Hands down, the best oral surgeon in CA. outstanding bedside manner. A+++ technical skills.First off, i was repeatedly told by friends that it is best to undergo anesthesia for extraction of my wisdom teeth. I chose not to.The entire procedure for extraction of my two impacted wisdom teeth took a grand total of 10-12 minutes. There was minimal pain (from two shots to numb the areas which took seconds) involved in the entire procedure.Before I knew what happened, he told me the procedure was over.There was minimal bleeding if any. I had no pain that night or the days after. No bleeding. There was no need for pain medications. There was minimal swelling if any.The man is a genius. A class act in every imaginable way. I am a physician and have very high standards. He far far far surpassed them.He has my absolute highest recommendation.

The Doctor is fine and competent in his trade. His staff specifically his office manager and billing manager are both liars and are unscrupulous in their work. Trust nothing that they say. As a patient who has been bilked let this be a warning.

I had a great experience with Dr Gabbaypour as well as the staff. I was not looking forward to my wisdom tooth extraction and was extremely anxious but they made me feel very safe and comfortable. I hardly bruised and swelled thanks to his great work, I was able to get back to work in 3 days without pain killers and was able to do normal activities less than 24 hours after the extraction. I went to get my wisdom teeth extracted today I was very anxious of being put to sleep but I didn’t even realize when I went to sleep. I felt perfectly fine and have barely no pain after. Just sore but I’m grateful to Dr. Gabbaypour.

Ive been to Dr. Gabbaypour numerous times because I trust his skill, intelligence and kindness in taking care of both my daughter and I.

I had a surgery on 2 of my wisdom teeth and other surgeons scared me and they said it was risky and hard to remove them because it is very close to nerves. I finally decided to do it and I came to Dr. Gabbaypour’s office and everyone in his office were so nice as well as himself. He did the surgery for me and he removed both of my wisdom teeth in a same day. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend him. I only had bleeding for a day and I didn’t take even one painkiller. Most importantly there was no side effect and my mouth or jaw didn’t get numb for ever as many other surgeons said. He is an amazing professional surgeon.

I was even placed in a wheelchair by one of his staff to take me to the car of a friend who picked me up. I saw Dr. Gabbaypour a week after the extraction and he determined that all went well. Cool, calm, and collected he took a look at my teeth and told me we can do them all in the same day with no anesthesia. Following week showed up for the procedure and I was in and out before I realized it. He numbed me up, and took out all four teeth while I was awake. Little bloody, but not nearly as painful as I was anticipating. I was a little swollen, but fully functional afterwards. He even had his Secratary call me the following day to follow up. After seeing the aftermath of some of my friends getting their wisdom teeth out with their respective dentists, I was hesitant to have the operation done on myself. Too many times had I seen enflamed cheeks and severe bruising. After going through the procedure with Dr. Gabbaypour, I was amazed to find that within a day, my face looked like no surgery was done to begin with. His surgical ability is unparalleled. Everything is done accurately, with intention, and in proficient timing. Not to mention, pain was kept to a minimum and I was able to eat anything I wanted within a few days. After hearing many unpleasant stories about wisdom teeth removals, I was just terrified to even think that I had to extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth. However, I had the most amazing experience at Dr. Gabbaypour’s office. Starting from the staff to the doctor himself- everyone was extremely attentive and gave me great care. The first consultation was very quick, without any waiting lines, during which the doctor examined me and ensured that I will be fine, even if I take all 4 at the same time.The surgery took about an hour which was done with anesthesia, and afterwards I was ready to go home without any complications. To my surprise, I did not even swell for a bit, did not bleed, and I was ready for my daily activities after a few hours of rest. The doctor even called me in the evening to see how I am doing (thank you!!!) Whenever my jaw started to hurt, I took Ibuprofen and the pain went away. I had my surgery on a Friday and on Monday I did not have any pain at all.So, if you’ve been avoiding to go and have your wisdom teeth extracted for months (like me), are terrified of these types of experiences (like me), Dr. Gabbaypour will completely change your perspective about this.I can’t thank you enough for taking care of me the way you did!!! Both gabbypour and desk staff were dismissive. I had a terrible experience in treatment but stayed because he was highly recommended. I wish I had left sooner. I did not feel he was even paying attention during exams. He would walk out of the room while I was still asking questions. Desk staff were outright rude and multiple times “forgot” to return calls.

Dr. Gabbaypour is such a gentleman and great at what he does! I had to extract my wisdom teeth due to them causing me some jaw and bite issues. I was really nervous and had never done extraction in my life nor been put to sleep before. My entire visit went so easy and quick LOL maybe not as quick as I make it sound like cause I dont remember a thing, honestly. They give me all the post-op instructions and called me later the day to make sure am okay I didnt have any swelling at all but off course some pain due to the work that had been done. Also his entire staff is so professional and kind. Always on top of their game!!!!

He treated me poorly and I felt humiliated. He presents himself as a professional yet failed to treat me in a professional matter. I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction yet he proceeded to discuss other issues, telling me I was “too young” to have such issues. I may be too young but I will not tolerate being humiliated by a careless money hungry man. It is because of “professionals” like him that people dread to seek dental support. Can a dentist be a lifesaver? I am Dr. Gabbaypours best advertisement. I am currently going through the implant process and had one done several years ago. My inplants are perfect. He calls you the day you have your surgery afterwards to make sure you arent having any complications personally. If you follow his directions for recovery, no problems. I got my wisdom teeth pulled out and like any other surgery I was nervous but Dr. Gabbayour was very kind and made me feel welcomed/confortable. He not only showed his care in the pre-operation but he also deomstrated it in the post-operation. After my surgery he gave me a call personally to see how I was feeling and that defintly showed me that he cares about his patients. He is a total genius! I went to a few doctors before him, and all of them did a root canal on my tooth. he solved the problem. He knows whats up! he might be a little more expensive, but is worth every penny. He also pulled out my wisdom teeth, and I did an implant with him. I used painkillers for only 1 day. This dentist is not at all concerned with his lower class, medi-cal patients.He did not bother to greet me once I entered the room as he had with his other patients. He had his back to turned to me when he asked why was I here. I told him I needed an extraction, he had me open my mouth and begin to press on the the infected wisdom tooth. like why would anyone do that? I ended up having to take more antibiotics bc he aggravated the tooth.He told me it would be a very risky, without explaining said risk. He also stated that I would need a bone grafting and a cat scan. I did not trust him, his demeanor was very off putting. Never allow your self to be sedated by anyone that makes you feel uneasy. Your life is on the line and if they dont respect you, you cant trust them with your safety. I read another review where he treated another patient in a similar situation the sameway. Why accept medi-cal if you are going to treat those patients that way? I believe he is highly prejudice towards a certain minority. Its easy to get along with people you deem in the same socioeconomic class as you. Those people may not agree with my sentiments. But that does NOT mean my statement is any less valid than your 4/5 star posts. Should you get another 1 star review it would be advantageous of you to speak to that individual in an attempt to understand their grievance. you will NOT receive an apology from me, not today, not ever! How arrogant and delusional must you be to think I would ever cower to the likes you. the audacity. Two random people having the same experience, that should raise a red flag.

I don’t normally write reviews, but it is so important to me that the public is aware of one of the greatest and most giving dental surgeons in this hemisphere! Dr. Gabriel Gabbaypour. I am a professional actor of the past 30 years and have starred in a few notable films and television shows! My teeth are important both cosmetically and of course health is paramount. Dr. Gabbaypour is the man! Not only has he supported his work per my oral health, but also when times have been rough in terms of finances, he has consistently worked with both me and my wife for the past 15 years, and he actually saved my wife’s life by discovering a severe infection due to her negligence of an incomplete root canal due to the negligence of another Oral Surgeon. You won’t find a more giving, humane, and competent Oral Surgeon and human being than Dr. Gabriel Gabbaypour. What a gem, especially when medicine in America has become all about money, awesome to find a doctor who actually, really cares. And on top of all this...he is a teacher to up and coming doctors, and actually volunteers his services for those who are without the means to take care of themselves. Highly reputable. Highly recommended! The human race needs more Dr. Gabbaypours. Btw...I have read a couple of weird reviews regarding Dr. Gabbaypour as a racist which is obviously some vendetta by a kook or two. My wife and me are Creole African-Americans who are on the same political page with Dr. Gabbaypour.

Im terrified of being under the knife as Ive never done that before, got over my fear of needles only last year. Had two wisdom teeth growing in *sideways* at the bottom and two single root teeth normal but with cavities at the top. I heard horror stories of swelling, nerve damage and Vicodin, but it had to be done. After my primary dentist suggested to me someone that was unlicensed, I withdrew my request and went with Dr Gabbaypour. Best. Decision. Ever.During the consultation he was very serious, noted that I was a little late with my extractions and also said hed need an extra x-ray in order to make sure he doesnt cut the nerve on the sideways ones. He is very cautious, which is exactly what I look for in my doctors and dentists. Denti-Cal / Medi-Cal didnt find it medically necessary to cover that x-ray so I had to pay $550 out of pocket. I dont make a lot of money now but my savings are on point. I trust him based off my first impression so I paid it with no hesitation.IV sedation, dont remember a single thing other than trying to read the label on a can of Lysol after the surgery. Im posting this a day after and to my surprise Im one of the VERY lucky few in the world that dont have any swelling or need for painkillers. And I had two sideways teeth which are complicated to extract. He nailed it.To anyone that wants the /best chance/ at having oral surgery with an excellent outcome, hes the best on this coast. Dont even look anywhere else.

DR Gabbaypour is one of the best and knowledgeable surgeons I have ever seen. He helped me to take care of my broken tooth. He put me to sleep and took the tooth out.I woke up after procedure was done. The front desk helped me to take care of my bill through the insurance and finally I paid my share. I called the insurance company and my charges was accurate. Thanks to Dr Gabbaypour. You are my angel.

Ok let me start by saying who really want to go to a dentist/oral surgeon! I must say nobody. So I cant boast and brag and say great experience! Had Fun! Cant wait to go back!!! That being said Im giving this 5 star review for the Drs. bedside manor and friendly environment thats been created in this office. 5 Stars to the doctoe himself and 5 stars for the entire staff. I got a tooth pulled and an implant put back in. Price was more than reasonable. My son got his 4 wisdom teeth as well. So what can I say but Bring The Whole Family!
