Great place for counseling. Rashawn Jones has helped me out tremendously. I love how flexible their hours are! I would recommend them to everyone.

I can not get a response from the billing department related the the fact that they are not submitting my son’s service to the provider. It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Even if the therapist is decent this puts undo stress on the family bc they charge the credit card in full before they make any adjustment for insurance and they will not provide an itemized statement so I can submit to insurance after they took the full payment. I have contacted the credit card company, fraud department at the insurance carrier and going to contact the attorney general of my state. Go somewhere else for treatment.

Its okay. I feel like my counselor isnt really giving us anything to work on.

We have a very good counselor and you wouldve have gotten 5 stars, if it wasnt for me being charged as a cash patient when I gave my insurance information, and Ive still yet to receive my refund!! That was in February.

Andrea Golden is truly a rare and special person. She is dedicated to help others, and a true professional. An expert like her is hard to find, but luckily she is a part of my world. Andrea Golden is relatable and comfortable. We we talk, I feel so much better afterwards! Andrea is easy to talk to and it feels like a friend or sister more than a therapist. She has special tools/qualities that help me though some of lifes challenges.

Lindsey Mandell is the best therapist you could ever have. When she talks to you and comforts you in your time of need it’s not like you are going to a therapist but talking to a friend. She’s the friend that follows up with you to make sure everything is still going okay and is the first to know if something is “off”. I feel so comfortable talking to her about my whole life and all of the crazy moments in it. She knows just what to say and is so wise in explaining why we feel the way we do at that moment. Love love love her and highly recommend!

We are absolutely delighted to work with Phyllis Jones based out of the Michigan facility of Thriveworks . We were grieving the loss of a family member and she was very understanding and helped us through our recovery period. She has the right balance of being personal and professional through out her sessions. Each and every session was therapeutic as it was supposed to be.

We have had some shocking experiences with counseling and therapy over the years. As such, the ones expressing disappointment here have my sympathy. I have found everything about Thriveworks to be really considered and blending professionalism and friendliness exceptionally well. I would encourage anyone not as delighted to express it as clearly the team responds to negative comments posted. It shows they want people to be at least satisfied. Im convinced my daughter is still with us because of this practice.

I have been working with Sandra and she is great. I had given up on counseling and she convinced me to give it another try. She really cares about her clients and genuinely wants them to be better. That, to me, is the most important part of how she helped.

I am very disappointed in the service my family received. Our counseling sessions began in July and ended in August, although we were not informed. The counselor, Carin Goodrich, has not had any communication with us. Ive left messages, spoke with manager Ms Jones and the reason I was given was that shes really busy. Really??? Too busy to return a telephone call? To busy to send an email?? She had no problems before sending e-mails to remind me of the next appointment. Now shes too busy. Their solution is to assign us to another counselor. NO THANK YOU!!! Where is the professionalism?? Im a retired social worker, I was always overloaded with cases, but I treated everyone with dignity and respect!!

I would highly recommend Lindsey Mandell. Her ability to listen is a rate trait. She knows how to help somone open up about how they feel and give them the tools to grow into a better person. Lindsey shows peoplw they can overcome anything.

I see Dawn Gaden and i cant tell you how much she has helped me. Ive struggled my whole life and have been weary of therapists because I never get much from it. I get to talk through my problems but I dont get the tools and information I handle my problems more effectively. Dawn has changed that. It is the first time I leave each appointment relieved from having talked my issues through but ALSO with tools to help me move forward. I am proud of the person I am becoming and the journey I have chosen to take. I would recommend Dawn or any of the therapists. As a side note, they have never, not once, screwed up my billing. And they take insurance. HUGE plus for me!

Sheila has been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I see her every week and she has helped us reconnect and communicate and reconnect. She has helped us manage thru the endless issues that come with a blended family. Some days I walk in the office in tears, so frustrated with my husband, but every single week we walk out of there laughing and holding hands. Sheila is a GODSEND!
