Had an appointment this past week and there’s a reason why I enjoy coming to this location, the staff. I’ve been to a couple other locations but finally decided to stick with this one. They had the most friendliest staff, and they were also very helpful with whatever questions or concerns I had. Both managers Jacqueline and Magdalena were very helpful and professional. I look forward to continuing treatment at this location.

He was willing to answer any questions I had. The building itself is very clean and comfortable. You never have to wait when you come here.

Had my daughter’s braces put on in December. Everything has been very smooth and easy as far as scheduling appointments, expected payments, and any requests for documents have been handled quickly. Great customer service and the Dr. Swiderski explains things well and is very personable.

I would give this place a 5. I’m still a patient here and i am please with the results i am getting. However, i had an issue recently and after all the money I’ve paid i don’t think it was handle appropriately. I went out the other day and lost my last set of traits because the server at my table threw them out. I called as an emergency to see if the doctor could see me but after many attempts the only response i got was “the office is closed Thursday and Saturday and you are going to have to wait” I was very annoyed and called the next day and expressed how uncomfortable i was without my traits and the lady on the phone said she was gonna have an specialist call me and I never did. Now i have to call and get nasty because apparently for her 4500 dollars is nothing. Other than that... staff inside the clinic and the doctor are amazing.
