Getting a consultation was easy, it was informative and I felt very informed of exactly what was going to happen prior to my procedure, the day of, and after. The staff are all amazing and Dr. Simoni is an amazing doctor. I’d recommend him to anyone I go. I got a rhinoplasty about a month ago with him and I cannot tell you the amount of compliments I have received on it even just 1 month post op. He is great at explaining, his staff make you feel very comfortable and ease your nerves about having surgery. I would definitely definitely go back and recommend them!

I had nothing but a good experience, omg im so happy with my results first of all I came to get my surgery done by a different doctor in Beverly hills name doctor duggar and he canceled my surgery on the day of my surgery saying he cant do my nose close scarless rhinoplasty, extremely unprofessional and I was heartbroken after he made me fly out from New York, I saw a doctor Simoni TikTok and dm them on Instagram and they decided to see me. my surgery was on Friday last week I decided to pick him as my doctor cause I had fate in him but also I was scared since it was a last-minute decision. im 5-day post OP and my cast were removed today and I had tears eyes seeing my results. the best decision I could say I made. hes the best if I could give 10 stars also he did my nose scarless which other said im not the candidate for and my nose need open rhinoplasty

After letting time go by, I am writing a real review.Nose job turned out okay, considering having it redone. When I approached Dr. Simoni about it, he said I needed fat injections to make my nose appear smaller in comparison to my face - an extra $5,500. I passed.The sides on the tip of my nose do not match and when I returned from out of state to have this adjusted, he must have injected a filler because the divot on the right side has returned.He did a complimentary surgery - revision of my hair line. I did not ask for it, he recommended it on the day of rhinoplasty. Didnt know I would wake up with staples in my head and have constant, nagging pain in the area everyday since. The nerves are extremely sensitive and I do not like to have my head touched, especially in massage or for facials. I regret going along with his need to do enough of these to be certified. I never needed my hairline adjusted.My first review was out of excitement and glad to have had an okay experience. Compared to other surgeries I have had, this was a disappointment and just okay is not okay when you are paying premium prices.

Just because they over pay to lease a office on Rodeo Dr doesn’t mean they are good or even decent, it just means they want to charge you high rates and do the bare minimum to maximize profits.

Dr.Simoni recently did my Otoplasty on Dec 28,2018. He is definitely an expert and master in what he does. I had previously done Otoplasty in Brasil 18 year ago and I wasnt fully happy with the results, my ears were still sticking out, especially the right one. I would not recommend Somoni to anyone, when I picked up my sister right after procedure her head and hair was full of blood and she was in hall way unattended.I had to cover my car seat with plastic they gave me so I would not get blood in my car. This is true

Dr Simoni is a humanitarian and a great surgeon. Dr Simoni cares for his patients and strives for the beat possible results. My GF has also had some work done through Dr Simoni. She had corrective rhinoplasty and he did a world of good for her and overall improved her nose. I would give this place a -1000 if I could. I totally got scammed out of $1100. I went in to see about getting a steroid injection in a hypertrophic scar that had formed under my eye. Dr. Simoni and his nurse Jessica both said my only option was to get Restylane under my eyes to raise the area up so that it would blend in with the scar. My dr. In Canada warned me that some places might try to talk me into other options that would be costly and told me not to listen and boy do I wish I listened to him. I went ahead and got the filler under my eyes and finally just now after getting the filler melted several times and also getting laser treatment under my eyes are they finally starting to look normal again. I had the treatment in April. I was walking around with what looked like lumpy mashed potatoes under my eyes for almost 4 months. It was absolutely awful. Jessica did the procedure and I went back to her 4 times trying to get her to fix it. She kept putting more filler in and it just looked worse and worse. When I asked her to melt it she wouldn’t. Then she blamed one eye being lumpy on a vein and said i needed to get the vein removed and gave me the number of her friend who was a vein specialist. These people were really trying to drain my bank account. They even tried to charge me more after I paid them over a thousand dollars to ruin my face. Absolutely appalling. When I was in for the last time Jessica even threatened me and told me she wouldn’t see me again unless I wrote a positive review about her. Are you high?!?! You guys stole my money and ruined my face?!? Tried to charge me more, wouldn’t melt the filler which is what I needed and then tried to get me to spend money at her friend the vein specialist which also wasn’t needed! When I finally smartened up and went elsewhere the receptionist looked at me and the first thing she said was, “wow they overfilled you, you need hyalarauinaise to melt that.” The receptionist knew! How did this surgeon not advise her the same?!? I also ended up getting the steroid injection which is all I needed! The scar completely reduces in size. They lied to me and stole my money. Stay away!!! I’ll remove this review if they refund me my hard earned money they stole.

While ago my sister In low decided to have a facelift, like mini lift, she felt that she needed a little lift under her chin and jawline .Unfortunately my brother and family could not stop her from trusting doctor Simoni. I was mad at her because she looked beautiful and did not look like she needed any face lift. She was convinced that Dr simoin is IT/THE BEST :(, Im being sarcastic. Anyway I was very skeptical because I saw some review on his website and in some other websites as well. In addition I showed her all the bad reviews about this doctor, yet she still said NOP! Anyway after my sister in low got her face lift with Dr simoni she begin to see what a bad job he did. After few months she realized that she made the biggest mistake of her life trusting this bad doctor. Not only she look more tired/old and worst, in addition she lookalike she really need another facelift to fix the mistake doctor Simoni did . What is more disappointing is that not only she lost thousand of dollars yet she has been felling sad and depressed and not looking her best . OK I don’t really like to do this but I find it important to share my sad experience .If you happen to go to him than make sure you document everything he says and do, because not only he does a bad job but also he make promises’ and later he denies it .I went to Dr Simoni on February 2016 of this year and of course watching his Youtube Video I was very impressed.Anyway after having consultation with him he set the date and charged me $12.000.00 and of course I was sure that he will do a good job, and I was very happy and excited..The day of surgery. After I got my surgery, i went homekFirst visit He removed my bandits and then he said to go home I be fine. As Time went by I realized that under my chin/jaw line is still hanging, and massive bumpiness, and I said to myself it is my skin it’s ok let’s wait. Second visit After I went to see him, I told him I was not happy with my chin and the bumpeness unde rmy chin Of course after he examined me he said I’m sorry ok let me give some steroid shots right in the bumpy spot it will help it to go dawn..Third visist/ 6 month post up So after 3 months when I went to him for my 6 months post up he was busy and I felt like he did not want to see me because he was busy, and of course I was super nice . Anyway I told him I was nt happy.Than he brought his camera and took more pics again. So he was about to leave the room and didn’t say a word I asked him very nicely that I was not happy, and he said we’ll see you again but it looks good and walked out of the room. After he lift the room I was like OMG what the hell! Sadly Madge/Magda/ His manager was not there that day but I was ferrous and lift he did not even say have nice day or just BYE.Went to other sergeant in Newport Beach taking their opinionsAnyway, after I went home I told my husband what happened and he said to see other docs and take their opinion. So I made an appointment with few plastic sergeants that are Specializing in face and nick in Newport beach Area , and they all said one thing , he needs to fix under my chin and he needs to fix one side of my check but over all they all said whoever did my surgery is did not do a good job .After taking everyone’s opinion, I sent an email to Doctor Simoni and asked him to respond to my email. Surprisingly his manager Magda called me and said she would like to help me , she added that she had a meeting with the doctor and yes he needs to fix it I thank her for understanding and went to see Dr Payman Simoni gain. After I went to his office I explained to him that I looked awful I want him to fix my chin/nick/under the chin also added that I was going to see my In laws and need to fix my face /quick fix he said . He said for bell fill I had to pay $3000. However I was shock and told him that I had his coupon from Grupon and he cannot change me $3000, anyway he agreed to charge $1300 for small Bella fill, and radiuses to fill in the hole he lift on my check . I asked him how long that swollen last he said no problem it will go away by the next day. By the way when he was injecting radiuses on my lift check I was bleeding badly and so I paid , ahe as susal did not care if I needed ice pack or what ver to stop the bleeding so his manger askd me how I ws doing I said Im mad , did not know I had to pay more to fix his probims that he lift in my face for life. His manger was a nice lady give me ice and said I’m very sorry about everything.Anyway Today is 10/14/2016 and I had my fillers done 2 weeks ago and my face still looks black and blue, and everyone noticed I had something done on my face that made me look bad and bruises.Word of advice. . He is money grabbing undignified doctor that love to take your money without feeling guilty or shame and sadly he is not a good sergeant either. He lift me with unevenness on my lift checks and also under my chin lookalike before I got surgery . He is not a good plastic sergeant, stay away from him.

From the day I went in for a consultation to all my post visits. Silvia is a sweetheart and she has always followed up with me via phone, email and even through text message. The office has a great system to remind you of your next appointment, which I love!The day of my surgery, I was super nervous that I didnt want to go through with the surgery because I was so scared. Dr Simoni reassured me that it would be a smooth sailing and he would be by my side throughout the entire procedure. With his professionalism and knowledge of his work, I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Simoni!

Had a simple rhinoplasty procedure from dr.simoni. i figured he was very professional given his lovely office and central location in beverly hills. my rhinoplasty procedure went horribly wrong. i went to him to simply remove the bump on my nose and it came back completely crooked. my nose looked far worse than it did prior to the procedure. so i went back and demanded that he do it again, which he did. after undergoing two procedures by this man, my nose still looks worse than it did prior to the operation. i now have to go to a proper surgeon to undo the damage caused by this man. take this as a huge warning, and dont go to this man.clearly by reading the other reviews, it looks like im not the only one who feels this way. the question is how this man still has a license

I cant say enough good things about my experience at this office. Dr. Simoni did an amazing job on my nose. But thats not all. First, I was kind of afraid of going through with a cosmetic surgical procedure, which I always wanted to do. I had gone for a few consultations, but after speaking with Dr Simoni, I felt comfortable to go ahead with the procedure. I looked at his before and after results and also a computer generated final result of my nose. I knew my options and what to expect and I knew I was in good hands. Not only he is a knowledgable and talented physician, he is a kind and caring human being. Another concern of mine was the expense, but they were very reasonable, and in Beverly Hill!! The staff have also been very helpful and accomodating from my consultation through all my follow ups. After my procedure, I had some bruising, but no pain! I was back to work after a couple of days, with some make up on, and a small cast on my nose. I love the result and I am happy I chose him. I have come back to him for other procedures, like botox, fillers and laser treatments, and I am extremely happy. Thank you Simoni Plastic Surgery for another (nose) job well done:) Now I can age gracefully; knowing Dr. Payman Simoni is there when it is time for my facelift!

I have really bad dark under eye circles and had IPL which is a laser under eye treatment which really works and my dark circles are vanished now :) ! Really nice staff and doctor would recommend!!!
