I’ve been to this location 3 times to see Dr. Marchione, each time has had some kind of inconvenience or unpleasant experience. I’ve had a biopsy on my leg where the stitches fell out and was not repaired because I was told it “didn’t need to be”…now I have a large round scar that I absolutely hate. I was also slapped with a $500 bill for it without any warning. I had recently gone back for a check and was greeted by the doctor almost 20 minutes late. One young female staff I informed basically made excuses (with an attitude) for why the doctor was late rather than notifying me that my wait would be much longer than expected.

Dr. Greenstein is professional and has such a calm demeanor. The office was timely and professional. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Marchione is always thorough on my annual skin checks. He has a great bedside manner and is always friendly and kind. His assistant was also very sweet.

My son received Excellent personal attention from Nurse Debra Litke at the Beverly Branch. She is knowledgeable in Dermatology and gave wise recommendations to my son as to the course of treatment to follow. I highly recommend Northeast Dermatology. In the past, he has been treated by Dr. St. Pierre who also was very kind and explained the course of treatment thoroughly.

A trip for my delayed skin exam visit. Friendly staff. Good Covid19 protocols. Dr Greenstein did a thorough skin check and asked if I had any concerns. A biopsy, snipped skin tags, and multiple liquid nitrogen squirts to trouble spots. And instructions and supplies given for aftercare of these spots. A very good visit.

Dr. Greenstein a very smart, caring guy, explains everything well and always asks if I have any questions, I highly recommend him .

However, the office seems to be very busy and it is hard for staff to keep up with patients, but I do really like Deb Litke!! Very short wait, nice clean offices. Dr. Greenfield and his PA were attentive, respectful and thorough.

An Excellent visit!Check in was very simple.Wait was minutes. Brought a book and did not need it.Met with the doctor, he did his check. Asked if I had any questions. I asked one and it was answered and understood.Checked out and made an appointment for next year.

All went well with my Annual check up with Nicole today. Nicole is very thorough and makes sure any concerns are addressed. She wore protective gear and office staff were all wearing masks.Felt comfortable.

NDA is always super clean with a very friendly staff. Check in is fast, the waiting room is not crowded (important during these times) and the Doctors, PAs and other staff members are always treating you well. I see Nicole and she always walks you through her diagnosis and the plan that she thinks will best address the issue at hand. Highly recommend going to NDA.

Clinical staff is great, but office staff just told me that they have no responsibility to tell me whether or not they take my insurance ahead of time. Neither when making the appointment nor during the visit. They took my insurance card as if I was covered, and didnt say a thing. Now Im stuck with a big bill.

Super safe check-in, and they seamlessly adjusted a glitch in my appointment time. Was in and out quickly for a full scan, all concerns addressed.

Have been coming here for yearly skin screenings for a long time. Deb Litke NP and the entire staff of NE Derm are always professional and accommodating.

Dr. Greenstein was absolutely wonderful! I have a history of melanoma and I developed a concerning spot (to me) on my foot. The receptionist was amazing handling my emotional call. She got me in to see Dr. Greenstein same day. The office was very busy, the front desk receptionist handled the impatient, demanding, and rude patients with professionalism and patience. I was so thankful to be seen, especially during a global pandemic. I wish others would be more patient, and show more kindness and tolerance to our frontline workers; but I digress. I was prepared to have to beg to have the spot removed, I was so anxious and just wanted it off. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Greenstein told me it was “ok” to be emotional, he would certainly remove the spot that had me so worried (although he didn’t feel it was of concern, but was more than happy to relieve my anxiety but just removing it). He asked me if there were any other spots that concerned me. He assured me his office would call me with the pathology results. I have found my new dermatologist. I use to see Dr. Thierssen at NEDA, and since he retired, I have not found a doctor who takes melanoma as seriously as I do. I will be seeing Dr. Greenstein every six months from here on out for skin checks. Thank you, thank you, thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

I used to love being a patient of Dr. Rob Marchione, who booked a surgical visit for me with Dr. Smith to have a bit of skin cancer removed. I recd text message confirming the appt. and called to be sure they had recd my referral from my PCP. Yet, when I arrived I was told that Dr. Smith was not booked for that day but I was welcome to drive up to Newbury an see if he could fit me in up there WHAT! Never an apology, just straight up arrogance from the office manager, pretty much blaming me for the mix-up. Now I have untreated cancer on my face and I am on my own to deal with it. Not a professionally run medical facility any longer. I would appreciate hearing from Dr. Marchione, and an apology from the practise.

Dr. Marchione is a no nonsense doctor gets right to the heart of the matter. Yes, I would recommend him to everyone.

First off front desk staff was RUDE and unfriendly. Second I was there a couple weeks ago to get a mole checked Ive called about 12 times to get results I got a call ONCE and sadly missed it on the last ring called once Monday and twice today. Really hope I dont have cancer........

I had an appt in OCTOBER and I am STILL trying to get someone to call me back regarding a RX for a simple cream. They are horribly unprofessional. They promise Oh will get back to you. They dont. I have been calling for WEEKS.

Got there a bit early to fill out paperwork, was seen promptly, doctor was professional and knowledgeable, and they even helped me save a bit of money on an expensive prescription. Not sure what else you can really ask for.

This was my first time as a new patient here, technology wise was good with all the ipads and e-system ect. But service wise was horrible I have to say. The doctor essentially literally took five min to check me out, and was the most impatient doctor (mr. Marchione) I have encounter (was only me and another person in the waiting area), as if I was in line on a bank teller, where the teller was a machine asking me questions. Not too mention he literally raised his voice at me when I was trying to lay down and took a little time to think how he want it me to do that exactly. Maybe since it was Friday he could wait to get out of there or bad day or whatever the reason but for the money that I am providing (and him getting paid by insurance or whichever), this is Ridiculous.... as if I am asking free service. I am sure there are other MDs there which are different and dont want too label the whole place as bad because of this, but it might have just been a bad instance...unlucky day for me. I am going to give it another shot with another doctor there; hopefully its different...
