I am very pleased and happy with my eyebrow results. I used to go to a different artist (which I wont mention the name) and was very unhappy with the results. Fortunately, I found Cindy. She has made such a difference in how my eyebrows look. I used to spend so much time filling in my eyebrows, and now since I have had my browse done, I dont have to waste time anymore. I would just get up and go. Not only did Cindy did a great job, but Cindy and all of her staffs are wonderful. Cindy is great!!! A true master. I had my eyebrows tattooed years ago, so when I met with Cindy, she lasered off the old tattoo and had me return a few weeks later for microblading. All I can say is wow!!! She completely reshaped my eyebrows and in doing so, changed my entire look. Im not exaggerating ....she is a master. Her staff is so friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasure every time I come back for routine touch-ups. I am a client for life!!!

Ive been coming to Cindy for the past three years for eyebrow microblading. My eyebrows are my life. Before coming to Cindy, I obsessively researched who the best of the best of semi permanent make up artists would be on Instagram, Yelp, and word of mouth. Turned out to be Cindy Choe! I was not disappointed! Cindy is amazing! Her demeanor is so soothing and her expertise is obvious! Before taking the blade to your skin, she draws on the eyebrow shape and will not proceed until you are happy. I am beyond in love with my eyebrows and will never look any further than Cindy for my eyebrows!

Cindy is nice and patient. When I came back and told her the eyebrows are not symmetrical, she listened to me and did a bit adjustment so that I feel comfortable. She also explained to me usually the first time she tried to do it in conservative way so that if I dont like the shape she can make some changes during the next touch up.

I came here for their semi permanent eyebrow tattoo! It was great! Cindy is such a nice person. Its like shes one of youre good friends. She makes you feel super comfortable.When you get your eyebrow tattooed, you have two sessions that are paid for. The first session is where you get the bulk of your tattooing done, and the second one is a touch up. Or more tattooing if you wanted your eyebrows just a little bit darker.When you get there the first thing they do is put numbing cream on your eyebrows. You wait a little bit so that the cream will set in. Once your eyebrows are numb, you have your consultation with Cindy where shell see what kind of eyebrows go with your face. Or which eyebrow shapes wont work. She draws it in a little to shape it.Then you move to another room where theyll get a tool to prep your eyebrows. It felt like a scalpel being sliced across your eyebrows. Tiny slices. Dont worry, they dont hurt (you have numb eyebrows). Once the eyebrow has been prepped, Cindy will come in and add the coloring/ink and do the tattooing. The whole process should take about an hour and a half. Once youre done, theyll give you instructions on eyebrow care for the next couple of days. The first few days your eyebrows will be super dark.. Dont worry though! Its just scabbing, and once that falls off itll be lighter.The eyebrow tattooing will last about a year or two. I forgot what Cindy told me. But she said to come back for another session when I think the eyebrows have lightened up. Or when I feel like I have to start drawing in my eyebrows again.By the way, shes always booked because shes great and in high demand. If you check right now, she will be booked for the next two months! If you want you can make your appointment, but also call to see if there were any cancellations. :) Just in case. The receptionist was very friendly.Also they have a huge parking lot here so dont worry about parking in koreatown.
