After over a month of talking and being rescheduled talking to doctor..... Finally told do not accept my insurance.... funny, said they did at first when I gave them information. Waste of time. Never recommend nor go back......

Such a horrible customer service! Ignored my question! I ask for god sake 5 times what’s your business email!Good luck I will move forward with another company who don’t waist my time!

I discovered this facility over word of mouth about their experience and in extensive care when it comes to many different type of weight loss procedures and knowing their stuff!! Very well-versed, educated, polite and AFFORDABLE! From start to recovery the entire process was FANTASTIC, stress free and pocket friendly. Normally you are nervous when heading to a facility like such, but they managed to make me feel safe and excited for life changing results.

I also work in the medical field, so I am aware of what people are feeling, needing and thinking, and West Medical definitely treats you right. I can almost cry with tears of joy when I tell you my legs have never looked better. For years I would either hide my legs/thighs with the choice of clothing I owned, or wore nude tights to blend in with my skin. I have also tried treating it at other places, but the results never stuck, I would catch myself trying to treat them over and over again.Today, I can leave the house in a dress or skirt feeling confident and beautiful. Their main procedures include spider vein treatments, surgery, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric balloon. My mother felt most comfortable coming to Los Angeles because LA is famous for having some of the best surgeons and doctors in the world. She moved forward the weight loss procedure gastric banding aka giving her a smaller stomach. Her results were fantastic because this procedure reduced the amount of food she would eat at one sitting + she felt more full as she ate less amounts of food.She was told normally people lose up to 3-4 pound a week, and she definitely saw those results. Its really amazing seeing her results and how confident she feels now. Everyone at West Medical treated her with care and were extremely professional.

So many locations! I ended up bringing my friend to the Beverly Hills clinic for their first visit. The visit was easy. We scheduled an appointment by calling in. The person on the other end of the line was able to answer all the questions prior to the consultation day. At the beginning, my friend was obviously nervous, but 20 minutes into the visit, and further discussing the potential procedure with the doctor, the anxiousness went away. When we got there I discovered some patients were there to fix complications from other experiences elsewhere. Also another person there mentioned how theyre back for their annual touch up on their spider veins because the results here were stunning. Its only been a week since my procedure with West Medical, but so far so good. The results and overall visit here was up to par. Not only looking great, but feeling brand new too!
