My son moved to LA recently. He had a bad ear infection and was in a lot of pain. Got no real help from an urgent care he went to and didn’t know where else to go. I found Dr Rothholtz online and called to see if they could help him. They got him in the same day. The person that answered the phone was very nice, caring and helpful. My son saw Dr Rothholtz and said the same about her! Thank you so much for helping him! I would highly recommend Dr Rothholtz !

I was referred to doctor Rothholtz for an ear issue, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. Her team was on time, no wait at all for my appointment, and right after the nurse the doctor saw me promptly. She has a great bed side manner and is so willing to help you understand her offerings, she answered all of my questions, and was very detailed and thorough in her care. I was able to get in and out quickly for my appointment which was crucial as I had other meetings, but she would have been willing to give me as much time as was needed. She takes great care in her work! I would recommend her to anyone, and will be to all of my family in the area!

As someone who has suffered from sinus issues since being a child I have had the opportunity to need the services of Ear Nose and Throat physicians. I find the that on the past three ENTs that I have used their services, it always comes down to they become plastic surgeons, making their ENT patients for the most part a much less important part of the services offered. I spent some time researching various ENT physicians and was incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Rothholtz from her several reviews on Yelp. As I was in immediate need suffering from what I felt confident was a sinus infection I called the office and was greeted by Erin Dr. Rothholtzs scheduler. She explained how booked out tAhey were, however her demeanor and true empathy was so comforting I decided to wait for the next cancellation. Erin followed up and arranged to my appointment sooner than the later date. Erin was indicative of the entire staff as well as her Doctor. I can only say that both on a professional basis and as importantly the entire experience was my favorite tag line truly THE BEST OF THE BEST I enjoy using Yelp as I have had many very positive experiences from the community of Yelpers. Dr. Vanessa Rothholtz was super, through and would also great empathy and caring. Always asking if I was comfortable during the procedure. Really a stellar experience.

Saw Dr. Vanessa Shana Rothholtz today with a friend who needed attention. Office staff were very accommodating and friendly on first call. Appointment with the Doctor was outstanding. Through, knowledgable and very competent. We would highly recommend this Doctor for any needed ENT care.

Cannot say enough good things, she settled all my concerns right away and addressed every one of my questions. Its very easy to trust how qualified she is and I never felt rushed. She ordered a CT scan to be thorough and called the next afternoon to discuss the results. I also visited the office during covid and the office and staff were completely on top of things - online forms filled out ahead of time, temperature check, masks, and I was only in the waiting room for all of 10 seconds. One of the best physicians I have ever seen and with friendly staff.

I had a functional septoplasty and turbinate reduction performed by Dr Rothholtz, and in short, I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. She was very much an advocate working with my insurance, and was completely attentive to my needs and concerns as a patient throughout the process.
