I have never been a client of this business. However, I was recently shopping in the Main Street Commons where their office is located. One male staff member (don’t know the name) barged out of the office and started screaming at me because I was jogging up and down the hall while trying on new running shoes from Aardvark sports shop (a stellar family-owned business) next door. After swearing at me at the top of his lungs he threatened to break my neck. He then returned to his office and called the police as if he were not the one who just threatened bodily harm on me. Anyway, I can’t speak to the way they treat clients. However, it appears that they are okay with hiring genuine lunatics. Maybe think twice before doing business with them.
