AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICESuper rude and incompetent staff. Can’t answer pricing question because they’re under staffed. Can’t even tell if they’re accepting the insurance. If the staff is so useless I don’t even want to know how the doctors are

First time visitor and my experience was amazing! The staff as a whole were great. Everyone was very kind and made sure that I was taken care of throughout my entire appointment which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. because of the pandemic, the staff took extra precautions to ensure their clients were safe. upon arrival I was greeted, checked in,, and had my temperature taken. I was taken to an examination room and each piece of equipment was sanitized for me. Jocelyn the tech helped me during my visit and was very kind and informative. Dr. Macdonald and Dr. Baumannn were both ready to answer any question that I had. Bethany from optical wars very nice and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. she measured and fit the frame of the glasses for a fit that would best fit me.will be returning to this location for all future exams!

I found the staff to be delightful. They were professional and treated me like a valued customer and patient. The equipment is top notch and both the doctors I saw were knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what they were doing for me. I cannot be any happier. Truly eye care for the 21st century.

Poor diagnostic skills. Office staff: poor people skills. If you do not use their facility to buy (overpriced) contacts or frames, you are invisible. Good luck getting an appointment in any reasonable time. If you have an emergency, they do not care. Keep looking.

I started wearing glasses when I was 11 years old. It really affected me when it came to daily life activities like playing sports, amusement parks and other such events. I eventually switched to contacts, but they always caused me issues and my eyesight was still no where near good enough. I tried several different brands but the issues persisted and they caused me more problems than they solved. When I decided to get Lasik eye surgery, I was skeptical about finding a Doctor who would listen and take personal interest in my situation. Dr. Cornell was very straight forward with me about what to expect. He talked me through the procedure and it was relatively painless for me. I could not honestly be more thrilled with my results! Not having to worry about glasses and contacts has really changed my life! Thank you Dr. Cornell for your professional approach and genuine hospitality!!!

I could not possibly recommend anyone more highly. Dr. Cornell came highly recommended to me by a well-established LA physician. I had PRK surgery done by Dr. Cornell, and saw Dr. Stuart once for post-op pain. Theyre both exceptionally warm and kind and Dr. Cornell and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. My vision has been 100% perfect, after wearing contacts for years (-5.5), and my chronic dry eye condition has completely resolved since the surgery. The surgery was honestly one of the best decisions I made, and had total confidence and respect for Dr. Cornell.

I had the most horrible experience in this office, first the Dr. Stoll check my eyes and told me I need new prescription and nothing wrong was going on with my eyes that was normal as you aged . But I was not convince I had my eyes check by another DR. He was very professional and thorough he took two hours and he did all by himself only his assistance and him they told me I was at he beginning of glaucoma and I needed treatment and this was in South America in Peru and he told me to go to UCLA and have an appointment with the chief of Glaucoma DR. Caprioli . I just upon my return I make a visit to Dr. Stoll and told me what the dr. in Peru had told me he decided to check me again and then he said to me : yes , you have glaucoma and you have only two years to see and then you will go blind. How vicious and mean someone could be and on top Dr.Peter Cornerll another cruel person( If you call a this kind of man a person ) told me never to step into their office again. That was on the 2015 it si now 2017 and thanks to the grace of Gd I still can see I found a wonderful Dr. and I am being treated as a human being and I can steel as you can tell because I am writing this letter. Thanks to my wonderful DR. But Peter J Cornerll Optical Inc Stoll they are inhuman people they only go for the star and flashy so superficial and they are a money making machine I did not sue and I did had enough evidence because they will pay sooner or latter at the end of their lives .
