Great doctor but the office staff is so bad, that it’s not worth seeing him any longer. They simply do not return phone calls. They never reply to my pharmacy requests for prescription refill authorization. For years I have had to call the office myself and have them authorize prescription refills after the pharmacy tried. I shouldn’t have to do that. Especially when it’s for medication that I need in order to survive. And now, after the conversation I had today on the phone with the office staff, I just can no longer take my business there. They are rude, they hang up, and they are not reliable. Dr. Nazemi is a great doctor. It’s a shame he is losing business because of his office staff.

Dr. Nazemi is a wonderful doctor who has taken amazing care of me and my wife! He always takes the time to discuss our medical needs and follows up with results immediately, even if it is early in the morning on a weekend! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and has a great bedside manner!

The doctor is a mega expert in his field. I am a physician and I developed Graves’ disease, which was misdiagnosed as thyroiditis, however Dr. Nazemi provided me with the correct diagnosis and started me on the right treatment path. He has wonderful bedside manners and couldn’t be any smarter or nicer. His receptionist Tanaz, is efficient and extremely courteous, and overall a pleasure to deal with. Ask for her and not the other staff members, the other ones put you on indefinite hold are rude and ruin the reputation of an amazing doctor!

Great doctor. Terrible staff and mgmt team. Rude/short on the phone, IF they answer, as the main office line never picks up. Always goes to a VM where no one calls you back. Finally go through to someone today after being on hold for over 8 minutes who HUNG UP on me, after she shamed me by saying that I canceled my last appointment of over 3 years ago, which had nothing to do with my new inquiry. Shame.

If you want to leave a bad review, you need to leave it on the page of the practice (as there are three other doctors in the office), not the individual doctor.That being said, Dr. Nazemi is by far the best endocrinologist Ive ever had, and Ive been seeing various ones for at least 25 years now. I hadnt seen one for my Type 1 Diabetes in about 4 years before coming to him frantically after finding out I was pregnant. In the past 5-6 months now, hes been incredible, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand everything I needed to do to turn my health around for this child. Hes also always been very upfront and honest about possible complications, without ever imposing his own beliefs on me. Hes very focused on educating you, without ever talking down to you. I even keep a voicemail on my phone where he called me after hours, excited and congratulating me on lowering my A1C levels to 5.6 from 9.4. DAMN! he said haha. Ill be moving out of the city soon, but honestly I will be driving across town for this doctor.

Dr Nazemi came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I never got to see him. Called and requested an appointment. The woman said we will call you tomorrow. Why? No reason, just because. Called a few days later and spoke to a rude guy. Same story, we will call you tomorrow to schedule an appointment. Pointed out that a call back never took place the first time. Guess what? It didnt happened the second time either. If you arent accepting new patients, just say so. Patients dont like be jerked around.

Dr Nazemi is an amazing Dr and one of the BEST practitioners in California. Every time I have been to his office, he has been extremely supportive, listened carefully and addressed my concerns.

Deserves 5 stars.His staff deserves less than 1 star FOR RUDENESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND 2x did not order medications for me within the last 2 months.1/ Brenda lied to me about ordering a LIFESTYLE LIBRE. IT WAS ORDERED 2 weeks after it was supposed to be2/I ordered insulin on Tuesday by leaving a message. Brenda from the office returned my call to confirm my order and said it would be placed that day. By Thurs my pharmacy said no order placed.3/called today Spoke to Brenda who denied calling me back, said no one in office called me and I don’t even have a prescription I’m a diabetic and saw Dr Nazemi April 174/ I asked to speak to a supervisor who seemed to hear me but because they (staff) lied I’m not even sure she was a supervisor!

Best doctor ever, answered my too many questions each time I emailed him, the same day after working hours, sometimes less than an hour waiting time! Very supportive, very kind, very knowledgable, a peace of mind and a pleaseure to deal with. Sending lab orders, prescriptions and advices remotely because of my distance to his office. Positive words making me optimist when I was feeling so anxious and hopeless about my situation.Recommend him to anyone looking for a good endochronologist
