21 years ago before Dr Jay Calvert was THE Dr. Jay Calvert he was a resident at Pittsburgh school of plastic surgery. I was one of his last patience at the clinic before he graduated and left Pittsburgh for bigger and greater things. I recently sent him a personal letter thanking him for over 18 years of me looking my absolute best. My genetics on my mothers side is sadly the kind that keeps surgeons like Dr. Calvert in business but because of his skill even way back then I managed to keep mother Nature at bay. It wasn’t until I was 58, 18 years later after my mother passed did I feel the need to opt for another one to start a new season of life in. IF I could I’d be at Jays door for another one to see me through till the old folks home and be the hottest old lady there. Also besides his expertise and years of experience he is kind compassionate and generous. So anyone looking to be the best you and give mother nature a boost or the boot Dr Jay Calvert should be you first and only choice.

I am so grateful to Dr. Jay Calvert! I had rhinoplasty done by another doctor and experienced some set backs. Feeling defeated and ignored by my surgeon, I consulted with Dr. Calvert. His quick response saved my nose from further decline. He recommended nose cones to help straighten out the columella and improve the shape of the nostrils. It worked! If I could give Dr. Calvert 10 stars I would! He was the most incredible surgeon I could of ever asked for. When I went in for a consultation for a primary Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty his office was very kind and attentive, the staff answered all of my questions very quickly. After Dr. Calvert evaluated my nose he gave me his honest opinion on a game plan that didnt add any unnecessary extra procedures just so he can make more money. Dr. Calvert really cared about me, and wanted to fix my severely deviated septum. He asked me if I would want to do anything cosmetic wise to my nose which I greatly appreciated because most doctors just assumed I wanted to change the look of my nose completely. I told Dr. Calvert I wanted to look like myself still and that is exactly what he did. I also really resonated with the fact that Dr. Calvert was open to doing little revision surgeries (for free) after my primary rhinoplasty just in case my nose, on its own, moved in the future. The surgery process was very easy and calm. All of the staff made sure I was very comfortable the entire time and I was out in just a few hours. Following the days after surgery, Dr. Calvert called me multiple times to make sure I was okay and I visited his office regularly for check ups. My heeling was almost painless and after following his directions my swelling reduced immensely in the first couple of weeks. It has been a year since my surgery and I cannot be more happy with my new nose. Dr. Calvert was able to give me my confidence back and I cant thank him enough!

Dr. Calvert is the BEST!!! I was a combination of nervous energy and excitement when I went in for my consultation! He was great and has a great sense of humor! I am so very pleased with my breast augmentation and tummy tuck!! My scars after a year are almost invisible and so perfect! Guys away from this doctor did 2 surgeries supposedly my nose would be perfect and it is both thick and crooked and he made me pay the second time his own mistake that he had left my nostrils wrong and he made fun of me..He did surgery on me supposedly and the nostrils became worse than before ..Away from the butcher ... I paid 38000 thousand euros for 2 surgeries and and I went for him from the other side of the earth and it left me deformed I am ashamed to take a photo ... unacceptable ...

I absolutely love Dr. Calvert. First, his work speaks for itself. He has years of experience and knows what to do. I waited 5 years to find the right doctor and when I walked into his office it just felt right. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and kind. I waited 5 years because I couldn’t trust anyone else. At the initial consultation I was so pleased with the confidence, ease and experience Calvert had in rhinoplasties. In a few month is summer and i would like to have bigger breasts. I am always embarrassed when i am at the beach but not much to show. When I was looking for a good doctor i asked my insurance to give me a few names. Doctors which have a good reputation and who already have a well known name. One of the recommendations was Dr. Jay Calvert in LA. 3 consultations with him convinced me that he will be my Revision Rhinoplasty surgeon.

Dr Calvert fixed my difficult nose job which got botched by another doctor. I had a hole in my bone and he had to use rib cartilage in order to fix it. He also put some cartilage in my nostrils to support my breathing. My nose is still swollen but i can already breath better and my scar on my chest where the rib cartilage was taken from is very small.

I have had a facelift, which I love, after weight loss. I no longer have a turkey gullet for a neck. My eyes are bright and my eyelids do not sag down over my eyes anymore. I then had a body lift and thigh lift to remove excess skin. It looks amazing. Scars are barely visible to me and below the underclothes line. How could I stop there with such natural and amazing results. I have in July had my final surgery for arm lift for excess skin, breast lift and augmentation. I am so happy. I no longer have bat wings (scars are already fading and very thin). The breasts look perfectly proportioned to my body size and look great. As a real patient who was badly disfigured by Dr. Jay Calvert, I find it very scary that Dr. Calvert can keep preying on unsuspecting patients by writing fake good reviews about himself and having his staff and his reputation manager from India do the same. I wish they would stand up to this dangerous man. Dr. Jay Calvert is scaring patients and websites into silence about him. He is reckless, a fraud and a danger to society. Dr jay Calvert seems to have a great name in Dubai. 2 of my close friends had a rhinoplasty. One of them had a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage and fascia . So far she is really happy. Its still swollen as it has been just 3 weeks but we can definitely see how great the result is.... My other friend had a Rhinoplasty 8 weeks ago . Dr Calvert removed her hump and straightened her septum. Now,i am thinking to get my nose fixed with Dr Calvert as he seems to be a great surgeon!! I will keep you updated....

My daughter was severely burned on her nose by a doctor during nasal cauterization when she was 3. She has been undergoing reconstructive surgery and grafts over the past 12 years. When she turned 16, and her nose was fully developed, we went to Dr Calvert, who specializes in revision rhinoplasty. She has a lot of scar tissue due to many attempts at reconstruction she has had to have to make her nose look “normal” after the severe burn. A friend had recommended him highly, saying he was amazing. Dr Calvert Skyped with her and told her about the rib graft. After many surgeries, she was unable to smell, had difficult breathing and a very weak nose. We flew to CA to get this done, his staff was so helpful in suggesting where to stay, and getting us in. I was a little concerned with reading some of the reviews, especially after what my daughter has endured over the years, but plastic surgery is a competive industry and people will write false reviews. It was a painful and in depth surgery, but she is near 7 months post op and her nose looks soooo much better! I know it takes about 9 or so months to see the complete result, but there is such a difference! She can breathe normally and can smell once again! She jokes sometimes she wishes she didn’t smell things, but after 13 years of not being able to smellAnything, she is thrilled! If you need revision rhinoplasty, go see Dr Calvert, he is the best!

I had my hump shaved down and my doctor used facsia to smooth out my bridge. My breathing was very bad so he he also fixed my turbulences. I can breathe very well now and finally my hump is gone.

Calvert is a perfect example of a butcher . Calvert did rib cartilage graft rhinoplasty on my daughter although it was not a necessary operation but he convinced us that the results would be magnificent . She ended up with deformed nostrils , a round bulky tip and a nasal deformity,after all the money that she spent plus pain and discomfort that she went through because of an unnecessary rib cartilage graft . If Calvert tries to convince you about rib cartilage graft just ran out of door ,since it is just his trend to pocket your money or bill your insurance company with an awful end results and a deformed rhinoplasty .

First of all, I want to address the BS that former patients who were unhappy with the results of their own surgery. Get a life and grow up! God equally made ugly and beautiful people. If youre the latter, then dont complain if he couldnt perform the miracle you were expecting! God made you the way you are, and no amount of surgery will fix it, so accept it and get over it!Dr. Calvert is an excellent and gifted plastic surgeon and he helped me breathe again. I had a deviated septum that was so bad, I couldnt breathe. I had previously had a rhinoplasty done to correct it, but the ENT doctor who did the surgery didnt correct the deviated septum and for 10 years I still couldnt breathe until I was referred to the Plastic Surgery Dept. Dr. Calvert corrected the previous surgery with a 2nd rhinoplasty, and I could finally breathe. I had very narrow nasal passages, so every time my sinuses got infected, they would swell up so big, I couldnt breathe. He eventually, had to remove my nasal turbinates which helped tremendously! Anyone with chronic sinusitis like me, knows that its miserable and not being able to breathe is the biggest complaint. Now, when my sinuses are infected, I can breathe, and no longer mouth breathe at night and I can finally get a good nights rest for a change. If it werent for his expertise and his understanding of my concerns and helping me, Id still be back at square one.He is an excellent plastic surgeon and Id recommend him to ALL my friends!
