Workers are late but they do a phenomenal job

David called me 8 minutes before the pick up time for my moms doctors appointment that took three months to schedule.to tell me that the driver would not be coming because she was sick.Had he given me at least an hour notice, i could have made alternate arrangements. i will never use them again.
