Bought a Groupon for the service, booked the appointment and even talk to someone in customer service. The Sparoll never showed no one called. I do not recommend them they have no customer service

This company is atrocious. I make a reservation. No communication from company. I call, I text, I send communication via website. 2 days after missed appointment I receive an email blaming me for giving them no way to contact me--its called a cell number and email address. Oh, and then they want to charge $85.00 for technician travel fee. Horrible customer service.

Bought the Groupon and contacted the company via text and many calls. Nothing in return whatsoever. I reported them to Groupon and the value was credited to my Groupon account. This so-called company is nothing but a ridiculous joke.

Purchased a 78 dollar deal off of Groupon for this placed I also called, sent text messages, and I even went to the location they have listed for Indianapolis and was not able to find it. Groupon says that the company already received payment but for some reason no body can get in contact with this company Sparolls you guys are con artist and myself and everyone who wrote a review needs to me compensated very unprofessional and highly disappointed in Groupon for not making sure these places are legit I highly recommend you do not purchase anything off of Groupon for this place they will scam you out of your money!!!!!

I want to start by clarifying that my review is for the COMPANYs customer service, not for the service of a specific technician.I purchased a Groupon for 2 mani-pedis from spa roll. Prior to my purchase, I went to their website and double-checked to be sure I was within their 5 mile radius. However, when it came time to schedule the appointments, I was told there would be an extra $170 which a customer service emailed and told me was for technician services (which, by the way, were never listed in the Groupons details...I went back and checked) because I was not within the required distance. When I emailed back and clarified that I had, indeed, checked ahead of time, the customer service rep sent me a second email that was a literal repeat of the prior message. I have now cancelled my Groupon, and wont use this company.
