Great Dentist Office. Hi Everyone. Im now a very big fan of Martin Dental Partners. Found them via reviews and they exceeded expectations. The staff throughout, from receptionist to hygienist to doctor, were warm and helpful. Additionally, and most importantly the service was thorough, informative and very pleasant. Bravo, well done and Thank You. Would highly recommend this place. *As someone from a multi-cultural/ immigrant background this place was a very positive experience. I have since recommended to friends and family too. See you all again in 6 months!

Came here based on the reviews and Im glad I did! Very nice, friendly & professional staff. Had no wait at all which was awesome! The office itself is also really nice. Everything looks so clean and and new youd think they just opened. Also heard they let you watch Netflix while getting a teeth clean which is pretty cool and unheard of to me.

Very nice, friendly and professional staff. I came in for a cleaning/checkup. I always hate having to wait in an exam room for a while before a doctor finally comes in, but at Martins there wasnt really any pause like that. There was a little bit of wait time before my appointment started, but hey it happens!Once I was in the chair, I felt valued and that I was getting the attention I needed to have a good and quick visit. Hygienist/dentist knew what they were doing and got right to the point. They took time to explain to me as well before each thing they put in my mouth, which I really appreciate.The TV wasnt working when I was there but thats fine with me, Im just amazed they have one at all!! Thanks for taking care of my teeth :)

A friend recommended me to this office, and Im so grateful she did. I tend to get very anxious about this field of work since I suffer from severe TMJ that I havent seen anyone consistently since childhood. Everyone from this office is so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable in addition to providing me with options to choose from that would be least painful on my jaw. Just from my first appointment alone I had such a great experience and for the first time in my life Im looking forward to this new journey of taking care of my mouth/jaw/teeth.

I was absolutely terrified of the dentist after a 13 year hiatus. Luckily I found Martin. Dr. Clara was awesome. I didnt cry once, and absolutely nothing hurt. Would come back for sure.

I loved my experience at Martins! I went there for the first time for my daughters appointment and they were great with her, and just recently visited for my checkup and they were so thorough and kind. Very excited to have finally found a dentist that respects you, takes care of you, and makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered.

I just became a patient at Martins Dental, after switching from a place that I was not happy with. Only after one appointment, I felt comfortable with the staff and they took great care of me. I am a very nervous dental patient, but they took the time to explain everything and they were good listeners when I stated my concerns. I feel confident that I am in good hands from here on out! The office atmosphere is very welcoming, and super clean!

This is the most comfortable I have ever been going to the dentist in my entire life. Everyone that I encountered was extremely friendly and understanding. The best part for me is that no matter the state of your teeth or what issues you may have going on, they never make you feel bad about it or scold you which has definitely happened at some other places ive visited. They set me up with a clear plan for future work and really took the time to fully explain everything. Office is clean and beautiful - I cannot recommend this office enough!

After relocating to Beverly, chose Martins based on their acceptance of my insurance and good reviews. After my new patient appointment (exam/cleaning) I’m so glad I did! COVID precautions were taken seriously, and staff had a good system for maintaining distance during checkin and paperwork. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and did a great job explaining everything clearly throughout the appointment and answering any questions. My cleaning was thorough without being unnecessarily rough, and I felt confident that they only recommended the work I genuinely need done for my next appointment (not trying to squeeze more insurance money out of me through unnecessary visits... which has definitely happened to me at some other practices.) Overall very happy with the visit and definitely plan to make them my regular dentist moving forward!

I have a LOT of dental PTSD, and this is the one dental clinic Im not petrified to visit. The staff at Martins is incredibly caring, thoughtful, kind, and understanding. They take the time to answer your questions and ensure that your needs are being met. Unlike other places, Martins will offer options and advice, rather than telling the patient that theres only one care plan and course of action. Everyone there has a great bedside manner, and their focus is always on the patient.

Before becoming an official patient, i went to get a tooth pulled. i was very scared and my experience was phenomenal. They were so understanding, caring and careful. i just went as an official patient to have a cleaning. the office is clean, modern and they use todays technologies. the doctor was patient and kind and willing to let me make my decision when i am ready for a crown. The x-ray tech was very gentle, as i have tori, (extra bone growth in the lower jaw, under the tongue) which is painful when having to get x-rays . The girl who cleaned my teeth was awesome! i am very happy to be a part of Martin Dental in Beverly. i know when i go back for a filling and then a crown that all will go well.

There is a lot to love about this practice. The hygienists and the Dentist I saw were first rate and the office is beautiful and immaculate. This would be a five star review except the FIRST IMPRESSIONS at the front desk. I went in twice and both times the representative(s) behind the desk didnt look up or smile. I sort of sat there dumbly wondering if something was wrong. There was no one else in the waiting area. It was like they were trying to not make eye contact. Then, when eventually spoken to (after minutes had passed) there was no salutation or smile. Just this: you have a copay. I think they are very efficient and get things right but its all on their screens and theyve forgotten that people still want to feel welcome. Remember to do this basic courtesy and the five stars will glimmer!

I fired my last family dentist and now my whole family comes here... they deserve the 5 star rating as I read other reviews. As a bussiness owner myself we strive to make everybody happy regardless. While not particularly wanting to go to a dentist, especially for an emergency, the staff at Martins Dental made me feel comfortable and took care of my pain in a timely matter. With 2 kids, my own dental care has been on the back burner, but I was not shamed for taking so long to get into the office. They listened to all my concerns and kept me informed all along the way. Great experience from beginning to end. Especially since theres no more pain.

Dr. Martins is top notch. I was having tooth pain and she fit me into the schedule to be seen very quickly. I was VERY nervous for the appointment and she couldnt have been more accommodating. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Martins, my hygienist, and the rest of the lovely faces I encountered at the office. Im sure its not uncommon for people to have fear of the dentist and Im no exception but I actually enjoyed my time there. Dr. Martins was very warm and had a comforting presence. My hygienist was incredibly sweet and Jess certainly made my experience great from beginning to end.

I had been seeing a dentist quite far from home. When I needed some work done (extraction) I decided it was time to get service closer to home. Everything about Dr Martins and the staff was welcoming and very efficient. The preliminary consult went well and scheduling the procedure easy and not having to time my visit to avoid traffic. A typically not-so-pleasant experience (teeth cleaning) was turned around into an overall pleasant one. I was very happy with the service and the team here (very informative).

I got tired of driving to my dentist and they were unable to fix my very chipped, very visible front tooth within what Id consider a reasonable time frame (they gave me an appt like two weeks out - yikes). Martins got me in right away and fixed my tooth! :)Very friendly and caring staff.

This was my first appointment at Martins Dental Partners today. The office is state of the art. Doesnt make you feel that youre at the dentist. I’ve been coming to this dental office for quite sometime now, and everyone is so amazingly helpful. The dental assistant Heidi is so polite and helpful she knows what she’s doing and doesn’t miss a beat. The hygienist Tori is very good and efficient at her job and does everything in a timely manner and so well you don’t feel a thing. Dr. Hamza does a wonderful job as well, you can’t even feel the needle when getting numb (I hate needles), and she’s very efficient as well. They have a wonderful group of gals here I definitely would recommend to anyone who is scared of the dentist visit them!!! They have so many things to make you feel comfortable and will treat you right!!!!

Loved this practice. Had seen another dentist in town who was trying to push all kinds of expensive and unnecessary procedures. Not here! Dr David and his team were friendly but highly professional. The whole practice is run very well. They even have special pricing for folks without insurance. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

I had such a wonderful experience here; starting with a very easy check-in process, a tour of the facility, and explanation of the different services provided. Dr. Martins was very knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns regarding my teeth and reassured me that they would work with me each step of the way. I left with a huge smile! I also want to mention that my two year old was given personal attention while I had x-rays done, was able to watch Netflix during my cleaning and received a legitimate toy on the way out. Amazing!!

I get such anxiety sitting in the dentist chair; the scraping, the sometimes pinching of my lips, the sometimes stabbing into my gums, the pressure to whiten or straighten my teeth... Well, so far Ive had none of that since going to Martins Dental twice so far. Im immediately greeted with friendly faces. My dental hygienist, Ashley, is an absolute doll; shes incredibly sweet and gentle. I have a choice to watch Netflix or listen to Pandora. While listening to Bob Marley I got watch aerial views from all over the world on a screen above me while Ashley went to work on my teeth. I couldnt believe how pleasant my cleaning was! Zero anxiety! Thank you Martins Dental.

The best dental office Ive been to, with a very modern office, comfortable environment, and TVs with Bluetooth headphones at each cleaning station. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist explained everything and was very considerate of my comfort during the cleaning. The dentist was very pleasant as we discussed the results of the exam and the next steps. Fantastic job.

I found Dr. David Konefal when he left his previous practice to move closer to home. Beverly is not exactly close to my home in Lexington, but I would NEVER see another dentist. He does beautiful work and is more personable than any dentist Ive ever met. ACES! Every other dentist Ive had to see when Dr. Konefal wasnt available, or to clean my teeth has inquired Now, who does the beautiful work on your teeth?

Had my first visit today at Dr.Martins office. Went in for an Invisalign consult and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with how high-tech the office is and Dr. Whitney is an excellent dentist. My first experience of US dentistry was a good one - no mention of the British book of smiles (plus 10 points). The office is brand new, the staff friendly and my cleaning and inspection went as smoothly as someone putting sharp objects into your mouth can go.

Visited this office last month when I was well overdue for a cleaning. Everyone from the front office staff to the dentist was friendly and kind. Tori, the hygienist, spelled out everything she was about to do so that I would know what to expect as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Konefal was pretty neat. The exam was gentle. He explained the x-ray findings in detail. The was no rush throughout the appointment. 10/10 would recommend this dental practice.

I had my First Appointment yesterday with Martins Dental Partners. I Can say enough about how amazing and relaxing the atmosphere is, along with all of their friendly staff. This Dental practice is AWESOME! The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Martins is very informative and very clear about what she does...plus they put music or Netflix on for you during your procedure...Jess at the front desk is thorough and very accommodating and polite when scheduling appointments (I had to re-schedule a bunch) They also have the typical 24 hr cancellation policy (where you pay if you cancel less than 24 hrs) but...instead of keeping the money they donate it to a local charity...so cool. I cant say enough good things about this warm, friendly place. I highly recommend.

It had been way too long since visiting a dentist, I live in the area and figured I would give the new Martins Dental Partners a shot. From the time I walked in, everyone was more than helpful in making the experience pleasant. The office is very well done with a great vibe and the latest in technology. Without hesitation Ive scheduled for some follow up work and would highly recommend Dr. Martins and Dr. Whitney from my experience so far.

Dental care staff were patient, informative, thorough, and careful. It was a relief to find this practice after grappling with some that had more of an assembly line approach. Options to listen to Pandora or watch Netflix during exam/procedures offered helpful distraction to patients who wished to use these.

The best of modern and traditional dentistry: Listen to Pandora on private headphones while opening wide to the latest and smartest drills and gizmos, wielded by young practitioners with an old-school personal touch and sense of caring. Dr. Whitney is calmly reassuring and expert, Janelle is kind and thorough, and the front desk staff is welcoming and patient. I daresay they make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.

Martins Dental is a small practice that is new to Beverly, where you will be treated with neighborly care and respect. Their equipment is brand new, and dentists explain what theyre doing at each step for maximum comfort and transparency. I particularly enjoy that you can watch Netflix while your teeth are worked on, saving both patient and practitioner the awkward attempt at conversation mid-cleaning. I am glad to be a patient here, as is my wife and one of her close friends - check it out!

Everyone at Martins Dental Partners is always so nice, polite, and professional! Dr. Martins always makes sure she stops in to say hi and see how things are going. One of the things that I like is that I always know who I will be seeing to clean my teeth. I went to another dental practice and never saw the same hygienist twice. I hadnt been to the dentist in years because it flat out scares me. It took me 3 days to settle on a new office and after several recommendations from a few friends I decided to give Martins Dental Partners a call. After sobbing on the phone to Maggie (and Jess), I had an appointment for a consult with Dr. Hamza who was thorough and super nice. I need a few extractions and Dr. Martins and Lauren were amazing! I saw Dr. Konefal for a follow up and he was great too! I cant recommend Martins Dental Partners enough!

The first time I went to Martins Dental Partners for my cleaning I was so impressed. The facility is clean, the staff was friendly and you can watch TV while you get your work done. I referred friends & family to them. The hygienist and dental assistant are very nice and conscientious.I got a CT scan back in November to determine a dental implant quote. I asked for a call regarding the CT scan and never got it. Prior to my 12/27 appointment I called again to ask for a call or at least for a quote to be ready. I never received a call and only received a quote (that was inaccurate) at my next appt after asking for it. At this same appt I waited for 30 minutes without any apology or acknowledgement from any staff.I then received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company that reported a significant payment of part of a service I paid in full for out of pocket. After calling the office for an explanation, Ive waited 2 days without any call back. There were also other discrepancies from the insurance company compared to what Ive been told at Dr. Martins.This office is beautiful and I genuinely hope that they improve with their billing and patient follow -up. A patient should not have to feel like they need to check up on an offices billing, but with this office you do.

I recently moved to the North Shore and had a horrible toothache. Dr Martins was so caring, compassionate and immediately knew the wisdom tooth had to be extracted. I love the warmth she shows and any fear you have is quickly eliminated by her outgoing personality. I have now gone back as a new patient. Everyone has a little fear of the dentist, but honestly you will be so pleasantly surprised!!! A new experience with an exceptional dental practice.

I was in need of pretty extensive help regarding tooth decay, the pain keeping me from sleeping, and the extraction that ended up taking place. The first thing I noticed is that the facility is very contemporary with an almost spa-like appeal. I didnt feel like just another patient, because I am not just another patient. I chatted up with the receptionist which really help put me at ease about my visit. The doctors took their time, evaluated my situation, explained the care/procedure in a way I could understand, and just made me feel comfortable. I am not a fan of the dentist, because it is so often associated with tooth pain, but I had such a relaxing experience that I was laughing while watching Netflix during my 4 tooth extraction. Yes, laughing! There was little discomfort which let me know that the surgeon really knew what she was doing, and that is half the battle. This place cares and it showed! I am so grateful to have found my new dentist office!

Today was my first time going back to the dentist in a very long time. For someone who was having panic attacks and crying for a fear of the dentist, this place is beyond amazing!!! Ashley who cleaned my teeth was so kind and wonderful with me! Always made sure I was okay and kept me updated on what was happening. The dentist (sorry I forgot his name), took so much time with me, I was speechless and awestruck!! The whole office truly cares, and I might be scared for what is to come, but I am glad I am giving them my business!! They educate you and answer your questions so you are able to understand everything! Gentle, kind and make you feel comfortable, very rare for a dentist office!!!

This is the best dentists office Ive ever been to. It is brand new and extremely clean. The dentists are friendly and take the time to explain procedures to you. You can watch Netflix or listen to Pandora in the chair! So glad my insurance covers it.

From the second I walked in the door, everyone was kind and welcoming. The dentist I saw, Dr. Whitney, was very understanding about the fact that I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years for various reasons and was not the least bit judgmental. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and they let you listen to music or watch Netflix while theyre doing the cleaning so that you can kind of distract yourself from the whole thing. We discussed the treatment plan at the very end, so I wasnt lying there awkwardly with tools in my mouth just nodding along.

Just wow! Who knew going to the dentist could be so satisfying. From the receptionist to the Dr, everyone was super friendly and warm. I truly appreciated how both the Dr and the hygienist took their time to explain everything in detail to me. I have been going to dentists for years, and I always leave feeling like, what just happened? But, today I left with a small in my face, and a clear understanding of my treatment plan and regiment.The space is super nice, modern, and inviting! Im glad I gave it a try! Ill be referring friends and colleagues! Oh, and you get a goodie bag at your visit!!

As a nervous patient, they made me feel very calm. Explained everything they were doing before they did anything. Very thorough examination and cleaning. The Netflix and noise cancelling headphones was an added bonus!

This was our first experience with our new dentist since we moved to Beverly the end of June. They were friendly and so good with my 5 year old son! Very clean and beautiful space, great staff and the hot wheels car at the end as a surprise was a big hit! I am looking forward to my husband and Is first appointments next month!

Moved to the area and tried Martins Dental due to a recommendation. Ive been twice; my regular cleaning and a crown (part 1). The office is clean, modern, and everyone has been friendly and informative. Netflix and/or music is available if you want it. My cleaning was pain free and I was given information about the tooth that had chipped in the back which would need a crown. I decided to have it done right away rather than wait until I felt any pain or sensitivity (the Dr gave me options). My appointment for the crown was as painless as the procedure could be. Dr. Hamza is gentle and efficient (I did not even feel the needles for numbing) and I get my permanent crown in 3 weeks - I feel as if Im in good hands.

Martins Dental provides thoughtful dental services, which is great for anyone with dental anxiety. Theyre clearly committed to detailed, high quality work, while providing thorough information and answering any and all questions.

Coming from a place of dread in regard to the chair I have to say this was the best dental experience of my life. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome i.e. offered a drink..given a tour of this beautiful brand new facility etc. Drs. Martins and Whitney were comprehensive in their care of me. Each possess the nth degree of knowledge, compassion, kindness and patience. You can listen to music or watch TV while they do their thing. After a few bad experiences with dentists, it had been years since Id been for a cleaning and check up. Martins Dental Partners is located in a beautiful new facility and everyone Ive interacted with there has been great! I feel very confident in their work and trust them with my dental care. In the past at other dental offices Ive felt swindled or pushed into treatments that were unnecessary - I couldnt feel more in the opposite direction Martins Dental Partners and Id trust anything they recommend!

I dont usually write reviews but my experience at martins Dental was so great I felt I needed to share. As an anxious dental patient the staff treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me develop a plan for future dental care and the environment is clean and comforting. If you are looking for a dentist, you really owe it to yourself to try Martins.
