I had been see EF a psychiatrist at the facility. She is cold, unfeeling, doesnt want you to speak. She makes no eye contact at all. She has no concept of time lines when prescribing medication. I was cut off a medication abruptly after 15 years of taking it. I am so unhappy and so upset at the way she has treated me. She did not even take the time to speak to me. I am discharging her as my care giver and pray for anyone who has the unfortunate experience of her treatment. The staff and everyone else I spoke to were kind ,caring and helpful.

1 star is too much for this place. Was referred for treatment, when I initially called was told it could take 2 weeks for a callback. Received call the next day and was immediately asked if I wanted treatment in the form of medication or not. When I said I had no intention of taking meds the girl then told me that none of the therapists were taking new patients and that I should call my insurance and find another place. She was cold uncaring and short. So I guess if I would have said I wanted pills shoved down my throat I would have gotten an appt. They say mental health issues are important and to seek help, well apparently St Lukes is only interested in giving out pills vs talking out issues. Thanks Big Pharma. .

This place sucks! Most irresponsible, careless, unprofessional, disrespectful Behavior Health facility!!! Today is the 4th time they cancelled on me. I suffer from PTSD and they refused to give me treatment. The Manager/Boss mocked me twice. The Psychiatrist is pathetic, useless, unprofessional. Gonna go to a different location. Hate this place. Don’t even bother responding, because I am about to raise PTSD hell. Someone robbed me and tried to kill me. That is why I needed PTSD treatment.

Completely unhelpful. Despite being referred by my GP two separate times, every time I call Im immediately told theyre not accepting new patients. Maybe hire some new doctors if youre consistently too full to provide care for people in the community where youre located. Also, thank goodness Im not in crisis; I cant imagine what it must be like for people who are to muster up the wherewithal to seek help, only to brusquely be told no and offered no help finding alternatives or any other solutions. Way to help keep Americas reputation for having disastrous mental health services going strong, St. Lukes!

Love my therapist here. Great behavioral and mental health center although I would not recommend the Physicians Assistant as your psych doctor. She was not very helpful and waiting the 4 month wait to see the actual doctor was much better

Very Unprofessional and apathetic staff. We arrived early for my daughters new patient appointment only to find out it was rescheduled by the staff leaving a VM on a phone number I don’t own. Even though, it was their error they refused to accommodate us at all and instead wanted us to reschedule for even further out. (Because we didn’t wait long enough for this appointment). Consequently, I took the day off work to make this appointment. The Unwillingness and lack of care to make any accommodation for a child gave me the feeling they don’t care about their patients or how they treat them.

Never answer the phones or call back. Always run at least 20 mins late when it comes to taking you back for your appt. . no late hours to accommodate working schedules. Only good thing is my therapist herself she is great.

I scheduled an appt about 3 months ago; and my appt was set for today. They have zero empathy for anyone. I drove 45 minutes to get here, even left an extra half hour early to get here on time. I pulled in 5 minutes late because of traffic & my gps took me to the wrong place at first. The staff told me that “traffic sucks, and that I should’ve planned according”. You would think considering I’m here for my mental health, you would see me anymore. I started to break down when she told me that and she handed me my paperwork and said we’ll have someone call you to reschedule. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.

The office staff is always understaffed.I dont think I can fault the office because they have a high turnover and are very slow to hire new people. I think they would do well to remember that the people that are coming into this office already have a stigma that they are dealing with. So a little bit of patience goes a long way.At times the program (innovations) feels rushed and Im not sure you can get what you need from it. Qthe follow-up care after finishing the program is something to be desired. Because the wait times to get a therapist and psychiatrist are sad. I dont know if its just the community-at-large where there is a shortage of these physicians or they are just not getting very good deals to sign up with saint Lukes hospital. I would just bear in mind that there are a lot of people walking around who are very close to the edge because finding good behavioral health anywhere but especially in the valley its very difficult. And if youre not an advocate for yourself you will pretty much just be lost, if youre in that interim I would recommend checking out meetings with NAMI or DBSA .

When as a parent, you call to get help for your child and youre told you must wait 5 months, I cant begin to express the fear and frustration that one feels. Upon explaining that we could not wait that long and that we were worried about our child, the person helping us was dismissive and uncaring. We have concluded that we can not leave our childs future in their hands.

Apathetic staff that never answer phone. Constantly use wrong email and phone number. Sent virtual visit to wrong email and then wouldnt answer phone . Would not renew script because of missed virtual visit when it was the staffs fault. On call staff send to internal medicine group instead of psychiatrist

The office staff are friendly and personal. The therapist are really good at assistanting with physical disabilities not physical therapy just help with how to cope with it and mental health which is need as well if not by itself Collaborate the two when needed. They have one one therapy.Woman groups meetings.Mens groups meetings.Thats just a few that they have.a lot of different.Group meeting with others that are suffering from the same problem are offered to talk to other people that are suffering from the same as you are. That way you see your not just the only one there are others that are going through the same. A support group! They are a number of psychologist that they have there. Ive only had one . All thou I have heard about the others and they are good Dr as well. The one I have is fantastic !As well as the therapist I have is fantastic as well. Therapist has help me to give suggestions, help assistant with my life downs what next goal will be. Take one day at a time!!They do not prescribe meds that wont help you and they are very good at adjusting the meds that you need or change to something else.Yes I go there Im not ashamed to say it they have help me greatly.I got these issues. I go there to keep my head straight. Its a ashame there is such a Stigmatizem with going to a place like this. that a lot of people DONT go. Problem with that is most people dont even know that they need mental therapy. To the fact also Only to late after they did a domestic terrorism that still showed no signs to anyone that they need mental therapy.Thats real crisis in mental health.

If you truly need help, run away from this place immediately. They treat people terribly! I was given an attitude by one of the staff members and when I reacted in a way that most would react she became vindictive and cut my visiting time. My husband was laying on the floor next to his bed and one of the nurses told him to move as she kicked him. They are suppossed to help you but the staff is in need of psychological help themselves. Its no surprise no one is allowed to bring their phones in, imagine the amount of lawsuits that would take place should these abusive staff were brought to light.
