This company is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing with billing. They continue to send us bills even though its been paid. They keep billing the incorrect amount. We have sent copies of EOB 3 times proving that we dont owe them money. They act as if they have no idea whats going on.

This company billed me $725 in error. I received an EOB from my insurance company advising the Subscriber Responsibility is $0, yet Progressive wants $725. They are not sure if it is a mistake or not! Incompetent! Do not use go to ANY St Lukes healthcare facility until they sever ties with Progressive Physician Associates!
