Friendly, efficient, and professional. Didn’t wait more than five minutes for my DEXA scan. Just do your part—make an appointment, submit the forms in advance and show up on time. All good.

Beverly tower has good customer service at front, they are timely, and helpful. My mom is in a wheelchair and the front office staff are kind. Every time I schedule an appointment for my mom, I inform the scheduling center that she is in a wheelchair. However, the technician that completed my mom’s mammogram was not very patient and was unsure how to help position my mom, which resulted in frustration on our part and the tech’s part. The tech finally went and got help. If you or your loved one is in a wheelchair, it is best to ask for someone that has experience with this, otherwise it will not be a pleasant experience.

Staff were nice and professional. Calm environment helps lower the stress of what we are there for in the 1st place. Unfortunately you have to pay parking, but thats not their fault. 10 out of 10 patient experience.

I always receive excellent care at Beverly Tower Womens Radiology. Today I had a bone density scan, and it was painless. It isnt always painless where technicians arent good at what they do. Here? Painless. My tech was a pro - well-trained, efficient and friendly. 5 stars!

I only waited 5 minutes for my appointment!! The waiting room was clean and all the chairs were 6ft apart. Everyone was very nice. Angelica was my nurse and was very nice and patient. She took her time explaining everything. The procedure was very fast and there was no wait time for the doctor. They took their time with me and made me feel comfortable and sent me home with after care instructions. And there was public parking nearby so you didn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall 10/10 experience.

I was very nervous. First time having a mammogram but the lady was very nice. She explained everything what she was going to do. She said its a little uncomfortable but its quick. As soon as I got there I was attended. I was there no more than 10 minutes. Good service would recommend it.

I arrived and the front line ladies were very nice. I went to the back for mammogram nice as well. Then i went to have my ultrasound i was amazed how everyone one of your staff members were professional and polite all in one package. Amazing ladies.

The actual procedure itself was perfect. However I arrived 20 min prior. Three nurse at front: no one in line. No one even acknowledged me until I stepped up and started filling out my name. Weird. They were not busy. Otherwise would give 5 stars

Beverly Tower Women’s Center is a great place to get your annual mammograms. They utilize technology to allow you to fill out virtual paperwork before the visit online. They provide text and email reminders. The staff is efficient, professional and kind. The equipment and facility is clean and updated. Lastly you are given a link to look up your history and results.

I really liked Beverly radiology Breast center. The entire staff is professional, efficient, caring amd helpful. The mammography tech was so funny and sweet? She made me feel so comfortable.I was a little bit nervous and hesitant. It was quick, I’m and out. I will be having my mammograms here from now on.

Even having arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment, the front desk ladies were still able to process me as super quickly. They were super helpful and had great attitudes. There was also a very unpleasant woman yelling at them all at the front desk, and they all still remained very positive and professional. The girl who did my ultrasound was super kind and was able to explain everything to me super clearly. It was overall a very nice and welcoming experience.

Appreciated the online check-in feature. Very convenient and prevents having to spend more time in the waiting room.Very short wait, less than 10 minutes. Waiting area in dressing area though was small and crowded. I was asked to put on the top provided and place my clothes in the little locker and have a seat. When I stepped out of the dressing “room”, the only seat available was taken. I was asked to sit back in the dressing room. As soon as I did, m, the lady who’s clothes were in the other locker needed to get her clothes and get dressed. I had to step out and had to stand against the wall until i was called in. It was a very short time, but I felt uncomfortable in such close proximity to others in such a cramped space.My technician was a jewel. So kind and attentive. Made an uncomfortable process easier.

Beverly towers womens Center is always immaculately clean. The staff is always cordial. They get you in and out without a long wait. I have been coming here for my mammograms since I turned 40 and now I am 54 and I tell all my friends that this place is great. Please continue to keep up the good work. Oh and doing the pandemic they have really been good about social distances and extra cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and it went very quickly. My only comment is for the mammogram technicians to give patients more time to respond to verbal instructions before physically handling them. At a certain point your job is to make adjustments and handle us so we’re in the perfect position with the machine. Giving us more time to position our bodies on our own, makes for a more dignified experience.

The technician Susan Jacob’s I believe who performed my mammogram was overly aggressive and felt justified being intrusive become of the exam. I left feeling very upset. I like this facility but this technician needs better manners and a more gently touch. Absolutely can do better.

Assuming the ultrasounds are accurate I would give my experience 5 stars. The technicians and reception have great bedside manner and are generally very punctual. They seem very knowledgeable and take time to answer all your questions.

I was able to sign in virtually and use the virtual waiting room until I got to the facility which was overcrowded with women standing and sitting in each seat. I signed in and one front desk worker told me there was no virtual waiting room and I would have to wait inside. I walked away. I tried calling on the phone and texting to no avail to speak with a supervisor. I did go back inside at my check in time and they called my name and let me wait outside. They called me in at my appointed time and from there it was smooth sailing. The mammogram staff are top notch. It’s the waiting room that this year and last year was a crisis. There has to be an easier way. Virtual checking should virtual.

Great customer service! I called to schedule mammogram.appointment and was seeing the next day. When I arrived at the facility the Front desk staff was extremely professional. I was in the room for my exam within 10 minutes. In addition the technician/nurse saw that I was nervous and was compassionate and SUPER funny it definitely helped to ease my nerves!Sincerely

Today was perhaps my 15th year of test at the Womens center. They have been consistently a clean, sanitary (pre& post COVID-19) and technology current facility. The reception staff is courteous and welcoming. My techs today I had two test and therefore two compassionate, professional and knowledgeable techs. I am feeling grateful even as I wait my results.

It was so reassuring to see how the necessary safety measures worked to make sure that my appointment began soon after arrival at this facility without exposure to multiple patients in the waiting area. She’s one of the best techs I’ve ever worked with. Very well executed appointment. They called 45 minutes before as I was enroute. Upon arrival I sat for just a few minutes. The appointment was on time. The imaging went swiftly and professionally. Was impressed with their front desk staff and Osha who scanned me.

Staff was so thoughtful and professional. Place was clean and easy access with automatic doors were a real plus during covid. Trina was very kind efficient tech and I could see her cleaning thoroughly between patients. I had never been to this location but it was so centrally located in Beverly Hills with easy parking choices.

This was my first time using your services at this particular location. The staff was welcoming, informative. The waiting center had seating that was socially (CDC) spaced. I had 2 appointments 2 day, and did not have 2 deal with very long wait time 2 complete both.

I came in for a scheduled procedure and while there asked and was promptly given another overdue annual appointment. In and out under an hour. Wonderful courteous service.

I was scheduled to have mammogram at 1:50pm, several people came in after me already went in, at 2:30pm, finally they let me in after I asked twice of why, their excuse is because I have Bone density at 3:15pm, so they plan to let me have mammogram after Bone Density, what an excuse, I waited for 40 minutes for nothing? I was very disappointed about how front desk handles scheduling.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I texted from outside that I arrived for my appointment until I left. The girls at the front were amazing. Always nice, professional with a smile on their faces. Tara was my radiologist. She was so wonderful and kind. Overall my experience was remarkable.

I received excellent customer service. My appointment was at 7:40 a.m. I informed the lady who helped in the front about my situation with the meter because at 8 a.m. it will start charging. The lady said I should be out before then. So when my name was called to go in a room, I also told the young lady who called my name the same situation about the meter. She said I should be out and she made every effort for me to be out before 8a.m. and I was out at 7:55. Terrible. When I made this appointment I mentioned that I had new insurance. I even asked if I still needed a referral. They explained no because I have a PPO now. I gave them my Dr and my new insurance number over the phone. I even pre-filled out all of my paperwork via phone like they asked. I drove all the way there and was turned away. Lost half a day because the person I spoke to gave me bad information. The lady at the desk when I arrived was holding my PPO insurance card in her hand and that STILL was not good enough. I will also be switching regular Dr. who also screwed up when this office tried to confirm and said no because I do not have a referral. I called them angry and said how can they not take a PPO? And I could tell that she knew that both offices messed up! NEVER coming back to this office again. Horrible. Awful. Waste of time. Do not care about people at ALL. Did I also mention that they called ME to make this appointment because it was over-due for me to have an exam? They also sent me a letter before that telling me the same! Frustrating. Awful. Terrible service. Communicate. Get it together!

My appointment at BTWC was a wonderful experience. Although the waiting room was full when I arrived I was called to check in immediately after signing in. 5 minutes later I was called back to prepare for the imaging room where I was met by two amazingly friendly technicians who right away made me feel at ease with their smiles and sense of humor. Honestly for the first time in my life my mammogram experience was actually fun! Thank you BTWC!
