In my quest to hear better as I moved into my seventies, I have been to several audiologists. But none has been as expert, understanding and profoundly helpful as Brian Fligor at Tobias & Battite. With his administration and interpretation of my audiogram, and his subsequent adjustments to my hearing aid programs, Dr. Fligor has given me back more of the joys of music and conversation than I had thought possible.

Im a musician and came here to have ear impressions done for in-ear monitors. It was surprisingly difficult to find an audiologist who could do impressions for the company I was going to use, which is a well known brand in the industry and very well respected. Dr. Fligor was very knowledgable about in-ear monitors and the industry as a whole, and had personal experience with the company I was purchasing monitors from, which added to my confidence. The impression process was well explained from start to finish and I was given helpful tips on what to expect from the monitors when I received them, and also what to do if any issues in fit etc arose. Front desk was incredibly kind as well. I was a little bit surprised at the price point as I have heard of other providers doing this for less, but the fact that they specialize in this area and have worked with musicians specifically made me feel a bit better about spending a little extra. All around a great experience and will try to come back for my annual hearing tests going forward.

Halie Paperno is a knowledgeable, personable, smart professional who walked me through every phase of the process: Auditory testing, explaining the results, discussing hearing aid options; and fitting and testing the devices. The products themselves are very impressive, hi tech marvels. I strongly recommend this practice for anyone concerned about diminished hearing.

Visited to get my old Hearing aid repaired. Not only was the hearing aid repaired but I had a complete checkup, earscan and ordered new hearing aids. The total cost for all this is going to be $300! I am stunned, I expected to have to pay thousands, but between my healthcare allowance and the charge above, I walk away with my old hearing aids repaired and a new set on order. The service was excellent, courteous and very informative. I cant ask for a better outcome!

I have always been quite satisfied with my visits to Tobias and Battite. They identify the issues with my hearing and aids, and address them promptly.

Even though the office is moving in a few days to better quarters, I was graciously received. There was a very brief wait for the audiologist, a woman who fixed the malfunction and listened to my other concerns. We made a plan to move forward that would address all of them in a comfortable time frame.

Although I had reservations transitioning to Dr. Fligor after letting go of a long standing relationship with my previous audiologist, Id like to say that hes excellent; & I highly recommend him; - & Im a pretty critical & demanding patient. Dr. Fligor is caring, committed, engaging & warm. You know that youre in competent hands because hes also a published expert & stresses communication, education & transparency. I really enjoy going to him feeling respected & well taken care of. His expertise & success speak for themselves added to which his warm & efficient staff create a nurturing environment. I had such a positive experience with Tobias and Battite Hearing Wellness last week . After calling around to several places that accept my insurance and having disappointing and negative conversations, I was lucky enough to call T and B and from the moment I spoke with Camille on the phone she was kind, caring, and understanding of my anxiety due to my sudden hearing loss and Tinnitus. She was wonderful! That same care continued as soon as I went in for my appointment to meet with Dr. Fligor. He gave me hope in the middle of what has been one of the worst health crisis I have experienced. He listened, was compassionate, very knowledgable and truly made me feel that he was so invested in helping me navigate this. He also made it very clear that he was available to me whenever I need, something so rare, and just knowing that he was willing to be there made a huge difference in how I have been feeling. Ive only had one visit, but cant express how much that one visit has meant in the 3 months of hell I have been dealing with. I recommend this practice to anyone struggling with hearing wellness. My request for an appointment was impromptu, I had no history with the operation, yet I was treated like an honored patient and guest. Ive been going to Tobais @ Battite since the previous audiologist sold the practice. Halie and Camille have been great to work with and ensure I get an appointment at my earliest convenience. I try and get my hearing aids checked especially the ear molds and tubes which require some tlc every 6 - 8 months. Always asked if Im in need of hearing aid batteries and check with my insurance coverage allotment. Great staff and very caring.

They were amazing, we showed up on wrong date of appointment and they were kind enough to see us between patients once I explained I drove one hour to get there. Most people wouldn’t consider that and make us come back. Service was great, attention and everything was great. Thank you
