liz has also taught me stretches to target my problem areas and helped identify ways to strengthen weak muscle systems in my back.I am overjoyed to have found Dr. Liz. I would never have known this had I not made an appointment and Im happy I did.
