I needed to reschedule an appointment 23 hours prior to my scheduled appointment after being placed On call at work. I was charged $124 for trying to reschedule the same week. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much, if my therapist hadn’t cancelled one of our sessions the same day as one of my appointments due to a personal engagement for her son.I completely understand policy but don’t enforce policy with me when my therapist cancelled the same day and I tried to 23 hours in advance. I will never go back and will definitely not refer anyone. I guess things that come up for staff are no big deal but issues that come up with patients is where they draw a hard line. I didn’t start going there to add stress to my life.

Marcy and her staff are top notch therapists. Compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your mental helth needs.
