I was at Dr. Vickis office for my annual exam. The staff was efficient and friendly and distancing was marked in the waiting room so it felt safe to be there. I have seen Dr. Vicki for a number of years and we had a hard time not hugging each other as we usually do. I love her because she is always upbeat and careful in her examination of me, and I always feel happy to have seen her and grateful for her good care. Relief for another year. Yay! Shes great.

Dr. Rapaport is the best. She is so kind and thorough and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Getting an appointment at times can be a challenge though so I recommend calling at least a month in advance!

Dr. Rapaport is super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and didnt try to push things that were not needed. Her staff is very friendly as well. The took me right on time and I did not wait long in the exam room at all for the doctor. I highly recommend and will definitely be making this office my go to derm.

Dr. Vicki is always caring and professional. I have been seeing her for the last eight years, and I have always found it easy to discuss my skin concerns with her. She has kept me healthy and my skin in good condition. Dr. Vicki excels at identifying dangerous moles and does aesthetically pleasing removal of these lesions.Her office is well run, and she and her staff have put into place many COVID-19 precautions. The waiting room door was propped open so that multiple people did not need to touch door handles. Patients’ appointments were spaced, so I was able to check in, have my temperature taken and go right into an exam room. I did not need to worry about distancing myself from other patients.All the staff wore masks, and some wore additional protective equipment. In summary, Vicki Rapaport is an excellent dermatologist. .

We have used these Doctors for over 30 years and would not dream of leaving them. We drive 2 hours to get to our appointments and will continue to for as long as we can. I had the Morpheus treatment done on my face and neck, and had my face dermaplaned. My skin felt amazing after the dermaplaning, and every day I notice my face and neck look that much better as the results from the Morpheus treatment are seen over time. The staff is wonderful, especially Kate! Kate recommended the best treatments for me and the process was very smooth. She also helped find the proper face and body wash to help keep me acne free! I didnt wait a week and make an appointment with a $100 copay to see a PA. If Im not going to see a DR for an initial consultation you should make that known on the call.

The service here is THE WORST. After BT my partner and I have had over $10k of facial services over the past year., we were 5-min late for an appointment and they turned one of us away because elf the ‘late fee issue’ - but then they sat my husband in a waiting room for another 45 minutes because a room wasn’t ready for him. Then … they proceeded to try and get a $50 late fee from us. If you’re looking for a place where people think their Beverly Hills zip code justifies being inconsiderate — this is your place. Otherwise, keep searching.
