Amazing office! The staff members are so welcoming and helpful and the doctors and nurses truly care. I see Dr. Tu and I highly recommend him. He takes time to listen to my concerns and never rushes me out. My entire family sees doctors at this office and we have had only positive experiences.

The staff here is amazing! I was helped right away and my check in process was short and sweet. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I sat in the waiting room for about 3 minutes before being taken to a room and once I was in the room I was seen right away. Dr. Jones was great; he made me feel comfortable instantly. The office itself was clean and organized. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Tu is so knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, and truly cares about his patients. He’s the best!

If that makes sense to you.She preformed thyroid biopsies on me. I was fine that same day.Her assistant Susan is wonderful also.Grateful I found her.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. The front ladies desk are so helpful. Dr. Pultz and Dr. Leiman are very knowledgeable. Very happy.

I started seeing Doctor Jones in 2016 when my last PCP retired. No complaints about him - very nice, knowledgeable doctor. The only issues I have are with trying to get an appointment. Most of the time when I call, I end up getting the receptionists voicemail and have to leave a message and dont always receive call-backs. I have to call several times before I can get someone on the phone and make an appt. Another issue I have is that they require you to have blood work done *after* your yearly physical appt. My previous doctor would have me get it done before the appt and would go over my test results during the physical. Now I get it done afterwards and they just mail me a copy of the results. Its nice to have some explanation from the doctor, I suppose the results are self-explanatory, but it would still be nice to have some concerns addressed if you have any. I guess its a casualty of having a huge medical group with lots of patients and very short office visits. I miss the days when medical care was a bit more personalized.

I tried this office for the first time for blood work on December 21. I called the office 3 times on January 4th and left two messages the third time I spoke to someone and was told they left a note for dr fishbein to call me. He has not. This is not a good beginning for a new patient. This is not an office for me

Ive been going here for 10 years. All was well till my endocrinologist refused to answer my phone calls for months and disregarded severe neck pain (he diagnosed me with Graves’ disease in 2015) When he finally felt it was necessary to go to his referred surgeon (asked to talk to for a long time & he refused for 1.5 months) after my surgery i found out i had thyroid cancer that whole time under his care! He always said it wasnt my thyroid & would have his secretary call me and my husband to say stop calling. I could of died on my family and toddler, do not see joshua feiner. He is nasty and clearly not good at his job! It wasnt “all in my head”
