I am so impressed with the quality of care I receive here. Dr. Chipps is a model professional with thoughtful and responsive services. I feel confident that she is monitoring my needs and keeping me healthy. She also has a wonderful team and I am always treated with respect. Their scheduling system is terrific with minimal or no wait time once you arrive at the office.

Dr Moy is attentive, skilled and very accommodating. This is my second time at his offices and the staff is friendly and truly wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Dr Herman for about 10 years. She is a skin cancer expert and has excellent bedside manner. However, on this visit I was disappointed at the very long wait time to see her, about 45 minutes, and then the even longer wait to complete the reading of the biopsy and excision of the lesion. Also, the nurse who applied a bandage to the stitched wound left only a wadded up 4x4 loosely attached to my skin which dropped off before I even got home. Improvements are needed in time management and bandaging.

Michelle at front desk was pleasant. I met with Dr Herman she was precise and listen to my issues with moles, basil cell carcinoma on lip, precancerous dry lips, skin tags. The liquid nitrogen freeze was then sprayed on each area for removal a temporary sting but a solution to remove years of sun damage.🙏

I had MOH surgery on my eyebrow which was a scary prospect of scarring and disfigurement due to odd healing. (Btw I don’t recommend googling images of MOH surgery…it looks horrific). Dr. Moy and his associates made me feel completely at ease and confident that it would go well. They were thorough and got all of the cancer on 3 passes. They stitched up the wound in a way that won’t leave me disfigured. I’m on day three of healing and there is minimal bruising and swelling (and the 3rd day is supposed to be the worst). I’m in awe of the treatment I received by these skilled and caring physicians.

I arrived and was promptly greeted by the receptionist. After taking my temperature I sat down and within three minutes I was called in for my appointment, right on time. When finished I went back to the receptionist and was told everything was fine and I left. Outstanding service, friendly and competent people.

Dr. Moy was amazing took his time to talk to me and his work i had no pain at all :) and his stuff were very nice and comforting definitely I wii go back to see him again.

Great staff! Dr Lauren Moy diagnosed my bug bite from Belize when no one else could identify why it was not healing. I had a larvae under the skin. Finally after 7 weeks, I am on the road to recovery after skin moved the culprit.

Dr. Moy did a CO2 laser procedure on my face two months ago and the results were amazing. Growing up on the beach I had a lot of sun damage but the thought of lasering my face was somewhat frightening. Dr. Moy assured me he would take his time and the laser would eliminate fines lines and wrinkles as well as even out my skin tone. He and his staff went above and beyond making sure I was calm and comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I am extremely pleased with the results and am loving all the compliments. Dr. Moy is at the top of his profession. His unique skill is exemplified by his incredible results. I highly recommend Dr. Moy.

Took my 84 year old mother here to have some skin cancer removed from her scalp. Was a great experience even though it took 4 1/2 hours. The waiting room and exam room were both pleasant and comfortable. The staff checked on my mother often while we waited for the pathology results to make sure the margins were removed. They brought us a blanket and bottles of water and sent us home with bandages and ointments. Dr. Herrmann was skilled and had great patient care. She made sure to ease my mom as best as she could especially when they numbed the area. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dermo surgery/mohs surgery.

I too came from Northern California for this appointment.It was without question one of the worst experiences I have had. Heidi the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. It took me a second to remember I was in Beverly Hills. Two Latinas walked into the medical office. Were ignored. Heidi looked us up and down, and made the calculation Latinas did not merit a greeting in Beverly Hills, let alone being treated like valued patients.Heidi was talking about a book she had read and told me I was early for my appointment and was lucky she was even bothering to check me in. When my sister Maribel who has spent tens of thousands of dollars at Moy. Fibcher and Chipps felt compelled to step in, Heidi said she would not bother dealing with us and walked away, not before making clear to the two Mexicans she - Heidi could talk about whatever she wanted and ignore us.I would never want to return to your medical facility. There are plenty of places that would take our family’s thousands of dollars. Heidi should be fired. Period.How was my first experience-one star would be way too generous.

My experience at Dr. Moys office was excellent. The office is well run, timely and immaculate. Dr. Moy is kind and very skilled in his work. His staff is efficient and nice. The only issue for me was sending me home with very little aftercare information. I basically was told to keep the wound moist but nothing else. I am experiencing pain now that the anesthetic is wearing off but what to take for the pain was never addressed. I do like that I can email him directly and he responds immediately.

I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Dr.Moy. I had heard wonderful things about him from a very astute friend who raved about his brilliance, expertise and accomplishments, but when I finally met with him in person, I must admit I was really impressed with his honesty and demeanor. He is unlike most LA docs who will try to upsell you and convince you to get treatments that you really dont need. I have researched the field for years and was up on all the latest new treatments. When I started to ask him about them, he actually cut to the chase and said, you dont need any of them and they wont give you the effect you are seeking. He told me precisely what would work and had the confidence that it would be my best option. It is pricey, but instead of spending lots of money on fillers and Botox and all kinds of the latest hype, I will do a CO2 laser and skip all the rest. I am very excited that my friend recommended him and as a spa trends specialist and boomer-consumer expert, I am well versed in these types of procedures and have reviewed them on and off for 20 years. But now I was the patient, in the exam room and it was my face that was being analyzed. He was a quick study and knew exactly what would work for me. Hes located on Rodeo Drive, but is so down to earth and real. If you are seeking a brilliant, highly skilled doc who really knows his stuff, dont bother with the rest, go for the BEST!

The Mohs surgery to remove the cancer went well + now I am in recovery. I am so grateful I ended up in the care of Dr. Moy & Dr. Chipps and highly recommend them to anyone with Basal Cell Carcinoma.
