My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Initially the appointment was for March of 2020. Then the pandemic hit. They refunded my partial payment quickly. Fast forward to September of 2021. Rescheduling was no problem. From the front desk to the doctor and assistants, the staff was friendly and professional. They took new x-rays and found that the procedure was going to be less money! Everything went well. His recovery has been good. He still has some tenderness 3 weeks out. The only complaint I would mention is that we never received a call to check on his recovery. That would have been very nice.

Had to have an emergency extraction. I was in so much pain and they were able to see me the very next day. The office staff starting with the receptionist was very pleasant courteous and professional. The hygienist was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Kim was excellent. I was given IV sedation and I’m not sure how I will be able to go back to having dental work without it because it made everything much better. They even sent me home with an ice pack which may seem like a small detail but it was a big help once anesthesia wore off. Choose this practice. You won’t regret it.

Had an issue with my insurance didnt realize they type that I had so the information didnt go through, still saw me they day of my extraction and helped me square away my insurance. They are super friendly nice, and seem to be on top of their game. This place is highly recommended for a reason, this is the place to go.

I am not one to write reviews but I found it necessary to write one about Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery. I am a parent and my teenage son needed to have all 4 of his impacted wisdom teeth removed. We were scheduled to have them removed in January 2022 over his winter break from college.He recently began having a problem with one of them and I called the office. They went above and beyond to get him in right away. Not only that, they took the extra time and care to speak with my sons cardiologist to make sure he was ok for the surgery. They are leaps and bounds above any other practice I have dealt with in this area when it comes to competency and customer service. The entire staff are ALL patient and kind. I called many times and asked lots of questions and never once did anyone make me feel awkward or like a pest. Dr Chaudhry is a brilliant doctor with an outstanding background. He is also very personable and will make you feel at easy. My son has to return for the other 3 teeth in January and I am no longer fearful about the process. Special thanks to Destiny she is the sweetest and the most patient of all. I can’t say enough about this doctor and his staff.

Unbelievable! Ive heard horror stories of getting wisdom teeth pulled and apparently its worse as you get older with the roots and blah. I was scared not gonna lie. Had 2 pulled yesterday. Im fine. Cheek didnt even swell badly, bleeding stopped very quickly. I cut the lawn.Dr Kim and the staff are awesome. Just straight awesome. Dr Chaudry and his staff are GREAT!!! Everyone is so friendly. No matter the type of work that is being done I always feel at ease knowing that they will give excellent care and treatment.

I went here a few days ago to get a molar pulled that was chipped and infected. I was completely terrified, so Dr. Farag brought someone in to hold my hand during the numbing shots, and her assistant offered to hold my other hand. She applied plenty of numbing gel, and only two out of all of the injections were painful because she had to inject the gum near the tooth of course, whereas the other shots were just more uncomfortable than anything. The nurses and assistants that held my hand were very sweet, encouraging, and made me chuckle a few times. Dr. Farag talked me through the whole procedure and gave me a break when I needed one. Ill be honest and say it wasnt completely painless, but I dont blame Dr. Farag whatsoever. She tried her best to numb me up, but the tooth was infected and probably couldnt be numbed entirely. Regardless, any pain I felt was probably on a scale of about 3-4, and only happened at certain times during the procedure; it wasnt constant. The pain from the infection felt way worse than anything I felt that day in that chair.It was over pretty quickly. Her assistant stayed with me afterwards and talked with me until I was calm, since I found myself in a fit of tears after the tooth was pulled. I wasnt in pain afterwards, just really relieved, I think. Dr. Farag seemed to feel genuinely bad at how upset I was, and suggested that I be sedated next time or given anti-anxiety medication if and when I come back to get anything done. Shes right, as I would say my own fear was probably the worst part of the experience.Im 3 days post-extraction and I feel fine. The bleeding stopped within a few hours when I got home, and the wound seems to be healing well. There is some soreness, a very minimal amount of swelling, and occasional twinges of pain in the area, but thats it.I would recommended coming here if you need work done. Everyone here is very kind, caring and compassionate. They also honored the fact that I had panoramic x-rays prior, whereas some places will charge you for an x-ray even if youve already had one done.

They had the nerve to tell me that I didnt speak to anyone and the most she could do is reschedule my appointment for another day. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service.

What an amazing experience it was coming to this great establishment. What an amazing experience. Allison who answered the phone was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. l called at 930 am and she was able to get my in same day with my emergency tooth extraction. The xray tech l didnt grab her name was so polite and friendly also. Nicole l think shes the office manager went over everything and how much it was all going to cost. Dr. Chaudry was amazing. he came in told me what exactly needed to be done and assured me everything was going to be okay. l have high anxiety at the dentist, and he was amazing.l will say they are pricey but worth it! l couldnt have had a better experience.

Dr. Chaudry was amazing. I had to get dental implants with not much bone. After dragging my feet until the bitter end. I had to give in. I am totally afraid of dentists and had a lot of bad experiences my entire life. Dr. Chaudry and staff were very accommodating. Of course when I finally got up the nerve and got them started the pandemic hit. They worked with me over every hurdle. They are beyond understanding, one visit my dog had to be put down and my horse on the second, lets just say I was a wreck on top of being scared. They made me feel so better even though I sobbed through the whole thing over my pets, I really did not want to try to reschedule through the pandemic and apologized for being very sad.I love my dental implants, I wish I had done it sooner, you have to trust him, he is the best. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery and Implant Center! Typically I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist especially when it comes to oral surgery. After this visit, I have become an advocate. The minute you walk in the front desk staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive.  Their warm welcome definitely helped to calm some of my anxiety.  The office itself is beautifully decorated.  Each exam room has a different city theme that I thought was so cute! They are adhering to all the COVID protocols which I really respect and appreciate that. For my first visit I had a consultation with Dr Farag my oral surgeon and she was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner.  Their x-raying system is super high tech and totally comfortable. It was actually quite cool to see and experience.  I was able to schedule my wisdom tooth removable for the very next week. I previously had one of my wisdom teeth removed while living in NYC and even though everyone I interacted with during my consultation was awesome I was still somewhat anxious and honestly not looking forward to it because of the pain I experienced during and after that NYC procedure.  However Dr. Farag and Kira (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) the dental assistant were amazing. I just received local anesthesia shots and Dr Farag was extremely gentle, she took her time, talked me through each shot, checked in with me multiple times during the procedure and it was totally bearable. Both Dr. Farag and Kira made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.  I was pleasantly shocked and amazed that the procedure was super quick and Kira already had a aftercare gift bag ready for me.  I was literally in and out.  The following week the staff called to check in on me and I found that a thoughtful way to ensure patient engagement and care. The dentist at the Bethlehem office was in such a hurry that she didnt wait for the novocaine to really kick in before extracting my tooth! Not a good experience! The staff, on the other hand, were kind, cheerful, and professional.Update: After writing this review, the dentist called to explain that numbing doesnt take long for top teeth, and that the pain I had was because of the abscess. I appreciated her kindness in calling me and apologizing for my discomfort.

My 15 year old son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed at once. Although, he was not having issues with his wisdom teeth, it was recommended by his Orthodontist as part of his treatment. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by their friendly staff. Before the surgery, Dr. Chaudhry explained what would happen before, during, and after surgery. I must say that I asked a lot of questions because I wanted to be well prepared to take care of my son.Dr. Chaudhry and his staff answered all my questions, and gave me very detailed, written instructions about the post-surgery care. Also, by the time we walked out of their office, they had already called my pharmacy for the prescriptions.My son recovered very well from this procedure. We followed all their instructions to the tee, and it paid off. I was also very appreciative that they emphasized what to expect in the next few days after surgery, so that I would not be alarmed.The best thing is that although my sons surgery was on the more complicated spectrum because his teeth were impacted, he recovered well, with the normal discomfort but with no pain. I am really happy with how Dr. Chaudhry took care of my son, and how his staff provided me with very good information about his care, and managed my expectations very well.

I have been to Dr. Chaudry previously but this was my first time at his Stroudsburg location, and with Dr. Kim. I had to have two teeth extracted, one was a wisdom tooth on Monday. I have never been sedated for any dental work so I was extremely anxious. Dr. Kim and the assistants in the room were wonderful. They managed to get an IV in, which is not an easy task with me. The procedure was completed before I knew it and I have not needed any pain medication. I recommend you give them a try, if you ever need Oral Surgery.

I had an extraction of a tooth today performed by Dr. Chaudry. The entire experience, because of the entire staff, was exceptional!Dr. Chaudry was friendly, answered all my questions, helped me to relax by allaying my worries. I was in extreme pain so I called their office it was a first time patient I got an appointment a month later the whole time I was in pain I went there to have the tooth removed I knew I needed other dental work but that tooth hurt and I wanted it gone after waiting over an hour after my appointment time finally got in and had my x-rays at the exam. Needless to say I left with the tooth still intact still Hurting and was told to contact another dentist to see what teeth I can save And to see which teams had to come out total waste of my time and money and had to supper with that tooth pain for another month before I can get into another dentist I don’t know if I will ever go back

My 5 year old daughter came in the office terrified of having her tooth pulled. The staff immediately made her feel comfortable and put a smile on her face. Everyone made what could have been a traumatic experience for her, very tolerable for her 5 year old little mind...and mom’s, too! I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding.

They also followed up by calling me twice after surgery (day after and a week later) to check on how I was dealing with the recovery process and if there were any issues. I was honestly scared to get my wisdom teeth out, because I was already in unbearable pain from my one wisdom tooth being infected. It hurt to talk, open my mouth, and to even eat. I tried everything to take the pain away and nothing helped. So I made the appointment for my wisdom teeth removal because I couldn’t take it anymore. But, I’m on day 5 now, since surgery, and I’ve never felt better. Even after the anesthesia wore off, I couldn’t believe how I felt! I had very little to no pain at all! I was able to eat the soup I was sent home with, with no problems. Day after surgery I ate pancakes stuffed with bananas, and Mac n cheese the rest of the day. My favorite part is drinking milk shakes and smoothies! I was in such relief after surgery, because my jaw felt so much better than it did before and I honestly can’t believe one tooth ache hurt more than having 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Definitely HIGHLY recommend to go here for wisdom teeth removal! Again, I am on day 5 now, and my mouth and jaw feel great, and my healing is going very smoothly! VERY HAPPY to feel this good again! 🙃

So from the point of checkin, the staff were very warm and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and entertaining with the children playing freely across the way. Due to phobias, I hadnt been to a Dentist for 18 years. My gum/tooth infections started coming every month & finally, after 1 Urgent Care visit per month for 3 consecutive months, I decided it was time to do something about it. I went to Dr. Chaudhry & found him & his entire staff to be genuinely nice people, good listeners, & willing to take the time to understand my issues. I wanted IV sedation, which allowed me to complete the 10 extractions with no pain or awareness during the procedure, & only very minor discomfort afterwards. He did a great job & Im happy that I chose him as my Oral Surgeon, & Ill be going back to discuss dentures/implants.

I was referred by another doctor for my son who is 10 and he couldn’t go to a pediatrician dentist as my original dentist office suggested my original dentist was away and I saw his partner who was busy dealing with many clients and I didn’t feel he really was giving me 100%. They told me my son would have to see a pediatrician dentist and tried a few doctors and was told I can not see a pediatrician dentist I need a normal dentist and clearly wasn’t getting help from original dentist because they where busy and figured to come here and was told the night before it should be one price and was told they would sedate him and the same thing the next morning and took my payment they then medicated my son and then told me it wasn’t covered by insurance and they should have told me before hand which I thought should have been told to me. I let them know that I will pay and they could have been straight about pricing which I was upset about as well as everything in general.I paid it and would have paid it if they told me first off. I also was told that my son is an emergency visit and felt the tone it was said to me that he was also inconvenient to them

My visit was a great experience (for having 3 teeth extracted) from start to finish. Very professional and the follow up calls were appreciated to make sure I was OK after the procedure. Everyone there was very nice.

You cannot even imagine how well this business is run. You would think a doctors office that is immaculate, classy decor, state-of-the art technology, and tightly organized would have snotty, impatient, insensitive staff. But the staff is really professional and kind, and is a major reflection of the doctor who owns this practice and has fantastic people skills while expediently doing his job. You leave feeling pampered, like you just had an “experience” and it’s because you are so well taken care of and attended to. And I was only there to have a tooth pulled. No pain whatsoever. I kept wondering when it would start to hurt. Never happened. They even followed up a week later to see how I was doing and explained exactly the steps I needed to take and how the healing would progress. I left with no questions. It’s an amazing practice so if you ever need any kind of dental work above what a dentist can do, make an appointment here.

Had a lower rt wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Chaudhry.I was reluctant to have it done since I put it off so many years and xrays showed the roots were so close to my facial nerve, but after Dr. Chaudhry worked his magic, there was no trauma to the nerve, and all went well.I highly recommend him !

Had a broken wisdom tooth and they were able to schedule an appointment within the week. Doctor Kim was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in extracting that tooth as well as the wisdom tooth above it.I had my other two wisdom teeth taken out at different times (both broken as well), and this was the least painful extraction. I also was not sedated. I would reccomend sedation for most, as extractions can be unsettling.The associates were very helpful and provided me with payment options as well as all of the aftercare information that I needed. The place is pretty nice, each room has a different city theme. A little personality, rather the usual stale, sterilized white walls and dead-eyed automatons dressed in scrubs.

Surgery was painless with excellent local anesthetic provided, with the choice of general anesthesia if needed. I was very nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth out. Im afraid of needles and never had any surgery before. The nurses and doctor understood my issue and did everything they could to make me feel calm. I told them I wanted everything off of me before I woke or I knew Id freak out. They did just that. I woke up with a nurse in the room with calming music on. They were available for any questions I had during my recovery process. It was such an easy and quick procedure! They definitely know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Dr.Chaudhry and his team. I have had several extractions by Dr.Chaudhry in both his Bethlehem office and his Stroudsburg office. I found both offices to be clean and his equipment to be modern. I also found the staff in both offices to be very kind and caring, helping to put me at ease. Very professional indeed.I came to Dr.Chaudhry on the recommendation of my primary dentist. My first treatment was to be extensive. Several extractions and extensive areas of badly infected bone had to be cleaned out and the infection treated. Dr.Chaudhry took his time to show me the problem areas, explain what he would do, and we talked about how I could replace the missing teeth once everything was healed. It was a good appointment for me as Dr.Chaudhry had not been my first oral surgery consultant for this work. I am so very grateful my primary dentist referred me to Dr.Chaudhry.Once the work was done, I felt fine. If I didn’t have stitches in my mouth, I would not believe anything was done. I really didn’t have any discomfort with that work. As a former registered nurse, I knew this was the mark of a good surgeon. I was so happy with the work I made sure to show my primary dentist when I saw him a few days later! He agreed with me.Dr. Chaudhry also did some other work on my mouth, and again, his time, kindness and caring attitude were much appreciated. This is the same tone you will find reflected in his staff.It is easy to see that Dr.Chaudhry is dedicated to what he does, is extremely knowledgeable and does what is best for the patient. I just can’t say enough about the man. Besides being an oral surgeon with stellar credentials, Dr.Chaudhry is also a medical doctor. We are so lucky to have an oral surgeon of his caliber and experience here in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono area.My husband will need some work in the very near future, we already know who his oral surgeon will be, Dr. Chaudhry!

Had my wisdom teeth out. Everything went great. Had no pain and did not use any pain medications. Recovered in 24 hours and was out playing golf the next day. Staff was very nice and professional.

Dr. Choudary is fantastic. He’s a great doctor, who explained very nicely and his skill as a surgeon is exemplary. I got my wisdom teeth removed, with little to no discomfort. I had to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled last week and was very happy with the overall experience. The Dr. and staff were very friendly and did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable (I had never had a tooth pulled before). The office is beautiful and very clean. A few weeks ago I had the tissue grafting done and opted to have novocain. After the novocain wore off I expected a lot of pain but I was surprised I had absolutely no pain. Thank you Dr. Chaudhry and your staff.

They performed a sinus lift and an implant (my second), and I thought the first one, with a different company went well, until comparing with my experiences with LVOSIC. I am in the middle of the implant process. I have had the surgery, but have not finished the healing time or had the final evaluation to proceed to the final denistry. The office was kindly able to accomodate my emergency situation which caused me to need the implants. Without prior experience, it seems everyone has done what should have been done. My only complaint is that there seems to be a general lack of understanding of the cost of this. Not only is this extremely expensive and entirely out of pocket, but positive results are not guaranteed. I would have preferred my calls and questions had been taken with greater concern.

I am so very pleased with my experience with Dr. Chaudhry and his wonderful staff. Going to an oral surgeon can be a scary experience but he and his team made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of oral surgery! Thumbs up!!

Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center made my entire experience amazing. Im terrified of any dental work, but they made those fears disappear. From the minute you walk in to when you walk out, youre treated in such a caring manner every step of the way. Dr. Robert Sharobiem did five extractions for me and I barely felt anything during the recovery. I also have a very limited mouth opening so the fact that he was able to extract five teeth at once and leave me feeling minimal pain in with those conditions is a testament to the type of work he does. I was sent to LV due to a cracked tooth below the gum line expecting a unpleasant surgical experience. To my surprise the tooth was removed during a pain free procedure. The Doctor and entire staff were super professional, talented, personable and made me feel comfortable although I was expecting the worse case. The follow-up was equally satisfying and results perfect.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Sharobiem. The staff was all very friendly, and I might have still been nervous about the procedure (it was my first time being put to sleep with anesthesia) but it was all over so quick I barely had time to worry! The doctor was very knowledgeable and let me know all of my options (removing all wisdom teeth, just two, etc.) and made me feel comfortable. The doctor even called later on in the evening to check on me (unfortunately I missed the call though). I was overall very happy with my appointment even though I don’t remember half of it! Haha

My daughters wisdom teeth extraction was done with no problems. Very clean and professional team.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Choudru has great bedside manner. I felt that I was in very good hands at all times.

This was the first tooth extraction that I ever had to have done; and I must say, the entire team and staff did an amazing job. I elected in having the general anesthesia, and honestly, I dont remember anything (no pain, no sounds). Initially I was very nervous, however, by the time the procedure was done, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. You MUST have someone go with you to drive you there and home. Looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth removed next year!!
