My loan was a good process but trying to pay it is awful. I locked myself out of online due to trying too many times. I called for help and was told its best to go to branch to prove identity. Went to branch, lobby closed. Drove to other branch, lobby closed. Went to drive through and watched 5 cars that came after get service. I called number, on hold 10 min. Talked to lady who tells me its $20 to pay over phone. Told my story that Ive spent 3 hours trying to pay. The entire tome its taken me to google Vibrant and write a review Ive been on hold. Not OK. I jave spent nearly 3 hours trying to pay calling, driving, driving, calling, on hold, talking, on hold, talking - pay.

I’m surprised to see all these bad reviews. I have had nothing but great services since banking here. They are friendly and opened my account very fast and answered all my questions. I would recommend them

What a horrible business. Very poorly run bank. Do not open an account here they don’t care about people just money.

To open the account was quite lengthy but overall I was very pleased with the service. I like that I get my debit card right away. They reviewed by credit score and offered a lower interest rate on my car loan from another bank. Not happy that I get charged a fee when using an ATM. This account is really for a rainy date savings account The employees have been very helpful and professional and friendly

My husband and I opened an account several years ago at DHCU, since renamed Vibrant Credit Union. We left a balance of $400 in there. I went back to remove the money and close the account, only to be told the account was closed two years ago and the money was ABSORBED BACK TO VIBRANT due to inactivity. This is THEFT. Our home address and phone number have not changed in 12 years. There is no excuse not to notify a customer you intend to drain their personal bank account to feed your greedy, corrupt for-profit business. Hello? Consumer protection laws? Vibrant is no different than what Wells Fargo did to their customers. Vibrant owes me $400 plus interest. And a huge apology for being so shady. I will never do business with them again.

Horrible place to bank. No personal interaction with clients, bad wait times, horrid fees, bad interest rates. I would not suggest anyone to go through this, “Credit Union.” They are not a credit union, whatsoever. They are a for profit financial institution trying to disguise themselves as a Cresit Union. I overreacted for 5 dollars and was charged a $29.00 fee for doing so. Each time you overdraft, each charge, is $29.00.They do not take into consideration any of their clients dilemmas, and are unwilling to reimburse any infractions on your account.Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

This establishment has the rudest service department.
