Dr Markzar is caring and clear on what I need to do to have good dental care.

Dr. Markzar is an extraordinary dentist. I have had my fair share of poor experiences dealing with other dentists. Dr. Markzar, unlike other dentists, looks at your treatment as a scientist and artist. He puts in lots of time and effort when he wants to do any procedure. He gets all the necessary details before coming up with a treatment plan. These days we have lots of dentists, but we dont know which one is the right one. He carefully takes the time to understand, listen, communicate, and perform the treatment. He took many precautions and looked in-depth at what my previous dentists had done before coming up with treatment options. That is something which we really never see these days. He understands the best course of action and goes above and beyond in both the diagnosis and treatment. He is not one of those doctors that jump to conclusions in one second which can mess with the structure of your teeth. I had terrible dental experiences that I have gone through in the past years. I am especially thankful for his empathy throughout the whole process. I wanted to share my honest experience with others who are looking for a caring doctor.

The professionalism and attention to detail is incredible. Hard to find one of these in most places let alone two. Also equipped with state of the art technology!

OMG Dr Markzar is the best he is one of the kind. in farsi we call it PANJEH TALAIE means Golden hand or Miracle hand he does amazing job!he and his team is Very professional and knowledgeable so nice , kind And caring from front desk Kimia , Elisa and Britney dr Assistent and other staff they are so expert and nice make you feel so comfortable . I been to many Dentisit office in my entire Life because I had gum disease when I was so young and spend lot of money for my teeth from gum surgery to implant , I have to say I do not like to go to dentist office but Few days ago I had procedure withdr markzar he remove my old implant (I had issue with them ) clean the area then I had bone graft and then stitches I have to admit I didn’t feel any pain during surgery When he was done I was surprise it was over even after three days I have no pain no bleeding no swelling no bruises ( which before I experience all of them ) I’m so thankful and honored to know Dr markzar and his team . Chances are if youre seeing Dr. Markzar there are some serious things happening in your mouth. Dont be nervous because you are in the best hands! Everyone who works here is lovely and knows their stuff.Ive had a lot of dental work in my life (thanks, well water) and Ive experienced both good and bad practitioners. I breathed a sigh of relief when I met Dr. Markzar and his team because I could tell they were experts.Treatment plans are readily provided and explained so you know whats coming and how much it will cost. Post procedure care is also explained thoroughly and Dr. Markzar even provides his cell number in case of any issues. The best part of all of it is that they make you feel like a person, not just a number.The only con is that parking in the buildings garage is cash only and a pricey. Leave yourself time and park elsewhere if thats an issue. Dont forget to being cash if its not.I couldnt be happier to have found Dr. Markzar and his team because I know they are going to make the mess that is my mouth into something amazing!

I couldnt be happier with the care I have received for my implant. This is my second implant the first in 2006. When the time came for a second procedure I knew only Dr Markzar would the man.

Erica is unbelievably aggressive and rude and she hangs up on you whenever she feels like. The hygienist Princess is literally someone who takes pleasure in hurting patients and inflicting them excruciating pain. The actual dentist Sam? He couldnt care less, says he doesnt have time. Tons of positive reviews...they must be all fake. Look out for actual Dental Board Complaints and protect your right as a patient to be treated with respect, dignity and tolerable pain levels.

Dr Markzar performed my implant surgery so smooth , with great precision, and minimal pain that I didn’t need to take over the counter pain relief RX.

Needed to have surgery to address my receding gum line, was incredibly happy w the results from Dr Markzar. Scheduling was smooth, the procedure was straightforward and took exactly as long as they predicted. Was surprised at how little pain was involved in the recovery, will be planning to return to address another area of my gums that need work.

I could honestly write a whole book about Dr. Markzar and his team! I was referred to him for crown lengthening. Now, I had already had this procedure done 3-4 times before, but no one ever got it right. Apparently, I just hadn’t sat in the right chair until I walked in to his office. He did such an amazing and thorough job, that I literally shed tears afterwards. The smile he helped to create for me has given me a whole new confidence, and I am no longer self-conscious when I smile. What a lifetime of relief this has been for me. He is very detailed oriented and caring doctor

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I see greater gum tissue in the before and after pictures. I had the pin-hole procedure, which took 3 hours or so to do. My pain was minimized and healing time took 6 weeks of avoiding certain foods and not brushing or flossing the affected area. I followed the instructions the best I could, and it as very hard to give up eating salad for that long, but in the end it was worth it. Thank you Dr. Markzar!

Dr Markzhar has been my periodontist for over 15 years. I have the utmost confidence in him and have referred close friends and family to him. I appreciate his communication and thorough explanation of treatment plans, and he has the least invasive and most gentle technique. I will continue to refer to him and trust my British messed up teeth in his hands.

The energy I got from receptionist was so horrible I felt like a burden and unwelcome. I didn’t even go in for my appointment. Might of been because of my race. Nonetheless it was unfortunate I didn’t meet Dr markzar he treated my brother and my aunt with great results.

Doctor Markzar and his group is one of the best. I had implant last Friday with him. He is so expert, so I don’t feel anything at all during the procedure and I get back to normal the same day. Dr. Markzar and his staff are great professionals. I never had a problem changing my appointments or contacting them for whatever needs. I have been a client for a long time and I have even consider finding a new dentist closer to home but their service and care is THAT superb -- it makes it hard to change. Their staff is understanding of my long drive so they know to accommodate and set my appointment times during non-traffic hours. Also, it is tough to find a more calm, cool cat like Dr. Markzar. Even when there are things that go haywire, like the 3rd party lab screwing up an order or something, I have experienced that Dr. Markzar does not lose his cool. Thats the kind of dentist you want operating on you, especially with drills and pointing objects in your mouth.

I just came back from Dr. Markzar ‘s office. I can not believe my eyes. He just finished completing an implant for me, and I can not distinguish the new tooth from the rest.He is an artist above and beyond being an excellent Dentist. As he was finishing with me, he noticed that I have chipped one of my front teeth. He said” I can not see you walk around with a chipped tooth”. Although he is always busy, he took the time to fix my tooth. This masterpiece looks unbelievably natural . It is the same color, shape and size as my other one. My family and I have been seeing him in excess of 7 years and can not be happier. I highly recommend him to those who are looking for an excellent, conscientious ,competent and knowledgeable dentist who cares.

Excellent experience!!! I recently had an implant placed on my front tooth at Dr. Markzar’s office. I felt not pain from the shots or the entire procedure. I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Markzar took the time to explain the procedure so I’m well informed. I felt no discomfort after as well and I am looking forward to going back. Best doctor experience (of any kind) Ive had in LA hands down. My 2 graft/allograft procedures were essentially painless, recovery was smooth, and results have been great so far.Dr. Markzar is very smart and kind and does an excellent job answering questions and explaining procedures beforehand, as well as creating stellar results.Janniah & Katherine at the front desk are very helpful and thoughtful both before and after procedures; I received prompt follow ups a few days after each of my procedures where they asked how everything was going and eased any concerns.All hygienists in the office are also fantastic. Very nice and professional, and also did a great job answering any and all questions and thoroughly explaining post-opp procedure.Overall, very positive experience and would highly recommend Dr. Markzars office!

I am 110% satisfied with my experience with Dr. Markzar’s office. It can be a miserable experience loosing teeth that you are born with. But thankfully, knowing you are getting the best quality of treatment possible goes a long way in making up for the misery!! I have had other doctors in dental care business, regular dentists, endodontists, and even other periodontists comment on the quality of work done by Dr. Markzar! (Yes, unfortunately I have some bad teeth.) He is a true professional who practices his craft with expertise like an adept and celebrated artist, with unpretentiousness and friendliest demeanor.And getting to deal with the front office staff just completes the whole experience…Leslie, Catherine, Janniah, and the other members of the staff make you feel welcome, treat you with respect, and go out of their way to help and accommodate you.In all honesty, I cannot think of one aspect of my experience at Dr. Markzar’s office that would require improvement.

Dr. Markzar has done two gum surgeries on me. I am having another tomorrow and have one more to go after that. I have a problem with gum pockets and huge tori all around the inside of my mouth. It was a big and complicated job. Dr Markzar took so much time explaining to me exactly what needed to be done and why. He explained step by step what he would do. I was very relaxed when I went into his office (quite unlike me). His knowledge and skill made my experience so easy. There was no pain during the surgeries. Very little pain after the surgeries and I cant believe how quickly and easily I healed. I went to my dentist after my first two surgeries to have my teeth cleaned and he said, Wow! He really did an amazing job! Cant wait to get the rest of my mouth taken care of. Thank you, Dr. Markzar,.
