A difficult process made very easy! We pulled up to the building and were directed to the designated testing area. After being greeted and pulling in, we were handed consents and instructed on the process. The whole process took less than 10 to 15 minutes and we received our results the next day! I travel all over the world from the USA. I can say 100% without question this is the best Covid testing center in the country. I’ve gotten my results anywhere from 8 to 24 hours after getting tested at very fair prices for that kind of service. I don’t even live in Los Angeles. I live in Kansas City, Missouri but I come to Los Angeles to fly to my global destinations first to ensure that I can get tested here because of the reliability. I have friends that have canceled trips because they didn’t get their tests back in time. Never an issue here. Also, some of the places I’ve traveled to require additional documentation, such as a fit to fly certificates and this office has always been super accommodating. Because they work with so many patients, they know the key countries and what they need. Thank you so much!

I have never written a review on line but after my second great experience here I felt the need to. Twice in the past six months I have traveled internationally and needed to produce a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. This is hard to do with long flights. My concierge has been nothing but great. Reliable, professional, and extremely willing to help each time. They make it easy and are very thorough with their instructions. The testing is also a very easy and comfortable process with the staff. The best part is I have called and emailed several times with questions and concerns. They always pick up the phone or return emails very quickly which is unbelievable considering how busy they are. Everyone I have been in contact with is more than willing to help in any way. Re: Covid Testing ServicesI observe both a service to community and an opportunistic money grab; company does not bother with insurance at all - cash only.Advise against Antigen test altogether - dont do it; false positive occurrences too high (n=1) to be reliable.PCR Test is the way to go, and its free from LA County and other sources. If time is an issue and money isnt, then this option may work for you.Staff were personable and professional. Mixed review; 3/5

As a physician I get tested for COVID often and have tested at a several places. My Concierge MD makes a very stressful process rather pleasant and easy. Their staff is very professional, drive up testing has easy access and wait is not long. The reports always come back under a day and they work with a well trusted laboratory. I have taken my whole family there and would recommend them for all your medical needs not just testing.

I left a review earlier but deleted it after they contacted me but I am going to rewrite it and actually drop them a star. If there is another clinic in LA, go through them instead. I reviewed them poorly originally because I did not receive my results when I was supposed to. But as it turns out, the email with my results was lost in my promotions folder (apparently this is typical for this clinic). It seems like an honest mistake (and it is normally), but here is the kicker: I called them TWICE today to ask why I hadnt received my results yet, and they told me TWICE that the lab hadnt returned them yet (and likely would not return them before my international flight). After I left my first review, the doctor contacted me about it (with a super unprofessional tone) to tell me the lab had sent my results after midnight. I searched my trash and spam folders and couldnt find the email but eventually found it in my promotions folder (which makes so sense at all). Once I found the email, I took the review down. The doctor replied with a rude email. I felt like I was talking back and forth to a passive aggressive high schooler. The doctor essentially made it out to be my fault because I didnt read the email thoroughly enough. The doctor was annoyingly dismissive of the fact that the two times I called the clinic (and the one time I called the lab itself), they provided me no information and actually misinformation (that the results werent ready yet). The call staff didnt even tell me to try the spam folder either (which youd think after the doctor made such a big deal about it, that they would). The whole tone the doctor took after I had taken the review down for them and sorted the misunderstanding out was absolutely unwarranted. Anyways, this was a super unpleasant experience that gave me additional stress that I do not need at all. All I can say is check your promotions folder and hopefully you wont have to interact with the doctor.

My son just got tested for COVID as a negative test and very detailed documentation is a travel requirement for getting back home to HongKong. The whole process was extremely seamless with the test results received within 24hrs in email. A short while later the whole documentation was sent by email as well despite the office being closed for Thanksgiving. Their efficiency helped with peace of mind that he would be able to board the plane to get back home.

Dr. Nazarian and the My Concierge MD staff are phenomenal. Booking a COVID test on their website is always super easy, and its so convenient to just pull up into the parking spot to get the test. Youre in and out in less than 10 minutes and the staff is very friendly and nice.Whats more, they are incredibly responsive when I email them to get travel authorization letters for myself or my family. They turn around the letter and all the documentation the same day and are very pleasant to deal with.Highly recommend them if youre looking for a best-in-class COVID testing experience.

I and my family have taken a few tests here, most have come back within a few hours of submission. One came back beyond 24 hours, and it was needed desperately to get on a flight just 2-3 hours later. After e-mailing the staff, Abby was able to get in touch with the lab and get the result expedited back to me right before the flight. Many kudos.Despite some of the negative reviews, they do turn around the results fairly quickly and dependably and are very response to phone calls and emails from my experience. They are also quite competitive in pricing where other labs are asking 600-1000$ dollars the moment for turn around times under 12 hours.If you can wait and get a free test and the result isnt time sensitive obviously do so somewhere else, but otherwise these guys are great. Just make sure your email is legible.

Dr Nazarian and his staff did a great job with making me feel comfortable on getting my COVID 19 test. The website was very easy to use for set making an appointment, and the price is great. It was great to be able to choose what location to pick to go get tested and my results came back in 24hrs. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone looking to get tested.

This was literally the only place that was priced reasonably for such a short turnaround which is important for travel bloggers like myself who needed fast results in between the trips!I needed fast test results because I was flying home from Mexico late Monday night, and needed a test Tuesday morning so that I can catch my flight to Egypt Wednesday morning.Later in the evening on Tuesday night I still didn’t receive my results and texted the doctor expressing my concern. The doctor or staff ensured me everything was going to be alright and they would continue to assist me in the morning if I still didn’t see it.A lot of times the lab results fall into a different folder (because email sent for the first time with attachments do get flagged like that, fyi) so I checked all my folders but still nothing.So early morning I reached out to the doctor and/or staff and they were able to help me out so quick at literally 7:30AM. They went out of their way to ensure I got my results before my flight and I appreciate it so much!This wouldn’t typically happen as usually everyone gets their results within 24 hrs (or up to 48 if you took your test on a Saturday/Sunday and the lab doesn’t open on Sunday)I’m sure there was a human error somewhere where I either wrote my email incorrectly, or my handwriting wasn’t legible enough which the staff may have entered an incorrect email.Regardless, the support from the team on retrieving the results is a five star for me alone! Thank you guys!And also, literally everyone else was charging $500+, but not this place.

Very irresponsible staff. I had my COVID-19 test done on Monday paid outrageous price of 225$After such a high price I expected a good service. But after 48 hours instead of getting results I was told I had to come for a retest. No explanation was given but I was promised a result within 24 hours.I kept calling, no one answered the phone. I still don’t have my resultsI am very disappointed

This is a cheap facade of an actual COVID testing operation. I got tested a week ago by setting up an appointment for myself & my partner on their online app for their west LA location on Saturday at 8am. We arrived there and there wasnt anyone there. Just an empty parking lot. We waited until 8:30 and then called them. After being on hold for about 20 minutes (gotta say, very good hold music. pretty much had it memorized by the end) we found out that there was a scheduling mishap, so the right people never showed up, or....something. They werent clear.They asked us to come to their location on Wilshire, and refused when I asked if theyd pay for our Uber. We get to their location in Wilshire and theyre set up in a corner of a parking garage. They make us sign a form, dont take our vitals, dont ask why were taking the test, line us up against a wall, put a Q-tip like a millimeter up our noses, and send us on our way. When they email the results like 36 hours later, they went straight to our spam folders. All too appropriate.Oh, and we paid $225 for this.1 star for a terrible experience.

Had to get tested for COVID-19 before my flight — amazing process from start to finish. Was lucky and got my results in 12 hours. Dr. Nazarian and his team (including Melissa, Sarah and Luis) were incredibly helpful, working around the clock to get me the documents my airline was asking for (and they were not easy to procure). Was it a little pricey at $225? Sure. But if youre in a hurry, the excellent service at this clinic is absolutely worth it. Cant recommend them enough.

I came into Dr. Nazarian‘s office for prp hair treatment. I wasn’t referred, I just did a quick search based on the information that was out there. After I called a few places I choose to come here based off the experience I had over the phone, it was very simple, straightforward and informative. Still not quite sure what to expect as I walked in, I was quickly at ease. Everybody was genuinely warm spirited, especially Dr. Nazarian himself. The hospitality was ensuring and the process was smooth. I’m definitely going to be a returning client. Highly recommended.

I used the drive through service to obtain my covid test, which is required for my international flight. I followed every direction to the letter. I was told repeatedly that the test would take around 24 hours, but usually came in sooner than that. I tool the test on Monday, 10/26 at 2pm. By Wed at 11am I was becoming nervous because I had a flight to catch. I followed online directions and requested any updates on test results. The rudeness that ensued still has me shocked. I was met with replies of LOL by an employee at My Concierge MD named Abigail. I had to request my test results more than once. When I did receive the results, I saw that they were returned at 11pm the night of the 26th. I still do not know why they were not returned to me. The address was wrong, which I had to request to be changed. The returned correction was wrong, and I had to ask 2 more times to get it correct. The employee then said it was because of my messy handwriting, when in reality I had TYPED my address numerous times. I would not recommend this clinic to ANYONE for ANY reason. They caused me to miss my flight, and worsened what was already an incredibly stressful situation. Their employee was one of the rudest, most inconsiderate and borderline hostile people I have virtually dealt with. Go somewhere else if you want an easy process. I did receive an unsolicited apology from the Dr., which is great and all but will not undo the damage that was done.

Needed a quick COVID-19 test. Went to Dr. Nazarian to get my test done. Not only was this the easiest experience but also the quickest!! (I have been tested multiple times) Dr. Nazarians staff was very friendly and insightful and the test was painless!! I have been going to Dr. Nazarian for many years now for general check ups and have always had the best experiences.

I had some test results pending, and when I emailed, they responded immediately with the results, AND, they also notified me that I was in fact emailed my results, I just missed them in my email. Really incredible customer service.

This is not an urgent care facility! This is a non affiliated doctors office who will charge you $450 for a visit. Beware if your insurance covers out of network Urget Care facilities, this is not one.
