I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Everything about this place is great. I’m 15 and just finished my accutane treatment. During my treatment Dr. Bakshandeh did a great job in every way possible. During the pandemic she still did a great job with communicating with me and making sure I was doing well. The staff was very kind and I have no complaints. Along with everything else and most importantly, my acne was cleared! 10/10

Dr. Bakshandeh is an amazing dermatologist. I suffered from severe acne for years and she helped me achieve clear skin. I 100% recommend and trust her work. She made me feel like I was in good hands the moment I met her, she explained the process and allowed me to reach her every time I had any concerns/questions. I did try getting help from other dermatologist in the past but was not successful. Dr. Bakshandeh gave me great results. The receptionist there is super sweet as well as the aesthetician!

My experience with Dr. B was so simple yet life changing! For years I’ve struggled with acne on my face and it seemed like there was no solution. I had gone through my fair share of dermatologists, but none of them seemed to care or fight for a change in my skin like Dr. B.For one, she listens. We first attempted to clear up my face using topical treatments, but I didn’t feel like that was aggressive enough. She agreed and I began a 7 month treatment on Acutane. At first I was a little hesitant, but through Dr. B’s reassurance and confidence I knew it would be the most effective way to see improvement in my face. As each month went by, I saw such improvement in my skin and now 7 months later my skin is the clearest I’ve seen it in over 5 years. I’m beyond satisfied. It’s a great feeling to be complimented on your skin when for years I felt opposite.I’m so thankful to Dr. B and the entire office staff. They’re an incredibly positive group of women that I genuinely enjoyed seeing every month for my monthly visits. I will miss them, but I’m forever grateful for their dedication to my skin care needs. Five stars are an understatement!

Everyone in the office/ that I talked to was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Im so glad I came here. They did all blood tests etc there and there is a pharmacy in the building which is also convenient. Nice office. You either have to park a few blocks away and walk about 10 minutes (parking right around the office is permit only) or pay $10 to park in the lot. They prioritize customer satisfaction and answered any questions that I called or emailed about after.

Dr Bakshandeh is really nice and caring! She was very understanding of my situation and worked hard to resolve my acne problem. I had very stubborn ache and after my course it got a lot better. She takes the blood work in her offices which is very convenient if you have to take one every month. The office is nice and relatively schedule ( not a terribly long wait for her visits). Her assistants and the whole staff are very nice as well.

I wish I could give Dr B and her team more than 5 stars. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. The professionalism, her understanding of my skin and how to treat it, the after care, just everything was done with precision. Most doctors just prescribe you a medicine and leave you to figure out the rest but Dr B really cared about my concerns and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She treated my acne with accutane and helped me the entire 6 months I was on it (with all my questions and concerns). I am now ACNE FREE! However, I will be continuously going to DR B for all my other dermatology and beauty. I actually felt like tearing up at my last appointment because it was a long process that was REWARDING. Having acne for the longest time in my life and Dr B helping me treat it ALL... I was and am forever grateful. If you are looking for a dermatologist, GO TO DR B. Youll thank me like Im thanking the other reviews who helped me decide to choose her as my doctor.

She’s amazing! FINALLY A DERM THAT CARES!! Ive been through multiple doctors for my severe acne and all of them looked at me for 3 minutes, didn’t ask me anything, and just wrote a prescription and sent me on my way. Dr. Haleh Bakshandeh is a great person and she wouldn’t quit until my acne was gone. I can’t thank her enough. If you want a dermatologist who actually is going to help you, stop looking...you’ve found her.

Dr.Bakshandeh was a blessing and changed my life for the better. I have never met a dermatologist like her, she planned my treatment specifically for me and treated me with such care. Every single time I went for a consultation Dr.B made me feel welcomed, important, and that I was able to have the skin I deserved. Dr. Bakshandeh is an amazing doctor who really takes time to get to know and personalize each of her clients experiences. She made my process as easy and convenient as possible and was always very nice and understanding. She is willing to work and adjust her schedule to coordinate with yours. I highly recommend Dr. Bakshandeh as she is an extraordinary dermatologist!!To begin, she is very gentle when doing cosmetic treatments which in turn leaves you with AMAZING results. She has done Microneedling on me as well as countless other chemical peels and procedures (both medical and cosmetic) and the pain is always minimal if not completely absent. And my skin is always being complimented, thanks to her! She takes her time and is a perfectionist- especially with cosmetic treatments. She is extremely fair and if you need to communicate with her she will literally take the time out of her day to give you a call and speak directly to you, which Ive found to be pretty rare.As far as medical concerns, Dr. B makes you feel comfortable in an environment that can be extremely nerve wracking. Appointments are not rushed, and she never leaves the room without all of your questions being answered. Not to mention, she uses some of that time to get to know you personally as well.Dr. B is a beautiful person both inside and out, and I would never go to anyone else.P.S. She does lips to perfection!!!!!

Dr. Bakshandeh is an amazing doctor! Unlike a lot of doctors that rush you out of their office to get the next patient, she takes whatever time is necessary to answer my questions. I absolutely love going to Dr.B and highly recommend her to everyone I know! She knows her stuff and is really personable, making you feel very comfortable. She is also fantastic at Botox (I get it on my forehead) and it looks really natural. Her esthetician, Katrina, is really friendly and gives amazing facials, and the rest of the office team are always welcoming. I have been to different dermatologists through the years and Dr. B is by far the best one.

I genuinely cannot recommend Dr. Bakshandeh highly enough. I had tried out another nearby dermatologist and was so disappointed by how I was treated. I didnt feel like the other doctor listened to my frustrations with previous acne treatments, and the cancer biopsies she performed left ugly scars. I switched to Dr. Bakshandeh after reading the Yelp reviews, and I can honestly say it was the best health decision Ive ever made. Her office (and demeanor) is warm and inviting, and she made me feel less embarrassed by the acne coating my cheeks. She immediately suggested going on accutane to treat my cystic acne. I know many people are put off by that suggestion, but honestly, I was so thankful that someone was finally offering me a proven, potentially permanent solution. Dr. B answered all of my questions and gave me the most amazing lip balm that saved my lips from the infamous dryness. Youll see a lot of accutane horror stories online, but thanks to her guidance, the worst thing I experienced was a little dryness. She truly made me feel like I was in control of my treatment. After 6 months, I now have beautiful skin and confidence that Ive found the right person to help me with any skin issue I may have. Definitely give Dr. Bakshandeh and her staff a try!

I came to Dr. B for cystic acne that returned after coming off my 1st round of accutane (through another doctor). She treated me with kindness and encouraged me throughout the entire process. She never pushed any unnecessary procedures throughout the course and was always available to take care of sudden breakouts or other side effects.Im on my last week of my second course of accutane and am excited to start clearing up my scarring.I have also been using latisse that I purchase at her office and I cant go a day without receiving compliments on my eyelashes :)

Dr. Bs office is my go-to for life!!Her staff is amazing!! Their office manager Jackie is so accommodating, helping you get everything you need - from scheduling appointments to prescribing medications, and Katrina, their aesthetician, does cosmetic procedures and facials in-house!!Once in the room, Dr. B takes her time with you, making sure to address all your questions before you leave and helping you feel super comfortable.Ive come in countless times over the years for cosmetics (lip fillers, Botox, peels, microneedling, Kybella) and she always does a PERFECT job. She has also treated me for hyperhidrosis and acne, and has prescribed and recommended products that have made such a difference in my skin.Dr. B is everything and more, and I am lucky to have found this gem!!!

I was referred to Dr. B through a friend of a friend who told me that he loves Dr. B so much that he travels to Dr. B from out of state whenever he has dermatology needs. After working with Dr. B for several months, I can say for certain that I would travel back to her from out of state if I ever moved away.Dr. B takes a creative yet practical approach to acne treatment. I initially visited her because I had a sudden acne breakout at age 32. During my adult life I certainly have been prone to breakouts, but nothing like I experienced in April 2018. My first session with Dr. B made me realize that she was the dermatologist for me. First, she was incredibly sweet and understanding about the mental aspects of dealing with acne. Her entire staff is friendly too. In fact, being in that office reminds me of a family atmosphere. I love visiting the office!As for treatment, she initially recommended an oral and topical treatment which greatly reduced my flair up. After 6 weeks, my face looked so much better, but not perfect. I spoke with Dr. B about the frustration of still getting pimples at age 32. At that point she suggested Accutane. While I was not the typical Accutane patient (i.e., not a teenager or young adult), she thought I was a perfect candidate for the medication. She also thought this was the best course of action to get rid of my adult acne.Accutane can be intimidating, but not with Dr. B. Her creative and practical approach allowed me to ease into the Accutane treatment until I was eventually taking the full intended dosage each day. Her approach also allowed me to ease off the medication rather than stopping it cold turkey. I firmly believe this approach is the reason my experience on Accutnae was flawless – I had no side effects outside of the ordinary dryness. 6 months later, I am acne free.Whenever someone tells me they need to see a dermatologist, I will 100% recommend Dr. B.
